I was very pleased with the professionalism and courteous service I received. They explained everything very thoroughly and accurately. I especially appreciate how quickly I received my results of the covid test. Within 6 hrs of taking the test I had my results. This is the only place I will go again if I need another covid test.

I have had several tests (5-7 tests) at this location. In my many visits, I have only had one person from there (July 2020?) I would consider rude and not patient-centric. Everyone else has been incredibly professional and very accommodating. I send LOTS of people to this clinic when they don’t mind paying for great service and quick/reliable results. I schedule and pay online. I get my results within 24 hours - also online. It’s so convenient. I highly recommend it.

Scheduling my appointment was easy. I arrived a few minutes prior to my appointed time. Space was open to pull in and I was promptly greeted. Within minutes the technician came back with my test kit, verified my name, gave me the test and I was on my way. I received my results via email in eight hours. In and out, results back 7:30 pm same day. And that wasnt even a rapid test. I showed up 30 minutes early and they tested me right away. That was a big help because I had my 5 month old with me. 2nd test done here, quick results both times. Would recommend to anyone who needs results back same day or next day guaranteed. Everything is great at this point.. but the parking to be able to go to your appointment is horrible. Theres never any spots right on the street where you can park and Holiday is usually pretty full and I personally do not like parking and walking as I am in pain thats why I am coming to the doctors in the first place and I do not like leaving my car far away from where I am, especially when I am not a regular in the area.

My husband and I are traveling to Canada shortly and were having a terrible time getting the necessary PCR test to board the plane. Our experience at VMW was beyond perfect in that staff were experienced, professional and expert. Our procedure went swiftly and as planned and we took our tests at 7 AM and got our emailed results by 3 PM the same day. Scheduling and communication was user friendly and efficient. The nurse that helped me was very kind!

I had a 11:30 AM appointment and arrived on time and checked in from my car as instructed. I received a message I would be called to come inside by a nurse. I waited until 12:15 PM and no one called. I started to message the clinic and finally at 12:30 PM I was told I could come inside. Then I was directed to an empty room and no one came in and I again had to inquire after a few minutes if anyone was coming. The lab tech finally did come and drew my blood which took 2 minutes (he was friendly and very good at his job)! The rest of the staff was rude and uncaring and I did not receive a single explanation as to why I had to sit in my car for an hour waiting for my appointment and not a single apology from anyone. Poor customer service!

I used their Burnsville location for a pre-travel COVID test. The site was super easy to book and find an appointment. Clear directions were provided for arrival. The staff was courteous and quick, and I received the results later that night. Highly recommend! Dont worry about waiting in a pharmacy drive-thru, get it done right!

Everyone is extremely nice at Valley Wellness so far (only one visit to go on). I would have given them 5 stars if there had been better communication when we transferred there.We were not informed how frequently they would need to see us at the beginning (or we would have scheduled out future appointments), and it didnt seem to matter that your a working professional who might not be unable to come in the middle of the day.So far, the lack of communication is the only negative. Valley Wellness has been very informative with our health so far otherwise. That alone would lead me to recommend them.

I was very happy with our COVID testing experience. Our family of five was tested--my partner, my 7 yo, 3 yo, and my 1 yo, due to our kids being congested and 2 of the 3 running low grade fevers. The registration process was fairly easy, we were able to be tested the same day, and we had our results by midnight. They came to our car and did 5 second nasal swabs on each of us. Weve done drive-through testing at Walgreens as part of standard weekly testing for childs in person school attendance and me swabbing both of my 7 yos nostrils for 15 seconds made them never want to test again. This was a walk in the park, by comparison. The providers were very kind, quick, and friendly. We appreciate them making this a positive experience, considering we had three small, crabby, sick children. We were grateful to be COVID-free, but had our tests been positive, we would have been relieved to know immediately.

I arrived at my appointment 30 minutes early due to a schedule change Id had. I was able to be seen immediately despite my excessively early arrival. The entire appointment took only 2 to 3 minutes and I was on my way. Unbelievably simple and convenient. The results were made available a few hours later than Id been told they would be ready, but still arrived in time for my travel needs.

The covid test sucked, but it was prompt and the man who took the test was really nice.

I hate getting Covid swabs, but if I need one, it HAS to be Valley Medical. They are flexible with schedule and testing is quick and efficient. Best part, they are gentle with the testing itself. Results are now coming back same day so really happy about that. Only thing is its a bit pricey. Lower it back to $75 please!

The appointment was fine. The turnaround was not. I paid $120 for rapid test with same day results. I did not get the results that day and no one contacted me to explain there would be a delay. I’m not happy at all that I paid for your service. I really needed the turnaround that I paid for and didn’t get it.
