Ive been seeing Temple for three years. Ive never been able to see the doctor with less than an hour delay from my appointment. The staff is rude and lies when convenient. Temple wont give me more than five minutes of her time and is only interested in prescribing medication as fast as possible to see other patients. I dont feel like Im able to get any questions answered or understand my medical plan. When I was able to speak to Nayer about the issues he was condescending - telling me that hell hire me right now to fix the problems. I was simply asking a question about the medicine they switched me to and how it would react to epileptic triggers Ive been having at work. Disgusted with their treatment.

My wife was referred to Dr. Nayer by our primary care Doctor. It only took two days for an appointment. As my 5 Star rating indicates, we were extremely pleased with our visit. Dr. Nayer has a very warm and friendly disposition. He took his time in evaluating my wife and he personally laid out the next steps for her treatment. I have confidence in him. Also, I was also very impressed with the Office Staff. This is a busy Office and they definitely keep things moving forward. I admire and respect that. They really seem to be a Team. As my wife has a long term condition, I feel very fortunate and blessed to be treated here. (James & Mary Rosnow)

This is the worst office staff I have found here yet!! I have a referral from 3/19 and still cant get an appointment. I cant even speak to the person who sets the appointment. I was told on the 20 they would need a week to even get to mine all though no one asked who I was or look. Then I called again still no help! Was told she would let the referral people know and she would call! Nope!! Then called today left on hold for 10 minutes the first time, someone else got on the and it started again. Girl come back and said all humana referrals are complete. Now I have to rely on them calling Dr and calling me back! This place SUCKS I THINK ID RATHER DIE THAN DEAL WITH THEM And I may by time time I see this dr.

I personally dont believe his office staff deserves even one star. From long waits to get in to sitting in the office for long periods of time waiting to be called back. I finally was contacted to have a test done which was a long wait to begin with. To be called on Thurs to say the Dr is no longer doing that TEST on Mondays due to covid. And then I have to wait 2 more weeks. I know there are more complaints than just mine. They just are not providing a review. Not one person said a nice thing about the office when I was there.People are in pain and are wanting help. Treating them rudely with your horrible customer service is just awful to say the least. I had to disconnect the call as the lady in your office was starting to raise her voice at me as like I am the problem. And I told her she was being nasty and I was hanging up.

I’m extremely satisfied with Dr. Nayer!!His staff not to much!!!!I have appointments every 3 month’s.In December, Dr Nayer was not in the office and I had to see another doctor/associate. I was not happy, as I was supposed to be talking about a new MS med. When I was phoned by the office staff confirming my appointment for March, I specifically asked if I would be seeing Dr Nayer.I was told that I would be!When I was called in for my appointment, I was led to the back and going to the left (I knew the 2 office’s to the left were not where I see Dr Nayer). I asked if I would be seeing Dr Nayer and the girl said no I would be seeing the NP/PA. I said no!! I said I was scheduled with Dr Nayer and that’s who I need to see!Unfortunately, I said a few choice words and let them know that if I’m not seeing Dr Nayer they need to reschedule.I’m tired of being scheduled with my doctor and they change it the day I have my appointment!!I’ve been seeing Dr Nayer since 2015.

Dr Nayer is a very thorough Dr who spends time to find out about what the problem is and treats you appropriately. Dr Nayer listens to all your Medical issues. He truly has a tender Heart for His patients. I’m currently being treated for Sleep and Neuropathy. Dr Nayer also keeps a listening ear for my other treating Drs who treat My back , neck and shoulder. AS I said he’s tuned into all my issues medically. He’s always shown a general Concern for Me. I feel very comfortable with Dr Nayer. As for scheduling and his Office Manager Kim she very efficient and such a wonderful person. Sometimes not always you may have to wait 10-15 minutes. That’s not because scheduling is crowded. No, it because like I said Dr Nayer is thorough and just maybe some one had a lot they needed to explain so to me I don’t mind because I know I get the same treatment if I need to be heard. Drs not anxious to get you out of his room. I’ve never felt that. All Dr Nayer’s Nurses assistants have the same spirit and attitudes the rest of the office presents. PLEASANTNESS. I’d give 8 stars if I could

Worked for him for 2 years doing prior authorizations. Quit & walked out because a nurse practitioner was allowed to be in the office all day after being in contact with covid. I complained & his answer was WHOS RUNNING THIS OFFICE? Having a immuno compromised child I could not risk it so I left. He texted me after I arrived home that she was being sent home but she was at the office all day. All of this while he is safe at home in Henderson. He doesnt care about his employees or his patients as much as he should. Most of the patients are elderly and its so embarrassing to have worked for someone who is so money hungry & unprofessional. No morals. Only cares about his well being. Thats why he has not been to the office in months.

I go there almost once every 2-3 months and see Temple sometimes the wait is long but it is mainly because she is so thorough! So in this case I would say patience is a virtue! When I first started going there we went through everything just to make sure of my diagnosis not like other doctors around here that just tell you “this is wrong with you here is some medicine be on your way” as for the staff, I have never had a problem they have always treated me kindly. I usually tell people who have neurological problems about Temple all the time because I trust her so much, and everything she does is ran through Dr. Nayer so everything there is a team effort definitely recommend and it is worth the wait I think.

I initially received care from Dr. Nayer in the hospital where I was diagnosed with a potentially deadly and rare brain cyst. He was very unclear about just how serious it was and now, 8 years later without being under the supervision of a neurologist and experiencing severe side effects, I’m just learning how serious it is and that I should’ve been getting MRI’s every 6 months to monitor it. I personally requested a second one about one year after the initial diagnosis and was told it wasn’t necessary. They will not answer my calls or call back myself or the Doctors requesting my records now. But several people have that same complaint. Check out the yelp reviews. The staff is extremely rude and short with people. I’ve been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and I give the benefit of the doubt 9 out of 10 times. But this experience is nothing short of unacceptable. Fits in with the general care available in Bullhead City- horrible. The same reason everyone drives to Las Vegas for anything more than a cold.

On March 9 2018 I saw Dr Nayer for the first (and only) time. He recommended a sleep study and it was set up for March 31 2018. The next appointment was April 11 2019 for follow up and to get the results. At that time I told Temple AND the individual that was going to contact the CPAP provider (Apria) that I would be out of the country until approximately the 10th of June. I was told there was no problem - the information would be passed on to Apria. I left the country on April 13 2018. On or about April 17 2018, April delivered the CPAP equipment to my home. My house-sitter let me know the equipment had arrived. I phoned Tri State on April 23 and got no return call. I phoned again on April 30th and left another message. I did not get a return call. I also received calls from Apria because the equipment wasnt being used. Apria didnt care that I was out of the Country and they would never say whether or not they were told not to send the equipment the middle of June. I did return home for a week in May. The equipment was shipped back to Aprila in late April. On May 6 2018, I had another follow up with Dr Nayers office. Since I did not have the CPAP equipment to use, this appointment was a waste of everyones time, yet my insurance was billed and paid for the visit. When I returned home for good in mid-June, I called Tri-State at least 6 times and never once received a return call. Apria did call and said I had to redo the study because it had been so long since the initial study. At that point I gave up. Sometime in March of 2019, I was contacted by Tri-State to schedule a 2nd sleep study so I could get the CPAP machine. It was finally done on June 21 2019. I called Tri-State twice to schedule a follow up for the results. There was no return call. I finally stopped in their office on July 3 2019 where I was assured every phone message left was returned within 48 hours. After challenging that statement, an appointment was set for the sleep study results for July 11 2019. At that time I was told I had to return to the sleep center for a 3rd time so a Titration Study could be done. Reluctantly I went back to the sleep center on July 23 2018 for that study. On August 29 2019, I went back to Tri-State to get the results of the study once again. It was decided that although the sleep apnea was minor, I would give the CPAP a try to see if it made any difference. Per Amanda, I believe, the equipment was ordered that date through another provider. When I heard nothing from the equipment provider as of September 5 2019, I called Tri-State again and left a message. No return phone call. I called again on September 12, left another message and got no return call. I called again on September 19 after deciding that would be my final attempt to get a response. Im now assuming I will not get a return call so I will be cancelling the appointment I have since I do not have the CPAP equipment and I have lost confidence in the staff at Tri-State.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea by Dr. Nayer approximately 3 months ago. I had two sleep studies completed at his office in Henderson Nv. The staff member that performed the sleep study was professional and very nice. After the two studies were finished I had a consultation with Dr. Nayer where he informed me I had sleep apnea and he recommended I wear a cpap mask. During the consultation he told me my test results would be sent to a medical supply company where the cpap mask would be calibrated to work with my unique test results. Dr. Nayer told me I would be contacted within 1 week by the medical company. After two weeks I called Dr. Nayers office and I was told there was a mix up and the error had been fixed and I would receive the mask within two weeks. Three weeks later I called Dr. Nayers office after no mask had arrived and I was told that it was a mystery where the cpap mask was but the mask was definitely on its way this time. On my third call approximately six weeks after my diagnosis Dr. Nayers employee told me to call Ultra Medical and order my own mask. Of course this is a concern because I was under the impression that the cpap machine needed to be calibrated to my specific needs and I dont have my test results. Today is three months since my sleep study and I do not have a cpap mask but I do have an $700 bill. Today I called Dr. Nayers office and cancelled my follow up appointment. After explaining my situation to the employee she replied OK, thank you, good bye. I would recommend everyone stay far far away from Tri-State Neurological Sleep Center, located at 178 North Pecos, suite 200, Henderson Nevada 89074.
