My first new patient visit went great. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Wait time was only a couple of minutes. Nurse was friendly thoughtful and caring as we discussed my condition.

I Give Silver Creeks Doctors, nurses, and staff high praise, for their knowledge, service, and compassion. As a surviving Cancer patient, they have helped me to live a productive life and manage excruciating pain. I am so grateful to be cancer free, even though the pain of recovering from a lobectomy is constant and severe. Silver Creek has helped me to effectively manage the pain and live my best life! Dr sutera is one of the finest doctors if not the finest doctor Ive ever been to hes got an incredible bedside manner and listens to his patients fully,,when doing procedures he tries to be as painless as possible,,His assistant Mercy is one of the kindest persons Ive ever met, and top notch when it comes to doing her job.He has a great staff and his PAs are as good at their jobs of any Ive ever met ,,This is a great office,, with the great office manager and Kim is absolutely wonderful when it comes to getting things done with insurance companies.after 14 years in pain management with some of the most awful neurological chronic pain a person could ever experience,Dr sutera is the best pain doctor Ive ever seen and I am absolutely grateful to be his patient..

I no longer can get epidurals(needles placed in the dura of the spine that inject pain killer/steroids into the epidural space) to block pain receptors so I am only speaking to the kindness, professionalism, and efficiency of the staff where I receive necessary medication for chronic pain! I have a great experience w/ Toni and Nina Chase they truly care about my whole body and together we have come up with what makes my pain more bearable!! Dr. Sutera when he saw me in the hospital had a very gentle bedside manner and truly worked wonders when I had such a painful condition in my mouth due to nuetropenia after my stem cell transplant. I personally have had a great experience all away around with the team there!!

Ive found you either love or hate this office. I love them. The staff is very friendly. Yes, they deal with patients with chronic pain. Ive found that if you smile, even in pain, it makes their day. Kindness is a wonderful thing. Only downside is the wait time. Otherwise, its all good.Thank you for all you do.

Husband had to get cortisone injections each time we get there it is a minimum of a 2 hour wait, feel they schedule to close together & am never told while the delay.

The absolute worst customer service of any medical clinic I ever been with. Dont return calls. Never able to call and talk with staff. Always have to leave number. Most if the time dont return calls. Like my doctor, but cant work with staff. Looking for new Dr.

Was told I had to take my own blood pressure for a month and follow back up when I did I was told that the doctor had retired and that I would have wait another two months that would be almost 3 months with a severe high blood pressure with no medical follow-up or advice or medsHad to go to the local ER to get blood pressure medicineSad sad experienceDefinitely would never recommend

No help, charge medcare for my once a year physical and never examined me, then lied on record that i was obese because my weight and height fit that index even though its muscle not fat so they can test cholesterol even though i had that done a year ago,And had no med records for me or wanted past ones from Washington, i have speacil check ups i need regularly due to past major operations, i have handed this to medicare, done with scammers, going to cali for a doc

Silver Creek CARES!!!My name is Deanie K. I am a patient at Silver Creek & so grateful for Dr Nina. She cared greatly, and has helped me immensely. The very organized staff has never missed a step when doing referrals, appts, giving info, etc, and they are all very nice to everyone.Everyone at Silver Creek cares! They want to help! I never have to wait more than 30 mins for my appt, and Dr Nina really listens to my concerns & needs, and tries to come up with ways to help me get relief from a lifelong injury that is ruining my life, and preventing me from continuing in my career. Myhusband is also a cancer survivor and sees Dr Sutera & Dr Nina - we have never had any problems at all, contrarily, weve been treated like friends..If youre screwing the system, youll be recognized & flagged. Its that way *everywhere* and its because of abuse! We cant expect a doctor, who has spent their entire lives studying and going to college, getting degrees and licensing just so they an help us, to risk their entire careers and have everything taken away from them because of an abuser ..Im sick of seeing bad reviews here.For those who think they got a bum deal at Silver Creek, go try Tri-State and see if you can find better than Dr Sutera & Dr Nina. Have fun sitting out in the heat in the deep summer months for 5 to 6 HOURS for your scheduled appt! Whoever wrote that other review must work there or is just a complete liar. The staff are incompetent. You never see a real doctor, they treat you like complete drug addicts. Then after your done jumping through hoops and waiting in line, they throw pills at you and shove you out the door. Not a semblance of respect. Just an insurance racket. Your insurance isnt good enough for them either, but I bet if you waved a fistful of Benjamins in their faces theyd start frothing at the mouth. Low class people abusing the disabled and in pain people of the world with limited choices, without informing them of the pain patients bill of rights. PS: DONT SIGN THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, ITS OPTIONAL. BUT THEY WONT TELL YOU THAT.

I agree with Heather. I have had to travel over 50 miles just to speak with a real person after leaving several phone messages. My primary care doctor contacted their office when I was unable to get a timely appointment for my next set of lumbar injections in November. An appointment was made for Janaury. When I went to their office to get something for pain to hold me over, I was denied. I learned the January appointment was for a consultation and it would be March until I could get relief. Five months from when my primary care doctor and I requested an appointment. The herniated disk in my low back is very painful.. My goal is to remain working with special education students. I have fired Silvercreek Medical. Dr. Sutara is wonderful, however, I feel he needs to look at his office manager, whom twice, has been rude and unprofessional to me.

Has a nice atmosphere when you walk in very friendly staff . The person I saw listened to me and heard what pain I was in . Dr sutra is very caring I had seen him , he was very concerned and made sure that I got the meds that I needed he also had the staff give me some samples until the pharmacy could get me what I needed

This is one of the worst experience I’ve ever had in the doctors office Asked the front desk to see if they’re able to prescribe my medication was told they prescribe everything I see the doctor he wasn’t able to prescribe me the medication and I’ve been taking for 20 years and they want to charge me my co-pay I believe they been paid enough from the insurance and they can forgo my $20 but they’ve told me no and they hung up on me twice when I called to talk mainly by Marissa asked if she would talk to the Dr. she said no not a great place to go to

Worst service when you’re dealing with chronic pain they treat everyone like they’re liars even cancer patients with severe bone pain. It is the worst care for the community I’ve ever seen.
