I went to the women’s clinic for my yearly exam. I was happy with the care I received. Everyone was great from the front desk to the provider. I had Naomi as my MA who helped me get everything started. She is friendly and nice. I then had Hannah D as my provider and she was also great, friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will be back. Thanks again!

I had a 7 AM appointment. I got up early, skipped breakfast, made arrangements with my employer in case I was late to work. As I was SITTING IN the office I received a call at 649am informing me that my appointment had been cancelled because the provider was just going to make a referral. Seriously. Why wasnt I contacted the day before??? While I like and trust my PCP this was frustrating. Not sure how the ball got dropped.

We have been bringing our 3 children here for over 7 years and the pediatricians here. It is always easy to get an appointment and the doctors are engaged with parents and children during visits.

I went here to get a covid test. There were no signs for where to go. I ended up walking around the building trying to find someone to ask where to go. As a result, I was late for my appointment. The staff were not helpful. When I found someone to ask, the response given was I think... and was somewhat rude. Like Im just supposed to know. Ive never been to this clinic before, how was I supposed to know? I wont be visiting this clinic again unless I dont have a choice.

When we first needed to visit Fairview two years ago we were impressed. But the last few months has been infuriating. We have waited for appointments, and now have waited more than one month for the results of an MRI. We send messages through the patient portal, call the desk, and get nothing. Not a return call, nothing.

The people who answers the phone are very rude and dont know how to listen to ppl and the lady kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my problem. Worst experience ever Ill never return here or never recommend you to anyone. I rather drive to Minneapolis and risk dieing then going back here.

I was really nervous to go here given the negative reviews. I got a next day appointment with Dr. Dunbar. Despite having a difficult time figuring out where to go in (Fairview Specialty Center), I had a great experience. Everyone from the front desk, nurse, radiologist, Dr. Dunbar was great. I felt like they took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them adequately. I would highly recommend Dr. Dunbar.

Negligent care is what I received from Fairview Burnsville Labor and Birth team. I trusted them so much but ended up with a 4th degree tear and a fistula. I need another surgery to get it fixed. This was a totally avoidable tragic situation. Lack of high quality medical care by Fairview is the only reason I’m suffering today. I would have lost my baby.They did not answer my questions truly. The patient care representation is another false promise. It’s just a formality to avoid legal issues. They don’t really care. Highly programmed corporate approach is their way.My doctor resigned or was terminated I’m not sure at 36 weeks without notice. They randomly assigned me to whoever was available. Towards the end I made a mistake choosing midwife for my delivery. Know that ‘Midwives at Fairview are INDEPENDENT PRACTITIONERS’ which they didn’t tell me.Please don’t trust them saying ‘you are in best hands’. Everybody says that there.

Always on hold for a good hour. I have used fairview clinics all my life and am now thinking its best to find a better hospital and clinic. The billing department also sucks they charged me for 2 different child birth deliveries when I am pretty sure I had 1 delivery with 1 baby. Very disappointed.

Ive always had good experiences with the Fairview health system. The Burnsivlle clinic system has been wonderful for my prenatal care. We plan to continue going here with our child and our own health care after the baby is born.

I LOVE my doctors here. But never get a job through Fairview. RUDE dictators run the place. You’ll get told-everyday- everything you’ve done wrong. Never EVER will you get recognized for the good you brought. 🤙🏼

Ive been taking my kids to this clinic for 10 years now! I am very satisfied with the pediatrician we have me and my kids absolutely love him. He always lets me speak first and always asks if we have any other issues witch I love because I know hes a very busy man yet he listens to every detail. If our pediatrician isnt available I ask for anyone available they all have been amazing to my family. Only for the exception of one particular doctor but other than that I will keep going there.

Beware the billing department tries to scam you. They keep sending bills that insurance has record they covered but they say it don’t.l. Billing department need knowledgeable people not idiot that they hire probably on purpose to act stupid and treat you like your an idiot. Unnecessary waist of my time and others And don’t say we don’t have your insurance info since that’s the first thing you look at and take before you even let us through. Looking for easy targets to get paid twice full amount plus the discounted rate insurance already paid. No excuses you are not a small business out of garage but a big Corp with resources. Pathetic

Good luck In trying to get appointment here. Called 45 days In advance to get my appointment for diabetic care which is due every 3 months and the staff tell me I can not get in until dec 26 that’s 2 months overdue and the staff did not care about that I will be overdue . What a shambles

Nightmare! When I did my lab test, the nurses didn’t use any alcohol or something else to clean the spot on my arm where she stuck the needle in. It’s not the worst. After she took my blood, she used a cotton pad from the table to cover my bleeding point. I want to cry, the surface of the cotton pad laid on the table whole time when I was there, I’m not sure the table was cleaned or not. She used the side touched table to covered my bleeding spot! What can I say! Take care!

I went here for my first time and i didnt like it at all.Medical service was fine from a nurse. I felt like they treated me like a money dollar sign, they wanted to assign me so many tested that were unnecessary.Any patient should have a freedom to choose what medical test they want and need.I felt like the doctor was making me take all these weird lab test when she said at the end of the appointment that I am totally healthy.When i asked questions and doctor wasnt being very clear at what they recommend. they were actually using search web to answer my questions. I was so shocked. I came to a doctor and i expect them to know more then me. If this was so easy i can just use google myself.So disappointing.

This Fairview system is NOT patient friendly! They run it like a business and profit model is their motto. The clinic director is not a doctor but an “administrator” and all the doctors have to take orders from her! If you need a referral outside of the Fairview system regardless if your insurance covers it— they deny it because they want to keep you in the Fairview network! These people give medicine and doctors a bad name!! No wonder people are frustrated when they try to take care of their health—people are not commodities! Your business model is NOT conducive to health!

I wish I could have two separate reviews here. The OB clinic is great and we love our dr there. I would give them 5 stars. I do however have a big issue with the scheduling department for Fairview clinics. I scheduled an appt with a scheduling person and they gave me two options : 11:20 or 1:20. I said 1:20 and she even repeated back to me 1:20. My family member whom I made the appointment for arrived early to fill out paperwork only to find out the scheduling person put his appt in at 11:20 and the time already passed. This is completely unacceptable and they need more people who can pay attention to the most basic of details when they are speaking on the phone. The staff is at least helpful to try and get him in to rectify the situation but scheduling at Fairview gets a big ZERO!

Called in today to change and appointment. This rude receptionist name Sharon answered the phone then put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. I called back and explained I was hung up and she didnt even bother to apologize. She just went straight to asking my information and was very unpleasant about it and then put me on hold with music without telling she was putting me on hold while I was in the middle of asking her a questions. I hung up and called back and she tried to lie to me saying she told me. She tried arguing with me and threaten me saying everything is recorded and that she can go back and listen to the conversation about everything. Terrible customer service. So I had to tell her I need to talk to the manager. This is why I dont go to this clinic anymore because they hired some rude receptionist and this not the first time I have bad customer service. My whole family come here to get check up. I will no longer return there and go to Nicollet park clinic. They just lost thousands of dollars of business because of a receptionist who cant do their job right and drive customer away. Possible chance of returning if Sharon get fire.

Let me start off by saying that I dont write reviews. I aint no snitch. But typing this out is very cathartic for me. Eight. Eight times they failed to get me my ADHD medication on time. You know what being off your medicine feels like when you have ADHD? Your brain is a beehive and you cant connect any of your thoughts. Now try to go to work like that. Now imagine if I needed medication for my heart. I would be dead. These people are unhelpful and their policies are designed to protect them - not you. They literally hurt the people they are supposed to help. Think about that guys, a medical facility that hurts? Thats like going to a auto shop and having them smash your taillights in with a wrench. Do yourself a favor and skip this place when looking for a clinic. If your are already going here, leave as soon as possible.

I go to the pain management center here. I am getting my neck treated for chronic pain, for which I have been doctoring many, many years with no relief. Ive had many doctors and teams. I am 60 years old. My doctor is Rachel Egyhazi. She has a team working along side of her. Her and her team are the most caring, comforting, and concerned people Ive met in the medical field. Their concern is for me and getting me out of pain. My first and second visit were diagnostic injections. I, of course, was in extreme pain going in and no (yes, I said no) pain when I left. They are working on the nerves in my spine. I put my faith in their hands and have not looked back. The next step is the RFA which is done so my pain and brain no longer communicate. I will come back and tell you how it went. Im sure I will be fine.

Nice doctors. Extremely rude staff. Whenever I call to schedule or call the nurse line they are rude, have an attitude and treat me like a nuisance. They rarely have appointments. There is always kids running around the waiting room in choas. I would not reccomend bringing your children here.

I called to schedule an appointment and the staff was very rude. A scheduler named Nicole disconnected the call three times before allowing me to explain the reason for my call. How can a person work in patient services but dont have patience for patients?

We have been charged twice for additional services at a well baby checks. The first time it was because the doctor pointed out a developing flat spot on our babies head. A 3-5 minute conversation about feeding her differently and being aware of it cost us $195.00.The second well baby check, our baby had a pretty bad chest cold that developed the weekend before her Monday visit. The doctor warned us this time that it would cost additional money for her to address the cough... My husband was shocked because it seems ridiculous.IF YOU ARE GOING TO LISTEN TO A BABIES CHEST ANYWAY, WHY ARE WE BEING CHARGED FOR STATING SHE HAS A CHEST COLD!!!I am done with this clinic because they overcharge and dont provide basic/logical services without additional costs. This is just another example of big corporate health care bleeding money from hard working parents for their stockholders benefit.

Fairview has changed over the years. they have a new policy I extremely dislike. Appointments are limited to 15 minutes, and you are only allowed to discuss 1 problem per appointment now. I miss the days where I could schedule 30 min or an 1hr at a time, and discuss everything I need to about my health. Feels like a scam to get more money. Maybe they are under pressure from the insurance companies.

A few things from various visits here ...1. took 7 weeks to get my Dr to call back with CT scan results2. tried selling me a nebulizer for $400 that walgreens carries for $35 and buried it in the paperwork so I wouldnt notice3.entire clinic seems inconsiderate of patients time - late appointments, late refill faxes to walgreens, no callback sometimeswish there was a better place to go ... heading there for another appt next week - I wont say its terrible because every other clinic I know of has the same type of service - waiting for one of them to actually change for the better and put patients 1st

Sigh. Where do I begin with this review? Everytime my family and I have been here it has been horrible, but this personally has been the worst time for me.I came in today thinking my ear drum had ruptured. I was diagnosed with a bad ear infection last night at the clinic in Hyvee, and was told if the pain got worse I needed to go to the ER. My pain was so bad I had been in tears all morning and afternoon, and when pain medicine didnt help, my mom, my boyfriend and I decided to go in.So I go in. Wait forever to be seen by an RN because someone had a cold and decided to come into the ER, as Im *in tears* in the waiting room. It was busy after so I waited for a room, but that wasnt really a big deal compared to what happened after I got into the room.So, Nurse Practioner comes in, and I explain everything, and she checks my ears. Doc comes in, and shes kind of rude right off the bat. My mom and I ask for her to give me a stronger pain medicine than over the counter because Ive been in tears the whole damn time and they were planning on sticking plastic in my ear to get wax out so they could see my ear drum better, and she says Im not comfortable with giving her stronger medicine because of the risks. Even though Ive had that medicine several times when I got major oral surgeries, as a minor, and Im a consenting adult, but okay.So, Nurse comes back in with the scraper and scrapes so hard that I scream. I beg her to stop on multiple occasions, I tell her I dont consent to the service anymore and she just says Its okay, just one more time! (which she says 3 or 4 times, even after I say I dont consent, which is illegal, mind you).Anyway, she keeps going on services I dont consent to. I pull away and she shoves the scraper in even further and pulls me back. By the time shes done, Im shaking and bawling.Horrible experience, like every other time, and I will not be coming back. Only went because it was close and I thought my ear drum exploded. Its saying something that my 4 hour tattoo hurt LESS than how hard this nurse poked my infected ear.Dont come here unless you want the nurses and doctors to violate your patient bill of rights. Wont be suprised if they get sued soon.

This clinic was our clinic ever since my kids were born and that is 5 years so today and only today I was late for 5 minuets and they said my Child can’t be seen without even asking the doctor!!!

Good place to go, they know their stuff, but the holding times on the phone are excruciating, I believe I waited about 30 minutes listening to the same voice recordings and awful music, seriously, I just couldnt take it anymore, not impressed
