Initially I hit four stars by accident and couldnt fix it . This office was very accommodating and I got an appointment very quickly thank you to Paulette and Dr Smith i would recommend this office anyone.

My friend referred me. I had another dentist i needed the tooth pulled, who doesnt pull teeth referred me to someone else. Long story short. I had a good root canal, so instead of pulling he built a new tooth. Is able to fix my bridge i have. Everyone is pleasant. Very fair priced as well.

This is a established general dental practice in Burlington Mass. The owner and general practitioner is highly trained as well as his long term staff. Recently added Botox and fillers to the enhanced personal services offered in the office. A comfortable office in a great location. A fabulous friendly and educated staff. You know you are number one when you are treated with respect. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Smith and the team. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and have referred my family and friends.

This is a highly educated, prepared, and organized practice! I receive Botox treatment for migraines and it is an ABSOLUTE game changer. From 5/6 crippling migraines a week, to being something I don’t need to worry about. It has given me my life back. Dr. Smith and his staff cover everything, even the small details you wouldn’t think of and go above and beyond to make sure your 100% comfortable/ confident in what your doing when you are there as well as when your going about your day to day life or have an emergency! Do yourself the favor, and let them help you because it’s a million percent worth it!! I myself work in the field and have met a variety of doctors. Dr. Smith will be straight up with you and deliver you the best treatment fitted to your needs. He is a outstanding dentist, always on top of the science of dentistry as well as an artist when it comes to aesthetics. Dr Smith did a great job on my crown (and he did it in one visit, using the Cerak (not sure of the spelling) machine (instead of taking multiple visits). Amazing technology here! And the Dental Assistant that worked with Dr Smith (Melissa) was on top of every detail, and so very friendly and customer focused!Also, the hygienists here are super. Paulette did my last cleaning, and she did an amazing job! Gentle cleaning, fun personality, and super-clean teeth afterwards (and even screens for Oral Cancer). And used some other high tech tools as well.Staff that greets you (Sue and Sue) were very friendly and customer focused too!Thanks to the entire staff over there!

Good dentist - really on top of his field. You couldnt ask for a more competent dentist. My spouse and I have been going to Dr. Smith for over 32 years now. Believe me, we wouldnt stick with anyone this long if we didnt think they knew their stuff. No nonsense, no sales pitches, no baloney, just good work!

I have found that Dr. Smith , as well as his staff, to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful. . Dr. Smith is extremely current with all his dental practices. His experiences with dentistry has been demonstrated through each and every dental emergency, I have had. He has always shared with me certain concerns, which could result, with my emergency tratment plans. I am happy to say he has always let me know, prior to treatment, what the plan woild be if certain issues do come to fruitation. When going over results or treatment options he goes over the pros and cons of the various options. He appears to understand the weight of the financial decisions a patient, might have with each procedure. When speaking about your options, he discusses the implications this could have on the patient. He is very personable and caring towards his patients and passionate about dentistry. I personally have had numerous bad, troubling experiences with many prior dentests, yet he has made me extremely comfortable!, everytime I am in his chair. I am very comfortable with his interpersonally skills and with asking him about anything that has to do with my treatment or with any procedure He always checks in on my comfort level and monitors my reactions to ensure that I have the best possible care, under his control. Each time I go into the dentsl chair I am amazed that I am so comfortable and confident with my dental care, that my past fears and bad experiences no longer haunt me. How great is that!!!The entire staff, shows strong understandings of their specific jobs. However, they also play important roles to all of Dr. Smiths patients. They are all compassionate, good listeners, Personable, welcoming and dedicated to The offices reputation. They follow through with everything and try to assist me, the patient, with coming up with a solution that works best for me, rather than only one that works for the office. The hours vary throughout the week, however, it appears to me that this just means that everyone can find a time which will work for them. Lastly, I travel 35 miles, one way, to go to this awesome office. I have been in the office and met people who travel upwards of 75 miles each way. I never ask why, because, like them, I know, when trying to find the perfect dental practice, it is always worth the time and travel to get a good experience out of a dental office. I know this is often a trying thing to do!

Dr. Smith has been a pleasure to go to. I never feel pressure for unnecessary services, like those dentist chains tried to sell me (aspen, genral). Hygienists are nice as well. Support real dentists like this.

I had a Old Crown that fell out and Dr. Smith fit me right in and did a New Crown the same day. .
