I have never experienced a doctor with as much patience and integrity as Dr. Collins. He has an excellent team in his clinic and the entire office is professional and clean. I was experiencing an eye issue that required multiple follow up visits and I always felt welcomed and attended to. This eye doctor is running a service oriented business and is a true gem in a world of rushed services.

I searched all over to find a very unique replacement frame my daughters prescription lenses and found Dr. Collinss phone number. Although we were never patients of the Center, I found them on-line and Dr Collins and his wife took my call on a Saturday. Within a week they installed the lenses and mailed back her new glasses. Dr. Collins and his team are top notch. I felt cared for the moment I walked in the doors of his office. I came to him as a Keratoconus patient that had tried every contact in the book and always came up short of my expectations. This was until Dr. Collins introduced me to Scleral Lenses, I had never heard of them before and definitely had never been told about them by any previous Doctor I had been to. I went to see him in June 2020 with very irritated eyes, due to my old contacts not being the right fit. Unknowingly, my old contacts were destroying my already fragile corneas. Dr. Collins recommended that we try Scleral Lenses out and see how they work for me, which I am glad I did. From my experience here, I know that fitting these lenses is an extremely difficult task - especially since my corneas are not perfectly rounded due to my Keratoconus. After ordering in the first pair (which were very close) and just one tweak of my lenses, we have my perfect contacts that allow me better vision (20/20!) and healthier eyes than any other Doctor has ever been able to achieve. It just took two tries to get my lenses to fit perfectly, that is almost unheard of! This just goes to show the attention to detail that Dr. Collins has for his patients vision. On top of a being great Doctor, Dr. Collins is a great person that gives everyone that comes into his office the same attention. I am grateful for him and the team at Collins Eye Center for giving me the best care in Nashville in order for me to have perfect vision! Thank you Dr. Collins!

This is the place to entrust your familys vision and eye care. I have been to the high end and budget chains and they have their place. Here my wife and eye had our vision exams. My wife was diagnosed with Cataracts. This is where the Collins Eye center separates them selves from the others. Dr.Collins has been practicing for 25 plus years in Nashville area. He has relationships with ophthalmologists and knows who best to refer you too. He knows them personally and professionally. Julie made all the arrangements for my wife with the surgeon best suited for her needs. Myself I was impressed that Dr. Collins sat with both of us and took time that these other places can not afford. I was able to select a great set of frames and the service was professional. They care about how you look and how you feel about your selection. Can not say enough about this place and if you noticed on all review levels Always 5 stars.

I was visiting Nashville, running trails at Percy Warner park on a SATURDAY morning, ended up getting a tiny rock or some sand under my eyelid & couldnt see. We called Dr. Collins & he came in on a Saturday to see if I had scratched my cornea. He found a tiny rock and removed it and gave me eyedrops. Incredibly nice. Saved my life because I do social media for a living - work 7 days a week, and couldnt see to work on what I had to that day. Im going back to buy glasses.

I had an incredible experience at Collins Eye Center! I was running a bit late because of bad traffic and the staff couldnt have been nicer about it. They even made me the most delicious cup of coffee since it was such an early appointment! The office was incredibly clean and the technology was very high end and impressive. I felt my exam was high quality and exact. I was most impressed by the kind staff and by Dr. Collins himself. They were all extremely personable and caring and went above and beyond at every step. Fantastic. I had a complicated problem of hypertropia which caused double vision, astigmatism and farsightedness which Dr. Collins fixed with an amazing pair of progressive lenses. He spent a lot of time with me and has amazing technology. He is the best in Nashville and I know I had already seen a bad optometrist and an even worse ophthalmologist. His staff is really great as well. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with Grade A friendly and professional service. The office is beautiful, clean and has the latest high tech equipment!Sherry is awesome and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my entire appointment. Between her and Becca, I was never left stuck in a waiting room. The entire appointment flowed and they are tag team champions of the year!!I normally wear contacts but also needed a pair of glasses. I haven’t purchased glasses in years and was super nervous but that went out the window as soon as I sat down with Julie. She had a few pair of frames picked out for me to try, which I actually liked! That never happens because my frame choices are usually limited because of my vision. She was super patient and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable in my new glasses. I even got to meet Shante’ who was just sweet and welcoming in person as she was over the phone when I made my appointment.My only complaint is that I didn’t come here sooner!! Collins Eye Center is truly the place to go for your all of your eye care needs. Their facility is clean, modern, and very relaxing. I was offered a full drink menu upon walking in, and felt well served throughout my whole exam. I was very impressed with their focus on client relationships. Dr. Collins even helped me find emergency glasses the day of my wedding, when mine snapped in half the night before. He made calls for me and sent my prescription to local labs in the area to make sure I would have the glasses I needed when I was in a pinch! Ill definitely be back when its time for another appointment!

Great optometrist experience! The customer service was fantastic from the minute I walked in. They immediately took care of me, talked to me, and even offered a delicious cappuccino on my short wait to see Doctor Collins. He was extremely professional and friendly sitting with me throughout the entire exam. He worked with me and recommended various different types of contact lenses that met my specific needs until we found a pair that works. The medical equipment was state of the art as well and different from any other optometrist office Ive been to. Ill be needing new glasses soon and definitely plan on returning to look through their huge selection and styles of glasses. My favorite part of my experience is that they pulled a variety of glasses for me to try based on their opinion. There was a decent amount of options of frames, though I wish just slightly more. But I walked away with a pair I absolutely love wearing every day. It was easy to make an appointment around my schedule and the glasses arrived in a fairly timely fashion.

Collins Eye Center called to schedule my appointment with the surgeon. The eye surgeon told me several times that Dr. Collins was very thorough with the exam as the tear was difficult to find.I have purchased my glasses and contacts from Collins Eye Center.
