Dr. Summers was quick, nice, and went above and beyond to make sure my eyes were taken care of. The two wonderful ladies that helped me pick out my glasses were amazing and helpful as well! Will definitely be back and the exam was not very expensive!

Quick and efficient. I never waste time here and Im in and out within 45 mins (even with ordering contacts/glasses). The staff is friendly and easy to work with. They always ask me about my life and make sure I understand what my insurance will allow. Dr. Summers is kind and remembers things about your previous visit. I continue to go back year after year.

Dr. Summers was fast and efficient during my visit! He was able to see me earlier than my appointment which worked out even better. I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the office. The cost of the exam, availability of appointments, and ratings helped me choose Dr. Summers; and Im glad I did!

Quick and efficient, friendly and SUPERB customer service. I mustve been there two hours, but Hiram helped me find the best deals on frames and contacts. There was another personable and helpful woman working as well, and I had so much fun through my entire visit. They were patient and exceeded my expectations. My glasses and contacts came in less than a week, and they gave me a ton of cleaning wipes and a sample of contact solution as well. I would recommend this location to anybody and everybody. I was beyond pleased with my experience.

Quick and efficient eye exam - no waiting past appointment time. Doctor was hard to understand...spoke quickly, quietly and mumbled a bit. Extremely busy glasses/fitting area. Diana was very helpful and knowledgeable, but was drowning in customers. Definitely dont visit during your lunch hour! Went for an exam only, but left with glasses and contacts!

I am so frustrated. I came here after my company changed our insurance provider and I could no longer go to my regular eye doctor. My experience at the office inside the Target was perfectly fine, until I go to pay for my order of contacts. Apparently that location is not an approved provider of my insurance, but the other location on Mallory Lane is. I’m not mad at this point because I didn’t realize that there were two locations and I guess I just chose the wrong one.Four days later, I attempt to call the Mallory Lane location from my personal cell (the phone number for Dr. Summers is the same for both locations) and leave a voicemail. I called again two weeks after that and left another voicemail. I called today, left no voicemail, and I still have received no response.The kicker: I happened to call them again today from my WORK cell today, left no voicemail, and received a call back and a voicemail within a couple of hours, something to the effect of “sorry we missed your call, hope to hear from you soon.”I cannot understand why my calls and voicemails seem to have been deliberately ignored. Taking my business elsewhere.
