Awesome place! Very professional and the staff is friendly and easy to talk to. I had a root canal here and several cleanings (been going since 2019). Great quality service, the crown that was places is still holding strong with no issues. One thing I really appreciate is that they explain everything! They also break down the information in a way that makes it easy to make an informed decision. Thank you too all the staff here!

Fantastic team and facility. As a hockey player, naturally Ive lost some teeth along the way. Elevated Smiles has certainly fixed me up, getting the teeth in much better condition. Would highly recommend to others looking for dental care.

So i havent been to a dentist since i was 16 after a terrible experience with western dental. I recently visited Elevated Smile to get much needed dental work done and must i say BEST DENTIST EVER!!!! Not only were they super gentle they were understanding of my fear and made me feel very comfortable. They also helped me set up a payment plan that was easy for me to make reasonable payments to cover the cost. They have amazing staff and the dentist that i saw Tina Saw was a so sweet. She told me every that was wrong with my mouth and didnt give me the run around and we made a plan together to get my mouth to the healthy state that i want it to be. I will definitely be a returning patient to this dimond in the ruff.

I am a VERY fearful patient- irrationally so. Because of this, I rarely go to the dentist- only when it’s an emergency. I broke a tooth and called around to dentists, and ended up here. I have to say, I have had a very pleasant experience with Elevated Smiles so far. Dr Saw is very patient and takes her time explaining everything to me. I have to have nitrous for any procedure still, but I feel much more comfortable than I ever remember being at a dentist. I have a lot of work to be done because of putting this off so long- every tooth needs something. Dr. Tina was absolutely fantastic!! My daughter had her very first dental visit today...and the care that Dr. Tina gave to her was second to none! She was loving and kind and so patient! Vivian loved getting to watch a movie while her teeth were being cleaned. Dr. Tina also helped educate my daughter about how to properly brush and floss her teeth...and now my daughter is telling me all about what she needs to do in the morning and at night. Well done, Dr. Tina!! We were so happy with our visit today and can’t wait to come back with our younger daughter! :)

Amazing experience at Elevated Smiles! May was my hygienist, and Dr. Luu looked at my teeth. Both of them were friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I asked Dr. Luu about some of my old amalgam fillings, and he said, Lets not try and fix whats not broken. I LOVE that philosophy! He said if my fillings were ever bothering me, then hed be happy to help me fix them. But I love his conservative approach to dentistry. I didnt feel like they were trying to upsell me anything; both Dr Luu & May were genuinely treating me as if I were their family member. Wonderful experience! Cant wait for my next cleaning!

The staff is so friendly, they remember my name, and my kids, which is unusual. Weve been very happy with the results, even when its just getting our teeth cleaned. The wait is never long, which is unfortunate because Netflix is available, along with coffee, tea, waters and juice boxes. The place is super zen, clean and welcoming. I have not one complaint.

The only reason my wife and I chose this location was because of convenience with insurance/location. They have average service (though the lady who cleaned my teeth decided to try to have a full conversation with me while plucking around in my month, awkwardly), good clean facility as you would expect. My complaint is the last cleaning we came in for they failed to tell us our insurance no longer covered this location, even when my wife asked them if flouride was included with our insurance (the front desk girl said it was). We never received any notice prior, and only found out when we received the bill by mail. I called to query the issue and the outsourced accounting person (who was very professional and attentive by the way) eventually got back to me with news the owner of ES only offering a 25% discount. Whether or not this was sufficient is subjective though we feel is way below par for trying to keep a customer, as our new insurance would have allowed us to return. We will not return and hope this is a good reminder to check your insurance EVERY time because the front desk staff WILL NOT have your back.

Me and my family have been going to them for cleaning and routine care and have always had positive experiences. They are thorough with their work, the office is very modern with updated equipment, and they are always kind and considerate. ***Treatment Update***Dr. Saw treated two teeth for me: a much needed crown for a VERY old, VERY worn CROWN and another CROWN from a recent root canal. Lucky for me the teeth were side by side so only one area needed numbing (which I did not even feel occur-it was AWESOME)! I put ear plugs in, the Dr. And her assistants (super nice and friendly) did their work, and viola, I was in and out of there WITH the MY PERMANENT CROWNS (my last office I had to wait 2-3 weeks before having to go back in and have the permanent crown cemented). Dr. Saw made my crowns ON THE SPOT (I was able to watch the machine mill them-it was too cool)! This place is THE place for me and my family and I HIGHLY recommend them for you and yours-Im a SUPER FAN!

Great Service and really nice staff. I come here for orthodontics, great service and kindness as well. The office itself looks visually stunning. Its modern, bright, and gives a welcoming gesture. You cant get any better than this. Theres coffee for the adults and juice-boxes for the kids. Its an overall great place I highly recommend it for families with children

Very pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Lu is very informative and looks out for his patients best interest. He has all the latest equipment, so if you need a crown you don’t have to wait weeks, it’s created there on his 3D printer in about 2 hours time. The staff is very friendly and highly knowledgeable. The dentistry is open on Sundays. I highly recommend.

Def would come here again. Everyone is friendly. I got in n out super fast and now I even have time to take a nap until I have class. Also its brand new so all the tech is pretty sweet. However, all the doors in the facility are sliding so it took some getting used to but hey, practice makes perfect. Another pretty awesome feature is that they have a little coffee table. Shout out to the assistant though! She was great!

HiIm new to the area and had crown that perforated (I could see the hole in it) and it was causing me problems. I had some friends at work who commented on how great the service and experience was at Elevated Smiles. I called their office and was worked into the schedule right away that day. The office is brand new and full of state of the art equipment, entertainment and very comforting staff. I was evaluated and told that I needed a new crown. What happened next was amazing! The team at Elevated Smiles said that they could fit me with a crown that day, within 4 hours I walked out with a new crown. Im impressed with the service people and facilities and I think you will be too. They worked hard to make my stay a pleasant experience! Elevated Smiles is fantastic! State-of-the-art dental facility with a staff to match. Dr. Tina Saw and Dr. Trahn Luu have done an impressive job in building this practice. I had some crown work done; Dr. Saw and her staff did everything they could to make my experience as pleasant as dental work can possibly be! Definitely my best visit to a dentist in Southern California yet (Ive been to two others: a corporate practice and a private practice, both of which pale in comparison to Elevated). Even though I live about 40 minutes south of them, Ill be returning to Elevated Smiles for all of my dental work, as long as I live in San Diego!

Just finished my second visit to Elevated Smile Dentist in Carlsbad and wow I cant say enough about them. In my 30 years Ive never come across a more professional, authentic, kind, and caring dental office. Dr. Luu is something special. So originally I came to them after a poor experience at another well known dental office who came off too fake and more interested in how much they could sell me. Dr. Luu always makes the most genuine recommendations. I just finished a much needed root canal today that I was quite concerned about. Other dentists explained this would be an all day procedure. Since Elevated Smiles has state of the art technology and better dentists (at a much more reasonable rate); they completed my procedure in only an hours time. My teeth feel great and if thats not impressive; they even fixed a front chipped tooth I had at no additional cost as a warm surprise to me. Its obvious these guys are in the business to truly help others and it shows in all ways. Cant recommend Elevated Smile enough if youre looking for the best Carlsbad Dentist. He did work on my wife and not once did he or his staff call to see how she was,all he wanted was the money and could care less how she was doing.This guy is a scam-artist and that is how he runs his establishment ! Dr lue is very good at stealing money. Do your homework before you see Lue, he is not the only dentist around and far far from the best. Just because he will give you something for giving him good reviews on Google or Yelp is Not how you run a business.Hes more concerned about reading reviews while working on a customer . He gos in and out of the room like hes on coke.Elevated Smiles and Dr is a scam-artist. Go elsewhere you will be better off. There is NOTHING TO SMILE ABOUT !!!!!

Last weekend, I went to the newest dental office in Carlsbad and La Costa. Yea, they have weekend hours to help us working guys out. I always thought going to the dentist was a chore, not something I look forward to. But Dr saw and her staff make it relaxing and fun. They even have Netflix to watch movies, but too bad my appt wasnt long enough and was done before I could get half way through the movie. Now I have to finish it. Haha. Anyways, if you are like me who dont like going to the dentist, check this office out, it changed my opinion of being at a dental office. Its a very clean and bright office with friendly and caring staff.

I cant imagine our experience going any better!This place was up to date, up on social media, put customer service first and were just down right kind. First off it was hard to find a dentist that took our insurance (and come to find out their membership plan is a better deal than my insurance!). I book a first visit for my husband and I to go together on a Sunday! Did you just read that? They are open on Sundays- talk about really convenient! No more taking off work to go to the dreaded dentist ;) Speaking of dreaded - this office is the exact opposite of any dental location you have been too. Upon walking in you really wouldnt know if you were in a hip office. There was lovely decor, coffee, water and juicebox available for kids. The office happen to be decorated for Halloween too. The front Manager was sweet and very friendly! The hygienist and xrays assistance were super happy. You can just tell that everyone likes to work there. Speaking of- the thought crossed my mind boy I want to work here, what an amazing environment. My husband was taken first for xrays while I chatted with the office manager. I popped into the bathroom and it was clean and they even had hand towels to dry your hands. After I was called for xrays I checked on my hubby who was in a private room with beautiful glass doors and a view. The DR proceeded to diagnose my hubby with all that needs to be done. We were so happy that he wasnt pushy, alarming or demanding. He said that we would just deal with 1 problem at a time and not stress about all the issues. Whew! Then came my turn for an exam and cleaning. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was fun, happy chatty and really loved her job. I mentioned to the DR as well as the hygienist that I oil pull, use natural toothpaste and attempt to have a more holistic approach. They both said that of course they cant prove that those things are helpful from a medical point of view BUT they love that I do those things and feel like they make a big difference in the health of my mouth! You need to know that most dentist throw a fit when you tell them you like a more holistic approach!When it was time to price out the future work to be done, there were many options and I compared the pricing to our previous dentist and they came in below that office PLUS you get to be surrounded by nice things and kind people- its a WIN WIN.We were there a couple hours (2 first appointments) and when we walked out, my husband and I looked at eachother and said we felt like we just made new friends and we literally could have sat down and had lunch with them all! And more importantly we werent made to feel shameful or pressured into anything.

Elevated Smiles gave me a second opinion and a competitive price. Dr. Luu did a great job explaining my work and actually doing it. Amber was extremely helpful with explaining my insurance, looking up my policy, and letting me know exactly what was covered. Everyone is cheerful and is genuinely happy to be at work. They are open on Sundays which is EXTREMELY convenient for someone working during any normal business hours M-F. There are also TVs with Netflix.... making going to the dentist much more enjoyable. I would recommend Elevated Smiles to anyone.

This dental office is definitely different from the rest of the others in Carlsbad or La Costa. The first thing I notice is how bright, clean and surprising down to earth the office feels. Their rooms have these glass sliding doors that i want in my home now and btw, the bathroom is huge! I got a chance to met amber, Christian - I think that is how she spelt it, and Dr. Saw. They were all very professional but at the same time down to earth. They told me what I needed, and even recommended against other things I thought I needed. They even gave me options. Everything was explained to me in a clear way that is easy to understand. The best part was that they have flexible hours because they were able to see me after work and even on weekends. Pretty neat for a dental office. Dr. Saw and Dr. Luu gets points in my book as the best dentist in carlsbad.
