They let us go back 3 times and each time the”inserts “ were not made. Each time there’s a new clinicians who were not updated about the diabetic shoes. They took the molds in 4 separate times. You can never trust this clinic. They don’t give you all the information especially when you’re a new patient. We are still waiting for the diabetic shoes that we already paid but not ready yet. We’re still waiting….

I have a different perspective about this place Jason call me today on a weekend and walked me through putting my Leg on.. he is a great and lets me bring my fur ball. Im now thinking about coming here. Instead of Vegas he was cool as a cucumber. As I was about to lose it but he calmed me down and I did it. Thank Jason your the best. I was getting depressed thinking I couldnt do it...

My husband had lifts added to his shoe and for the first time in years can stand straight and his back and hips arent in tremendous pain!! Customer service was amazing! Everyone is very helpful and efficient :) I would highly recommend Hanger to everyone and we will definiately be back again!

Very unprofessional. 10 years behind on technology. Jason does not care if you are happy, just that he gets paid. He wanted my amputee wife to walk on her prosthetic leg with a split on her stump. When she refused, he got angry. He set my wife back 6 months on an already difficult recovery. I am so ashamed that he is the only choice within 60 miles. We have begun going to Vegas and havent been happier.

Being a patient of Hangers in Bullhead City Az. is a wonderful experience. Jason, Curtis and Melody are as professional and courteous as you can ever ask for. Always welcoming.

Appt was 11am and I called to confirm it but did not get called in till 12pm front desk said our appt was 11:30 am not 11 horrible even after I confirmed it. Not good customer service.

I am so thankful to have had Jason making legs for my husband the last 6 years, it is difficult to find someone who cares as much as he does about their patients. I personally wanna say thank you to Jason and his staff for giving excellent care!

Let me just start by saying I have been an bk amputee for 30 years I have had many legs that did not fit right and after i started going to see Jason the last 6 years I have not had the issues with my leg not fitting or with being rushed out. everytime I need something jason and his staff are very helpful and honest with me and are more then willing to help. The bad rep that Jason gets is unjustified seeing as I have witnessed him try and help other amputees who dont want the help or put forth the effort and walk just so they have a reason to just be in a power chair the rest of there lives. Not having all your limbs is hard I get it but being lazy and stubborn and blaming someone else is not the answer. Thank you Jason for not giving up at being the best you can be.
