Debra Haqq is an excellent provider. She is the main reason I continue to visit this clinic. Front desk are friendly and prompt. Lab tech & nurses are wonderful as well!However, Urgent care is filled with inexperienced staff that try to diagnose you beyond their scope of practice.

I have had fairly prompt: response, easy scheduling, and rarely have to wait long. Overall pretty happy with this clinic. I’ve been going for over 15 years

Took my aunt here to get her lab work done... Only 2 other person waiting. Literally after 20 other patients pass us up and after complaining why it took so long she gets called! Sometimes I think these places pick and choose who gets helped... Lab tech needs to get her priorities in order

Front desk gal was friendly and helpful. Briana Donald CPA is efficient, caring and thorough. She has great follow through. So glad I changed my clinic to Burnsville Allina.

We always get exceptional servive and truly appreciate the doctors here. We come here all the time because were older and I have many physical issues.

The first time I went to this clinic they sent me away saying I just had a virus. The same day I went to the ER and got diagnosed with pneumonia. I went to the clinic yesterday with a fever, body aches, etc and they sent me away saying I just have a virus. I then went to the ER to find out I had a kidney infection. If you want to just be told you have a virus then this is the perfect clinic for you! They wont offer you any treatments, and theyll just send you on your way.

Courteous and friendly receptionists, caring enthusiastic nurses, smart and strait forward Dr. (John Sheely). I really enjoy going to this clinic. It is close to home and Ive always been treated with respect, BUT I always treat people how I would like to be treated. Never the less I do recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a safe place to receive medical help.

STAY AWAY. Dr Andrew Steven Houghton should be fired and his medical license permanently canceled. I had an injury pertaining to my back and mid spine. Dr. Houghton went on to essentially tell me it was all in my head and that it had nothing to do with my injury. He then continued to tell me that the pain shooting down my leg was a “misconception” of an injury. Rude and prude. Stay away from this location. Dr. Houghton seems like your typical high school jock who milked his way through college to get a degree. He’s not in the business of actual care, more the money. The lady who did the X-rays during day shift was awesome though, shout out to her for providing real care.

I do not like this place. I have an appointment for a lab service, and the wait was sooo longgggg., unbelievable. There is a reason for scheduling an appointment so people DONT have to wait that long. Ridiculous.

Very disappointed with a nurse that had nothing to do with my child’s care whatsoever but decided to add her rude & unprofessional comments! My child who is on the spectrum was finished with his X-ray & I was outside the locked door when I asked my son through the door if she was ok & this lady who overheard me said, “Um lead walls he can’t here you” which I replied “if I can hear him he can hear me & your comment is uncalled for” she just sat there looking at me with a angry face! That’s when I told her “not that it’s any of your concern but my child is autistic, I’m just checking on him” 2 seconds later he opened the door visibly upset. My son doesn’t go to this clinic but needed to for a X-ray for a possible broken wrist & it was a horrible experience!! Shame on Allina for having nurses who are so insensitive and unprofessional!

The one star is only for Donna at the front desk. Total air head had no idea what the f--- was going on. And on top of that she was completely rude. Would like a number for someone I could talk to about this actually and go into detail. Shes HORRIBLE. The nurse and nurse practitioner on the other hand were lovely

Beyond livid, I pay my co pay everytime and have been ask to pay it everytime I go in and have never not been able to pay it. I have been called before saying I owe money and came in the same day no questions and paid but Im getting the same call again? why am I just finding out about these co pays for 2017 and have debt collections call me and me for the same amount as last time? Very unprofessional, no prior notifications and harassment.

Ive always had good service whether there for an appointment or utilizing the urgent care. No complaints! 👍🏼

Friendly staff. I went to urgent care. Very thorough. I was in and out quickly with prescription and printed out instructions. This was my first time at this Urgent care.

Ive been here multiple times. DEFINITELY stay away from their urgent care. Their doctors are constantly changing and half of them dont know what theyre doing or completely disagree with each other and often contradict each other. Its almost impossible just to get a call back and the last two times I was in for urgent care the wait time was well over two hours while employees were sitting around gossiping even though it wasnt even busy.

They never call back at the primary care , they care les about their patients and no one to file complaints to.

I have always had courteous, professional service. I never leave without a treatment plan that has been helpful.

So incredibly disappointed with the lack of care I experienced today. This is not my regular Dr. But I needed to be seen today and my Dr. wasnt available. I was seen by Dr. Neil Johnson...( I assume since he never introduced himself but was told that would be who was seeing me) awful experience and I would never go back there. In addition the nurse was also rude and smelled of alcohol😞

Dr. Tiffany Habben is the reason my family left Allina for good. How to describe her medical skill and bed side manor?Useless, defective and frankly talentless Doctor.As far as the entire Allina (minus the hack mentioned above) staff at this location I and my entire family will miss their credible and professional work ethic. Their Phlebotomists always hit the mark and we never felt any pain.Goodbye Allina

Never going again. Went there for eye glasses prescription and birth control pills. They were not supposed to charge me with copay but every time they charged me with copay and also put in the wrong code for my visits so my insurance denied to cover my copay. Also the front desk people are lack of knowledge and professionalism.

I think Doctor Heather Jensen, DPM, MHA is one of the best doctors. She makes it easy to understand the problem, the cause, and the remedy. Her skill as a care giver and surgeon is a demonstration of a high level of patient value and excellence in her work.

Dr. Acherman (misspelled name) she was the worst Dr. I have ever seen .I felt totally discriminated against. She looked at me as if I was disgusting and she stated I know Im going to have to use the extended tool on you if I was to complete the tubilization. Why not get the Mirena? Basically saying Im too fat. I never went there again .When the nurse called to tell me they denied my procedure I was totally fine with that, I would never give them my services .

I called to make an appt for a refill and whoever was working the desk and answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. I have never had a bad experience just calling to make an appt anywhere and Im pretty sure that job is self explanatory, so its quite disappointing that she couldnt even do that without having a bad attitude. Gonna go back to Fairview.

The nurse that helped me was very rude, short and snippy. the doctor that saw me was very nice and helpful.

I would not take my dog there! As a fellow healthcare professional I am so disappointed in the care/processes at your Allina Burnsville clinic. We have been going to your clinic/urgent care for years esp when it was Quello. Since Allina took over what a disaster. The billing is frequently wrong and our insurance has not changed in 10+years! The customer service last time I was in with my daughter for a follow up from an urgent care visit was sub par. The MD (Dr Ali) had absolutely no social skills spoke to her and made her feel like her being there was an absolute waste of his time despite the fact that the urgent care MD called her at home after her visit and told her to go back in 2 weeks due to enlarged lymph nodes around her heart. He spent more time explaining to her the difference between the 12 and 13 on the calendar for her to come back on these days rather than explaining to her why she needed to come back and what the test he was ordering were for. He repeated multiple times she did not need to see him, God forbid she waste his precious time despite we are paying for it! There is more from this appt but I am sure there is not enough space here to write it. Lastly was the 2 appts my daughters had for college physicals. We have $101 dollar bill for a physical which should have been 100% covered. However they did the blood test rather than a mantoux. The patient rep I spoke with from the Burnsville clinic was less than helpful kept just saying this was not a covered service TB is not a routine screening. Please tell me how an 18yr old would have any idea what was a routine covered blood test. For the love of God does a pt need to have the ins company on the phone during an exam to make sure everything you do is covered?? If this is something that is not part of a routine physical why wouldnt you tell the patient prior to completing the test? Clinics are well aware of what is routine and what is not! Very poor and disappointing service. We will be finding a new health care provider.

Horrible customer service. Barb at the desk was the most unprofessional person Ive ever dealt with. Never have I been spoke to so rudely while trying to make an appointment.

I had terrible experience, came for check up, was 100% sure it will be covered by my insurance but they billed it as regular visit because Dr asked me if I have any concerns, as a result I received $500 bill.
