The residents make my job as Residency Counselor (marketing) incredibly easy. They are the first ones to introduce themselves to new families looking for a loved one! It is truly amazing to see how much fun the residents have and the love they receive by being here at RSL Carmel.

Rose Senior Living Carmel is a beautiful facility offering many floor plan options along with a variety of amenities including a game room with billiards table, a movie theater, and a fitness center. A variety of programs and activities are available. The staff are kind, warm and welcoming! The Management Team were so helpful and understanding and worked with my father and me to find the apartment most suited to his needs! And then assisted us to make his move go smoothly.

Rose Senior Living is the most beautiful senior community I have ever seen. The staff is attentive and professional. I work in the senior services industry so I am in many senior communities serving clients. If I had to pick one to live in myself it would be Rose.

When we found out my mom was moving back to Carmel and to a Senior Living facility, we started the search for a place that would feel like home for her. After touring multiple facilities, we landed on Rose Senior Living. We loved the new facility and the wonderful amenities. However, it was the wonderful staff that won us over. The Concierge, front desk staff, management team and health care professionals are all personable and dedicated. If you are looking for a new home for a senior member of your family, I would definitely take a look at the Rose. Call and ask for Molly--she took us on our first tour and a year and a half later, I will see her out and about visiting with the residents when I am there.

There are a lot of options for senior living in Carmel, but you should make sure Rose Senior Living is on your list. Rose Senior Living is a beautiful building with a wide variety of floor plans, smart designs (high ceilings and large windows), wonderful amenities like a roof top patio, workout room, movie theater and a bistro. Everything about Rose Senior Living is top notch.

Rose Senior Living of Carmel, Indiana is a beautiful place for anyone interested in placing a loved one that needs a little extra care. Not to mention the independent living offers spacious living. All this is surrounded by shops, hotels, restaurants and parks. A must visit.

I joined rose senior living in March of 2021. Since day one, the team has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. Most of our leadership team members have been here since the building opened and have really established strong departments. We have an outstanding group of caring and versatile LPNs/QMAs that do a fantastic job of managing the day to day care of our residents. Our CNAs take great pride in the relationships that they are building with our residents and families.The list goes on and on from environmental services to dining, it’s a very well rounded group of people. I’m very pleased to be here and excited to see what the future holds!

The current Director of Nursing is always making sure her residents are receiving the best care. It’s obvious through her actions that she has great passion for what she does. I would be at total peace knowing my loved one was in her care!!

I helped a friend as she began looking for a senior living opportunity and I was very impressed by all we saw while on a tour with Molly. She made us feel so welcome and allowed my friend to know this could be a great place for her to live when the time is right.

This facility was very awesome back when opening, but upon further visitation I became aware of new management and also staff with criminal backgrounds that were alarming and also the lack of concern for patients and their care when reporting my moms concerns. I would be very cautious of sending your loved one there, due to high turn over rates and new employees. New staff with with not the experience to lead a facility or credentials.

From my first contact with Molly Mathews touring RSL, my experience has been extremely positive. Molly and the staff at Rose are top-notch. The staff provides amazing care and support for the residents. Molly answers any questions I have and communicates daily with emails regarding events happening at Rose. From the front desk to the housekeeping, I am very pleased with how professional the staff is. I cant say enough positive things regarding RSL. Molly made my mothers move to this community effortless and enjoyable. If you are looking for amazing home for your loved one, Rose Senior Living is what you are looking for.

I have a loved one currently living at Rose Senior Living Carmel I wouldn’t put my loved one here are you ready? 1. They switch their management and seems like everyone in front office has resigned with no warning.2. It’s hard to get ahold of someone who cares for my grandmother I have reported to state already about the neglect and lack of help with staff I have recently noticed.3. There’s no real Director of Nursing, some of the nursing have public records showing abuse with medication how are they even allowed to have a job? For other reasoning I will be removing my grandmother out of this facility and the food is absolutely nasty. Beautiful facility nothing to show for will be bringing my lawyers for photos and Fox 59 possibly.

This is an excellent place for anyone looking for senior care. Beautiful building and great staff.
