Ive gone to Sandra for years, couldnt be happier! Staff is great and so is she!

This place is such a joy! All the staff are extremely friendly and informative. I have had encounters with almost every staff member, and I am yet to find someone who wasn’t helpful. Or who wouldn’t find me someone else on staff who could help me, if they couldn’t. I have never had such a good experience with a Dr’s office. While I can admit there will always be something that will frustrate me, but that’s normal and I as any normal adult should understand, THE STAFF ARE ONLY HUMAN, and can only do so much. Most of the previous reviews I have read I find are ludicrous. Faulting a company for events that can sometimes be out of their control. People should understand businesses are run by normal everyday people too and in no way should reflect on how you view a company as a whole. Tearing down a business is never the way. If I could give them more stars and praise I would!

After reading all the reviews, I can only say that I never had a problem. The staff is friendly and always happy to help. My boyfriend and I have been seeing Sandra, and we couldnt be happier. In conclusion, we are very happy Patients at Silver Creek Family Practice.

Worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. The officer manager- Felicia is rude and doesnt care about the patients. If your doctor is sick then they just cancel your appointment rather than placing you with another provider. God forbid you actually need the appointment so you can get your loved ones moved to an assisted living facility- they cant even fill out that paperwork correctly. 10 calls later I might have it all worked out and the emails to reschedule - well maybe they will end too. I have never been so disgusted with an office. And dont even get me started on Western Arizona Regional Medical Center as a whole.

Horrible. Dr Simmons keeps cancelling appointment. September 28 she sent me for several tests and specialist. Had appointment on November 9 for results BUT she cancelled appointment. Had another appointment tomorrow on December 29 and she cancelled yet again. New appointment is for January 28. Still waiting for tests results since testing was done in October. And early November. Also had issue with her assistant concerning bloodwork needed for scan at the hospital. Left several messages telling doc that the hospital didnt have my bloodwork but doc office insisted that they were sent, leaving me to beg the hospital to get the bloodwork themselves so I can have my test done before the bloodwork time frame expired. Awfully run office. Never had to wait so long for an appointment or to get test results, which Im still waiting for. Do not recommend this office.

My wifes blood pressure went very high and the ER doctor said to see her doctor to have her meds changed. My wife called Monday 08-24-2020 to make an appointment but the receptionist said they are full but that she would have the doctor call her. Well that didnt happen on Monday so my wife called again on Tuesday 08-25-2020 and was told the same thing again and my wife said just have the doctor give me a call and the receptionist that the doctor was to busy to call.DONT EVEN THINK OF GOING THERE THE STAFF SUCKS AND I DONT THINK THAT THE DOCTORS ARE AWARE OF WHAT THE STAFF IS DOING BEHIND THEIR BACKS.

Dr Matthews was the best Dr ever and I heard she retired so I had a NP which she was good too, then she left too. I was going here for years, Now I made 3 different appointments and they cancel them every time saying that person is out of office for the week, really? This place needs to get rid of everyone there and start fresh with new caring people. I will no longer try to make anymore appointments there, 3 strikes your out. Im going to find a different place to go. I Do not ever recommended this place.

Staff is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful! Apparently my appointment was canceled however they only called once and didn’t leave a message. When I arrived for the appointment they were not nice and said I could reschedule for two months out!!!

This place has changed so much! Its fantastic. All new staff. Dr. Simmons is the best doctor Ive ever had (and Im not young). April is a gem as is Stephanie. Ive had some bad experiences there, not anymore.

I am very grateful to Dr. Matthews. The wait is long but the expertise and compassion make up for it. She takes the time to cover every concern. Her knowledge in all areas is impressive. Even the staff has always been very caring.

They called this morning to reschedule my appointment... for the 3rd time! I realize doctors can get sick too, but this is ridiculous!!!! They called me less than one hour from my appointment time. I have to make arrangements 2 weeks in advance to take the time off from work. Time for a new doctor! If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Got in but some Staff decided to come into the appointment yelling at us due to something they didn’t get done on there end.. We walked out! Patients should be in a safe place once in a exam room not allowing staff to interrupt the visit BEWARE but he is one of the only Drs left here in this city, So something has to give all the primary Drs have quit WHY?????

I used to see Dr Matthew who I really liked but she mysteriously disappeared? Now I’m seeing a nurse practitioner and she’s ok. I finally talked my husband into going to the doctor because he’s been having severe back pain. He hasn’t been to a doctor in years, they took his BP and prescribed him BP meds, I want to know why he wasn’t given ordered blood work? They seem to think his back pain isn’t real, I’ve lived with this man for 25 years and he’s tough, but for the past year he can barely walk, why aren’t they taking him seriously? He’s not there for pain pills, he wants help!?

The staff is rude and cant fill out a simple prescription. Took 30 days to get a catheter script filles. Then they sent insulin script with no needles on abholiday weekend. Then said it was my fault. There office manager is qorst then her staff. You should know how to do the job before tou supervise

One Star because theres nothing lower.Dont go here unless you want to be a cash cow for a greedy doctor. And if you have medicare and no secondary, theyll cancel your appointment while you sit in the waiting room. I watched 3 others have their appointment cancelled before they did it to me. Looks like theyre just running The Obamacare Wheelchair Scam.As a disabled man Ive been to many doctors, and rest assured, this one has all the signs of being a place to avoid.Avoid it.

Dr. Katigbak shows zero patient relations.Zero comunication. My visit was 5 minutes and he didnt even examine me. The office staff is incompanant. Stay away from this office. Charging co-pays for follow up visit.A doctor who leaves the country for 3 weeks, but doesnt even have another doctor see patients!! Are you kidding me. WHAT A JOKE.

This place is a joke!!!! Good luck getting to talk to a live person or getting a call back. Pretty much the whole staff is rude and acts like they can’t be bothered. Felicia in Referrals is the worst of them all.

Staff never return calls, mis-coded requests for 4 different routine blood work tests and after physically taking the bill to them 6 times (because they dont answer calls) I managed to get 3 of the tests corrected and covered by my insurance, but the 4th was then past 6 months which mean I had to appeal with my insurance. They still didnt know the correct code! Then they ask me to take a medicine for 6 months and do more blood work but only give me a rx for 3 months and wont refill! Im looking for a new Dr!

I agree, stay away from this place, my family is all in medical field from nurses to Drs,, and never have I seen such an incompitent StaffI have a thyroid condition, have been waiting since June for any type of help from this staff... I, myself has tried numerous times for ANYONE to return my calls about getting my medicine. Even my pharmacy called this staff to remind them how important this is, still NO call!This place has put my health at risk with the poor patient practices. Im discussed to think that medical professionals have to more care than this.My next step is speaking with an attorney to see what my rights as a patient is.A suggestion to this staff and Drs, have more compassion and competency. Not one of my phone calls have been returned from this place ?????Stay away if you care about your health.Now iI terriblly sick. Because of this place , and the disrequard for their paitents health

3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS I CALLED TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND WAS SENT TO A MESSAGE CENTER. AS OF TODAY, OVER TWO WEEKS, NO RETURN CALL. FAT CATS I GUESS.

My wife and I went for 1st time to establish health care here in BHCWe are new residents.The staff we met included Jordan Amanda and Dr K. Everything was fantastic for both of us.No issues with anyone.Kind Professional people that took care of all our needs.Comfort for the future is nice to have.Finally the Doc smiled and laughed.I COULD CARE LESS AS LONG AS HE TREATS ME FOR MY AILMENTS HE CAN GIVE ME A FROWN EVERYTIME.Wake up reviewersThe doctor is a doctor and cares.

They did not follow through on my wellness check, so I lost my discount on my medical premium. Theyre charging me for an office visit that I should not have to pay for because of the inafficiency of the staff. Also been trying to talk to the office manager about this situation for the last three months and have not talked to this person yet. Stay away from this facility!

Doctor k is not really caring seems like everytime I go in there im boring them to death like they have better things to do then listen to my medical problems . ( I had cancer when I was 4 ) they treated like a joke.

Dr Matthews failed to inform my wife of an abnormality in her breast exam. By the time we followed up with the lab results ourselves, it was too late.

No stars same thing happen to me asked me to drop my other doctor so they would get the referral then droped me day before my appointment messed me up.REPORT THEM
