They are so great. They gave me same day appointment due to my serious concern on my eye. They told me they would squeeze me in. I so appreciate them. Did call 2 others places and were booked till October or later. The Doctor was phenomenal and like most Dr’s rush out of there he didn’t and answered all my questions. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.I was in an out in less than 20 minutes. I will now take my kids there too. Thank you for your great customer service skills everyone🥰 You guys rock

Great Dr. But staff...no customer service what so ever, they think they own the place, been waiting for glasses for 3 weeks and get the same excuse is in back order...no special needs on glasses... they keep you on hold for 30 min you call back and answer in the rudest way, asked to speak to supervisor and is not available until Monday...I guess is a common answer...sad to see Dr loosing business due to bad staff!

Took 6 wks to get our glasses back.Also they didnt want to fix the frames we purchased from them, only one week after receiving them.They didnt tighten the screws correctly.Go to Walmart save time and money.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! 3 months later and my order never came in correctly. I spoke to one of the employees and she said my order did come in but I didnt want them. Well ofcourse i didnt want them because that was not what I paid for! I had never had an issue with any of the other employees until I spoke with her and she made me feel like it was my fault and I could go elsewhere. So 3 months and 1 week later I asked for a refund and will be taking my money some where else.

Friendly staff, quick wait time, Dr. Nice and professional. Appointment able to be scheduled within a reasonable amount of time/days. Staff willing to help and were kind and positive. Noted mostly High end glasses were available, pricey but very nice. Will return.

Terrible. My appointment was not timely at all. I felt like I was rushed out of there. I waited almost two weeks for my prescription to be wrong. They completely took off my astigmatism in my prescription and lowered the power. Now I’ll have to wait another two weeks to be able to see properly. Will not recommend and the only reason I’m going back is to get re-examined.

Worst customer service ever ,dont know why their service got this bad since i get my glasses every year with them. I called and left me on hold for 25 mins . I hung up and called back and the lady just answer like nothing, no apology or anything, and still got the nerver to tell me I can go somewhere else. Doesnt she know we the consumers pay for her paycheck.

Tried to do a walk-in for an eye exam. Understandable that they could not help until Tuesday. But I’m just as busy as the person who was “helping” me at the counter. It looked like customer service actually caused physical pain to this person. Terrible service. If you can, go else where where your appreciated.

Been waiting for over a month to get my glasses. First time they came in took 3 weeks and turned out the technician had cut them wrong so I couldn’t see with them. Lenses were reordered and now almost 2 weeks later I’m still waiting on them. Have never had to wait this long for glasses, will not be recommending or going to them for glasses in the future.

Horrible experience, terrible customer service The people in the front desk have no clue as to what they are doing. Its like they are making us a favor when we are bringing in business to them. When I asked for a sup. or someone in charge, no one was available. until Monday. A waste of time, very unprofessional. I requested a day off from work since I am very busy during the week for nothing

!st time was great. 2nd time, took weeks to get my glasses and then I couldnt see with them, had to wait another couple of weeks and overtime I called they couldnt find my order. My husband went to pick up his new glasses and they had forgot to order the frames, they just brought out 2 lenses and handed them to him.

Very friendly, personalized service. I will gladly do business with them in the future.
