Got eye exam and eyeglasses here, if youre not much of a talker this eye doctor is for you, she doesnt even smile it was very awkward in the exam room probably took about 5 mins of this one or this one a quick write down and I was out (no surprise I got the wrong prescription, confirmed by another eye doctor) the secretary was super nice and welcoming. Now for my eyeglasses, the lenses are so cheap, the older lady that attended me was no help she didnt explain anything, sat there for another 30+mins of her going back and forth to her calculator, just kept trying to charge up the price, when I asked for my billing to see what details she charged she refuse to give me the paper, yes refused and guarded that paper with her life (no Im not exaggerating) she literally had it close to her, so that leads me to believe that she put extra charges I didnt ask for. My mistake going here, dont do the same.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a doctor. She said my prescription had stayed the same but when i went to get my glasses done i felt dizzy every time i wore my glasses. Should have known there was another lady complaining about the same issue when i got there im not surprised since she wanted to go home for the day when i got there. Worse doctor ever

This is the worst optometrist Ive been to. (The vision center beside it was AMAZING) but the optometrist is terrible because she is very disrespectful to her patients. I went in for an eye exam and she said I had a different prescription in both eyes. She was rather snippy but everyone has a bad day so I ignored her behavior. I ordered the contacts but then I had to go back because I was getting headaches. When I went back, she had an incredibly rude attitude, worse than the last time. I went to the back of the office and skipped the first part (where they puff your eye and make you look at a house). She handed me a lens to hold over my eye and look through.I asked, Is it ok if I have my contacts in? Usually they make you take your contacts out when you go to the back. Her response, Just hold it over your eye.I said, But I have my contacts in still, will it effect it? I honestly didnt know, maybe that makes me stupid in her eyes, but I dont have a doctorate in optometry. She yelled at me, literally yelled, Im a doctor do you think I dont know what Im doing?! I went to school for this! Im educated! After I left, my boyfriend said he heard her yelling through the door from the front office and thought about coming back to check on me.I was in shock after she yelled at me and said, Im educated as well, I have a bachelors and am working on my masters. But Im not educated in optometry... thats why I asked the question. Why are you yelling at me?Youre looking at me like Im stupid! She yelled. A part of my counseling side wanted to come out and counsel this poor women but I refrained.I give this look when Im confused, not when I think someone is stupid. I stated.Well you see these little + and - signs on the lenses they mean I can hold them over a prescription already in. She enunciated this like she was talking to a 5 year old. I mean yes I didnt know that my contacts would work with the lenses but there is a professional way to explain this. Very immature of her. I just nodded because I wanted to leave already. She ended up saying that she would give me my original prescription, not because it was right, but because I requested it and one of my eyes is probably dominate over the other.I didnt trust her so I had another optometrist examine my eyes. They said my eyes were the same. One wasnt different than each other. I asked if my eyes could have changed over 2 weeks and explained that another optometrist said they were different. My NEW WONDERFUL optometrist said not in such a short amount of time. Thus my eyes never changed from my original prescription. The optometrist who screamed at me that she was educated was in fact wrong.
