I decided to use this optical since the McAllen store is being remodeled. Worst experience! Ive had to return glasses 3 times and about to go on my 4th. Lenses pop out or arent cut to correctly fit the frames. I spent $500 on 3 pairs. Worst decision ever. I NEVER had problems with Fred in McAllen.
