Dr Bell and his staff are the absolute BEST! I have been going to him for 25 years and he has always taken great care of my teeth! I would recommend his office for anyone who is afraid of the dentist, You can’t even feel it when he gives you a shot to numb your mouth. Everyone in his office is personable and professional. Dr. Bells staff is very welcoming and definitely wanting to keep everyone safe from the pandemic. I arrived there and called the phone number to check in and my hygienist Debbie called me and told me I was good to come in. The staff was courteous, and they escorted me into the cleanest office room ever! Debbie was so nice and gentle with my teeth. Dr. G. Bell came in and explained everything and gave me a a through evaluation and was so nice. After that, Debbie cleaned my teeth to perfection and I was in and out in about an hour. Unfortunately I think I may be one of their best costumers as I seem to have tooth issues and they have referred me to specialists when needed. They have the best office staff and Hygienists. No one likes going to the dentist but since we all have to this is a smoothly run dentist office with very nice people.

I dont know his son Brandon yet, but if he is anything like his dad we are all in great hands!

I took my wife in for her first dental visit in years. She was a nervous wreck going in. Dr. Brandon Bell. treated her with the utmost respect and concern for her comfort as I could have wished for. He was patient and gentle showing a complete understanding of my wifes fears and concerns. He was so slow & gentle in giving her the Novocain shot that she later said she didnt feel it at all. He carefully explained the steps to be taken in the procedure and where he was at any given point keeping her calm as she understood exactly what was happening and how long it would take. She is actually now looking forward to her next visit as her fear is gone.

As usual Dr. Bell and his staff came through for me for an emergency situation. Everyone was friendly and efficient . The Covid safety features were consistent and I felt very comfortable in the office. Without saying Dr. Bell did an excellent job on my tooth.

It was a short visit. They took several X-ray pictures and then came in and verified the problem I was having by physically probing. Dr. Bell provided two options to correct problem I was having and then recommended an Endodontics who would be better equipped (3D X-ray) to performed the operation. Dr. Bell was very professional and obviously knowledgeable.

I have been going to Dr Bell and his staff for over 20 years and have always had a great experience. I actually look forward to going to the dentist and not many people can say that! He has a wonderful staff and I have never had procedure that wasnt done professionally and with great care!

Hands down the best dentists ever!!! I have always had a fear of dentists due to my bleeding gums and sensitivity. Every visit was extremely painful, even for a cleaning, and I was never treated with care or sympathy, only lectured about flossing more. On my first visit several years ago, Dr. Brandon Bell was extremely sympathetic to my pain and fear, and he offered to numb my gums with a topical anesthetic for my cleaning so I wouldnt feel anything and could relax. It worked! That was the best pain-free exam and cleaning I have ever experienced and now they have the anesthetic ready for me at every visit. I don’t mind cleanings anymore. Thank you Dr. Bell and Debby!!

Dr. Bell and staff are incredible. I recently had an old filling chip on me while on vacation. They took me right away and Dr. Bell immediately fixed it. He put me at ease and he had me in and out the door within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this practice. They also do a WONDERFUL job on teeth cleaning. All around great.

Best office ever! Very honest, professional & friendly. Their dental work is excellent & in my experience they have never recommended any unnecessary work. They take the time to discuss what needs to be done & everyone is willing to answer questions so that you feel comfortable. All of the hygienists are wonderful & gentle. I also love that they give back to the community & are well established in Carlsbad. Because they are an excellent office they are a busy office. They may not have a cleaning immediately, but the excellent front office is great & will do their best with openings that come up if you let them know what you need. I love being part of their family & highly recommend this office.

My brother had a crown fall out and needed it re-cemented. I gave him Dr. Bell’s number and was confident they’d take care of him. He called today and was met with a rude receptionist. Dr.Bell is helping me get an implant and he is so meticulous and patient. Did not feel a pinch throughout the procedure. His front office is very helpful and very thorough. They called way ahead and gave me all the details of the insurance coverage and my copay so that there were no surprises. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Geoffrey Bell for a decade, and I completely trust his judgment and skill. I had been terrified of dentists as a child due to some extremely painful experiences. I have needed extensive dental work for most of my life, and so it was a relief to me to find a dentist who not only really knows his field and is very fast and skillful, but who is also very mindful of making sure that his patients get the maximum amount of comfort and pain avoidance during the experience. Another thing I appreciate about his service is that he doesnt recommend procedures that arent necessary...if he tells you that you need it, you do. And finally, I just had an opportunity to see him during the pandemic this week. He has taken extraordinary precautions to avoid Covid-19 infection, and his staff are well-versed in protective measures. I highly recommend him and hope he never retires!

Dentists (Im going to the son) are competent and highly experienced with 20+ years in the business and still manage to make you feel more like a friend than just another nameless customer. Not salesy. Not pushy. Very nice facilities with Surfing Decor all around . Simple example of the level of service they provide to a customer: Because of calendar problem (on my side) I showed up on the right date but at the wrong time. They managed to still fit me in without a blink. Just VERY nice, friendly and professional people. Probably the best and highest service to customer that I ever came across from a dentist firm/business.

I was seen once and had a pretty good experience except the Hygienist told me she wasnt finished with the cleaning but they were booked up so I had to wait for a call when they got a cancellation for an opening. One entire year later I received no call and nothing to book an additional six month cleaning and exam.When I called the office to inquire they said the Hygienist was booked out five months and I would have to wait for another call from them when there was an opening/cancellation. I told them the history and all I got was sorry about that so I told them I was going elsewhere.If they cant handle the needs of their current patients they shouldnt be accepting new ones.

She explained every step of the cleaning process, gave me options and was very thorough and gentle. I hardly knew anything was happening! I can’t say enough about this practice. Its been 20+ years since I was told about Dr. Bell and now, there are two Doctors Bell..... Sr. and Jr. Their staff is so top notch and the Doctors so incredibly good, they have a hard time meeting my insurance companys gift of three appointments in a year. I dont mind because, whoever would actually look forward to going to a dentist? I do since I am a lucky SOB with very good teeth and will gladly take 3 free cleanings a year. I have only praise for this clinic. I recently had to have a filling replaced and I can honestly say (yes, honestly) that the experience was wonderful. It went so quickly without any pain as the dentist (Brandon) and his assistant (Lori) worked seamlessly together. Never really seen anything like that before! Anyways, I have been going to this clinic for routine cleanings and check-ups over the past two years and the experience has always been postiive.
