Waited 2 months for an appt got a text notification to confirm appt. Next day received another text that my appt was cancelled. I called the office and they stated they cancelled all appts due to provider being out. Didn’t have the courtesy to call the scheduled patients. I made a new appt for 2 weeks later, today was called to do my triage for appt that was later this afternoon. Was called again saying I would have to have appt moved again due to the provider leaving. Now have to wait another 2 weeks. Very Frustrating!

Front office staff is completely rude and are in a rush to get you away from the window to get back on their phones or to continue the conversations they are having amongst themselves!! The back office staff is wonderful they definitely need to do something about the front office girls!!

I like that there was someone available to help my mom get her healthcare squared away, a employee took the time to walk her through some paperwork and explain her options. Thats not something a lot of establishments have time for these days, I truly appreciate the kindness and helpfulness.

They have good providers here. Diana McNally was really good and my new doc is good. They spend a good amount of time with patients and dont seem too rushed. They always get my prescriptions done with no hassle. Good place and i love how they have been using zoom for appointments. That helps me out a lot.

Marie the receptionist is very rude, and had no concern that I was trying to get on my virtual appointment. We rescheduled for next week. And she does not have very nice communication skills. Im thinking of choosing a better facility for my healthcare. I called to let them know and she threw everything on me. Not professional at all!!!!!

Was previously a patient at NCHC but now when I needed to be seen asap for a cavernoma which was found by out of state hospital, they say they cant see me until end of May. BHC medical care is a joke! They make you get a referral for everything just to get more money by making you go to primary care excessively, but yet cant get you in within reasonable amount of time. Seems like medicare and Medicaid fraud/waste?

This place says it is open from 7am -6pm. I have called five different times between 7-8 am even went to the clinic and doors were locked. Many different signs saying of course to wear mask and call number for screening. Called number and no answer, pressed 7 for on call doctor dialing for 10 minutes then disconnects. Months ago I had requested a pregnancy test and submitted a request online and no answer. Just went to my OB in Las Vegas and now I am fighting to get in the door of this place at 22 weeks. Eventually, just had to go to the ER. Save yourself some time and seek better doctors.

Mexico has better clinics than this one. They never answer the phones, and never return messages. I have heard nothing but bad experiences from friends, coworkers, and clients -- that used to be seen here, until they were compelled to seek care elsewhere. The first doctor I had seen was pushy about getting an immunization for whooping cough, which was completely unrelated to why I was there. He would ask questions, but not let me complete a sentence. He said he would order a test, but said it would do no good. The doctors are not trained well, and most are temporary. The one I had seen went to school in the Caribbean, which doesnt have a good reputation. Also, the doctors dont like you to waste their time, and only give you less than 5 minutes of their time.It is very likely that you will have some issues with your bill at some point. The office makes promises they never intend to keep. As long as you keep your mouth shut and tolerate mediocre care, this place will befit you. I give kudos to the front window staff; who are very friendly, tolerant. But, the office staff, doctors, and nurses, are not. The office manager is a liar. She said she would remove an erroneous charge from my bill, but after almost a year, and numerous attempts to have it removed, she said she couldnt and became nasty. The bottom line is, if you promise to do something, then do it.By the way, I am a foreign naturopathic and medical doctor, so I know what a competent physician should be. But, due to the ridiculous laws that dont allow you to order any tests without first seeing a physician, I had to go see a doctor. Eventually, I did see another doctor at my request; who was an absolute delight. She took her time to acknowledge my concerns, and she was sympathetic, very well-informed... Unfortunately, she was only a temporary fill-in, and she returned to Phoenix. The good doctors dont stick around the slums.

Everyone was extremely nice. I was called in at my appointment time and not rushed thru.UPDATE:They have changed so much in the past 2 years. They make it clear that the patients are NOT their priority. I called today for my husband and they said they they arent making appointments until mid July because they dont want sick people. I was asked to participate in a patient advocate group. I agreed to do that and there have been no meetings. I asked corporate about it and they said someone from the Bullhead City office would contact me, that never happened... they just dont care anymore.

Since I moved here a year ago they have changed my doctor twice. Staff up front is not great. On one visit the lady up front was just sitting there playing on her phone. Must be nice to get paid to not do your job! Their portal never works correctly, its like pulling teeth to get your results, and wait for an hour to get the order for blood work when it was suppose to be done during the prior doctor appointment. It seems like doctors come for a short time than leave which leaves them short staffed. On a positive note, there are some staff, nurses, and doctors that are nice and friendly.

I was hesitant but had to see a Doctor or get some medical care initiated quickly. Id been a patient at North country in Bullhead before and I was even afraid of having to speak to any of the girls at the front desk. In the past the administrative help had been terrible... the girls were the worst group of Customer service personnel that Id ever encountered. Aggressive bullies that wouldnt even let you finish a sentence before they swung around in their chairs and proceeded to ignore you. My wife and I had to fight to get their attention and demand that they help us. The Medical staff was good...very nice people that you could talk to... they never rushed you or ignored you... it was like two different worlds... the front staff from hell and the normal humane medical staff in the back.Well, I went back reluctantly but I made an appointment and kept it. I thought about cancelling many times but it was not possible to get an appointment anywhere else in the year 2018.So, I showed up and to my surprise the staff was totally new.. new faces with smiles and even expressions of concern for your well being. From the front window to the NP visit it was a great experiance. I was blow away. They made me feel like they were truly concerned about my issues and made me feel confident that we had a plan to get back on track. I really believe that youve got the right people there now and Im actually looking forward to my next visit with Dianne and the rest of the staff. Nice to see that something was done finally... Id get surveys and phone interviews and nothing got done . So we stopped using North Country because it was evident that the surveys were just part of the Dog and pony show. If this is not just a dream, i can assure you that Ill not only be a patient but Ill do all the promotional work that I can. Its hard to get good people in this town... hope you do all you can to keep these folks that work at North Country in Bullhead City ,AZ. WTG!!!

My first two visits with Doctor Lisa Stanley was AMAZING. I went today for a fallow up from my hospital visit and to meet my new doctor.I had an appointment at 1:45 and ended up leaving around 2:35 UNSEEN! Two people came in after me and was seen for their 2 oclock appointment and their 2:30 appointment! Not only that but the two front desk ladies, put people in hold so they could finish talking about their personal lives to one another. No wonder why no one can get ahold of the place or get return calls.Im NEVER going back!

They rarely answer phone calls and it seems like they never respond to their voice mail messages. I had gone to the emergency room and couldnt get a follow up with them until over a month later. I had to go through someone else to get an earlier appointment. The first doctor Ive seen was very short with me and talked to me like I was a child. The second Dr I saw was much nicer, listened, and answered all my questions. Shes the only reason I gave a second star. They go through doctors like crazy so dont expect to see the same person twice.

At first this was a good doctors office but recently I made an appointment and they had an opening for the next day which turned out to be for the wrong doctor so I would need to reschedule and see MY doctor... and pay again. Does it sound like a scam to anyone else?I requested a refund but they refused, so I refused to reschedule if that is how much they appreciate and respect their patients.

They dont answer the phone here. Called on Thursday am, message said they were on another line, leave a message and we WILL call you back. Called again Friday afternoon, same message. It is now Monday night, have not heard back. No way for doctors office to do business.

The worst medical facility and staff I have ever dealt with. I brought my records from out of state. Asked my doctor if she read them on my second visit. She said yes. Then she prescribed me a medication that sent me to the emergency room. If she had truly read my record, she would have seen I was allergic to that particular med. I found out after sifting through my papers thst the infovwas there. Obviously she lied, is incompetent, and now I have to start again with another doctor. Save yourself time and aggravation and DONT GO THERE!

My insurance company pays in full for an annual wellness visit. They insisted on charging me a $40.00 co-pay. My insurance company called them, and they still insisted on charging me $40.00. After the appointment, I disputed the charge with my credit card company; and they refunded the $40.00. My insurance company did not pay them for the visit and lab work because they used an incorrect CPT code. Would definitely recommend that no one sees them.

Almost always different doctors only once did I get to see the same doctor twice . Was seeing an allergist for decades before I moved here but no one here will treat my condion like he did. So I always leave this office with the same miserable condition & symtoms I entered with also dont believe they have any real diagnostic tools here . Kinda strange for a doctors office
