Aside from the annoying entrance gestapo, the experiences I’ve had with receptionists leaves much to be desired. The quality of care I’ve received over the years has been sub par I feel and I also feel like the doctors would rather say it’s mental versus actually doing their jobs as healers. Like most clinics, this has become a money machine that seems to not care about their means of making money due to sheer numbers of people that pile in there.

Everybody was so friendly and helpful. I’ve been 3 times this past week for an ear infection and all visits were wonderful due to the people working there! So refreshing!

The women’s speciality center I would rate a 0. There’s not one single provider that actually shows they care about YOU and your baby.The pediatric care is just as awful. They use fear tactics. Go to NEW KINGDOM they are amazing.

Dont go to this clinc if your 50 plus and your not a professional. If your low income or average . They will treat u unprofessional,and not care about your health problems. This place is bad. I should not even give them a one star review.But its up to u .Find a Dr. That really cares about your needs

Came in to urgent care after I smashed my finger and broke it at work. I was in a lot of pain and the doctors and nurses were so incredibly caring and helpful. I also had a lot of questions as it was a work related injury and they answered all of them and made me feel at ease about the entire situation. There were a lot of other patients but i was still able to get in and seen by a doctor very promptly. Top notch facility with top notch people! They went above and beyond and made my rough day not so rough.

I chose this clinic for my preventative colonoscopy. The services provided were good and staff excellent. However I am now faced with filing an appeal as they are not billing me correctly. Waste of time for my insurance company, myself as well as their coding department for not correcting it the first time it was brought to their attention. Wasted time equals wasted money and example of why medical costs are high. Disappointed.

I am very upset as to what health partners has to park nicollet.Cant get thru to anyone.. Doesnt make for patient care

I had Mrs Johnson (RN) for my appointment this morning. I can honestly say that was the best health care appointment I have ever had. Usually I get a little light headed from shot or blood drawn but she had such calming spirit and was so friendly it made it a breeze.She answered every question I had and provided all the information I needed to travel without any reservations about getting sick!

I got back quickly to see the doc. Everyone was nice and tried to work as quickly as possible to assist all the patients. The doctor was very through and covered all the bases. My only issue was the clinic could not reach me because my phone number was never updated but they sent a letter out right away from some test results that needed my immediate attention. But overall I would go again.

Had an appt with Dr Darin Epstein in Dermatology to check moles. Dr Epstein was super personable, even walked in and introduced himself as Darin. He is very knowledgeable in his field, bantered with personal chit-chat during the exam, yet remained professional. I felt very comfortable talking to him about concerns. Highly recommend. Note that he is only at the BV location once a month at the time of my appt; most of his appts are in St Louis Park.

I like my Doctors, however, I always seem to have issues with their billing department. I have been double billed for labs on many occasions and sent zero balance statements only to be sent a new statement months later for multiple hundreds of dollars on things that showed zero in the past. Contacting their billing department online is a complete joke. I believe you are told your message with be responded to within 48 hours, however, i would say my average response time is 1 week.Outside of my yearly checkups this is why i would never go to the Doctor for anything i didnt think was potentially immediately life threatening.

Had appointment at Womens Services Clinic. While my doctor was great and I liked her, the nurse that got me started was a total airhead and I wondered the entire time if she was competent. Had blood drawn and the medical assistant was very cold and crabby. I thought I was being booked for prison.I really liked the doctor, but I did not like the clinic at all. I have been to better places before where support staff actually seems like they care about patients.

I absolutely love the care that I receive at the Burnsville location. Each and every staff member from the front desk to RNS, doctors, CNAS, etc are wonderful. A special shoutout to the gastro team who are always on top of everything and manage to keep a sense of humor.

I have been going to Park Nicollet for 4 years now. My anxiety would get so intense going to the doctor - but at Park Nicollet, I am always comfortable and at ease. I first went there to visit Urgent Care due to some abdominal pain. The doctor was thorough, patient, kind, and understanding. I felt he genuinely wanted to determine what the root cause was. Turns out I had a UTI..... and a 9.5 cm cyst on my ovary. They didnt give up on me or try to shoo me out of the clinic once I was diagnosed with a UTI. After that experience how could I even think to try somewhere else. I have never met a doctor, nurse, any member of staff who was unkind. They are all very personable in my opinion and make you feel so at ease. I would never think to go anywhere else! Ever.

Love the people and the service you get from all departments is friendly and professional....The staff and doctors makes you feel comfortable and help you understand whats going on.... I love park nicollet me and all my family go here and have never had a problem....

Always been very comfortable and confident in this clinic. My doctor and the nurses are always so friendly and professional as well as making me feel at home in that I can comfortably express my concerns without feeling judged.

If I could give a no-star rating I would. I cant believe that we go to this place for emergency assistance and it still takes more than an hour to see a doctor (not that one even arrived within the hour for that matter) after being helped by a nurse. We left the room we were waiting in and instead went to the hospital across the street where we only waited less than 30 minutes to see a doctor and find out what was going on with one of my family members who was basically fighting for breath as she was being suffocated for god knows what. Im not gonna get into details. All I know is that were supposed to feel safe in this environment and we were far from.

Fantastic service! Prompt and very easy to work with. The urgent care and lab is amazing! Great job to the Drs and nurses there!

I scheduled a sleep apnea home test pick up with them, took PTO from work to get this taken care of because it is important to my family and I. Showed up 20 minutes early waited 1.5 hrs to find out that the specialist that was to meet me in Burnsville at 1pm doesnt like coming down to Burnsville from St. Louis Park and cancelled without telling anyone left early for the day because of the weather. Thanks for wasting my time, my PTO and doing nothing to make it right. I have never felt more like number in all my life. What the hell happened to treating patients? Caring for them? You have clearly proven that you only care about billing my insurance company. Oh wait nevermind you dont care much about that either because you continue to bill the wrong insurance company after I have called 4 times to inform you that it continues to be billed incorrectly. #winning#nailingit.

Not near enough disability parking, ramp was over a block away, was told there was a shuttle service, but once there, there wasnt. Handicap doors didnt work.

Urgent care was quick to check in and quick to see a doctor. In and out in less than than an hour with Perscription ready to picked up on the way home.

I went to the physical therapy office for my lower back. The first time I saw Phyllis, she was rude and abrupt. I went in with lower back issues and came out with lower back, neck and shoulder issues. Then I decided I would try again with someone else. Jerry was abrupt rude and wanted to argue with me about everything. He was rude and basically told me I had to go back to Phyllis. I will be going to another clinic where hopefully I will be able to get the help I need

Everytime we come here to the eye department we have had the worst experience ever... David in the eye department have the worst customer service. The last time we went the lady had to take over because he was very mean to us for no reason. We asked him if we can have a temporary pair of glasses until we get the replacement and he totally refused to do that for us, we told him the other guy did it for us the last time for my other daughter and he didnt care about it. The lady who took over us gave us a temporary one but he didnt want to with a big attitude, we went in today again and gave us the worst attitude... I am not coming back here ever again. Customers suppose to walk in with a smile not afraid to talk to someone because of his attitude.

The ent specialist clinic they have there is phenomenal i salute to dr Knutson he took great care of me amd got my impacted wax out of my ear i know gross but i woupd definitely recommend this clinic and this dr he is awesome at what he does everyone is cery nice its nice to have good drs around thank you again very much

Urgent Care visit 9/21//18: Dr. Brown came into the exam room and barked, Put on your mask which no one had given me. He asked me what was my issue & I said sinus infection. Tried to explain that Ive gotten them all my life..he cut me off & said to get on table and then barked AGAIN, Dont cough or breathe on me even tho he had on gloves & a mask when he entered. The check up was perfunctory & he never touched me. He then said, According to ENT PROTOCOL, you have an allergy. He didnt check my chart or history I gave the nurse. Advised me to use an OTC anti histamine & Flonase which I had already told him I use daily. I said so you are not giving me any meds. He repeated the Protocol and walked out. (FYI: Urgent Care was NOT busy!) I stomped out complaining & he smirked, Sorry you feel that way. I immediately went back down to Family medicine but nothing had changed since I called prior to Urgent Care. I booked 1st available on 9/28. Next day I was worse with pressure under & above eyes worsening & black under eyes, severe headache & dizziness. I found some amoxicillin for dental precheckups & am taking that. Amazing how much better I feel in 24 hrs. I will be filing a complaint against Dr. Brown as rude & incompetent.

The pharmacy is great here. The clinic is ok. The staff is hit or miss, some like you, others you can tell dislike their job.

I dont know what I would do without the great physical therapy staff at Park Nicollet Clinic in Burnsville, especially Deb! They are very professional, thorough and really listen to you.

So, I dont generally go to the doctor, but this place was fairly close by so I made an appointment cause I had this horrible sore throat. They were going through a new upgrade to their documentation system so things were a little slower than usual, but everyone was still so pleasant! The lady who made my appointment, receptionist, nurse and the doctor(s) were all so wonderful! I had to have a second opinion cause the first doctor was a little shocked and confused by my symptoms, but everyone was enjoyable and professional. She even made sure that along with my primary medication I got something added just in case I had a side effect. So thorough! Target on the other hand... had the prescriptions already put together when I got there so I had to get everything instead of just the one prescription, but hey, at least I got great service! :)

My surgery went well.Beautiful facility and the staff and Doctors are amazing.

Still waiting over 2 hours. Time to change service providers. I have been coming here for 15 years all my kids. Dont like the way I am treated here. Its unfortunate I m a paying customer. Sick and very upset!

I feel the reviews dont do justice for Burnsville Park Nicollet Clinic. So, to explain some of the bad reviews:Its called URGENT Care, not EMERGENCY Care. The ER is across the street if you need to be seen ASAP, urgent care doesnt guarantee how soon you will be seen but its cheaper than the ER and at least P.N. has one otherwise youd have to make an appointment and wait even longer than a simple hour. If youre impatient but wont pay to go to the ER, then dont write a bad review.Nurses and doctors in Urgent Care arent there to simply cater to you. Everyone else in the waiting room must be seen too, and its only a few doctors on a staff at urgent care, because they have to put in a certain amount of hours there. The nurses are checking people in, doing preliminary exams, room exams, and communicating with the Doctors all at once for multiple patients. They dont get to have the time to chit-chat with you in a room until the doctor comes in. If you want that treatment make an appointment with your primary care physician.Ive never had any horrible experience at this park nicollet location. There will be bad apples everywhere, even if they are doctors or nurses, theyre humans too, and everyone has bad days. But in concern with the clinic and not urgent care, if you find the right doctors (which most are amazing) Theres no way you could give less than 4 stars. Dermatology specialists are kind of ify, but I highly recommend Rachel Leake and Dr. Addy, fantastic women in the medical field. If I can I will see them till the day I pass. I moved to Bloomington almost a year ago and still go to this location. The care is well worth the 15 minute drive.

If you have the right Doctor and NP, you will have a great experience.

This place was horrible

Kristin Hancock is by far the best medical professional in the entire state of Minnesota. She goes to bat for her patients, shes an advocate, and personally will never see anyone else because of the care she takes for her patients.

Unfortunatly some of staff are rude and abrupt. Judge by name reather then language..I guess people are just not welcoming at all.. some people need to work on there multicultural acceptance, as well as on improving the interverted skills...conclussion look for better office if the office is incopetent with communication, they will likely be incompetent with your treatment.

Ive been going to Park Nicollet for at least a decade and Ive finally had enough. They are more like salesmen than doctors, they spend as little time with patients as possible while trying to extract as much money as possible. There is no follow up, they dont listen to patients, and they hurry you out the door as abruptly as possible. Its degrading to treat patients this way. Heres your drug now run along.

Dr. Dale Akkerman is someone I would NEVER refer to ANYONE! I was very disappointed in my consultation. I contacted the clinic after my visit to complain and they had Dr. Dale Akkerman contact me directly via phone. He was short with me and seemed annoyed with my questions. I felt very uncomfortable and because of this experience I will no longer be a patient with Park Nicollet in Burnsville.

I went to urgent care and was ran thru the ringer with tests due to upper respiratory issues that could have been complications resulting from a recent surgery. I never received a comprehensive diagnosis or explanation of possible causes.
