The overall eye exam was great and efficient. The doctor that updated my prescription was awesome and super informative with how my prescription had changed. Overall it was great, except when I went to look at getting new glass frames. There wasnt any assistance with finding frames that would fit my face shape, or any sort of help or guidance. Felt like the office staff was consumed with checking in patients for their exams...not with people trying to get frames

First time eye exam. Was a great experience without any issues. Was seen right away and the staff and Dr. were great. Highly recommend!

The entire eye exam experience was thorough. Each step and was thoroughly explained. The COVID precautions were in place and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time I was in the office.

The Doctor was knowledgeable and thorough and made my visit comfortable. I was also impressed with your front office staff, they were welcoming and attentive! Ivy, was wonderful, I needed to hold off on one pair of glasses till my insurance activates, and had ordered 2 pairs, she was professional and understanding, and took care of the process immediately!!I will let others know of this particular Lens crafters!!!

The doctor, as usual, was very knowledgeable & professional. However, the LensCrafters portion was not!Was suppose to get 20% off year supply of contacts plus rebate - I received neither.May look for another place to purchase my contacts & keep my dr.

I just want to let them know they are awesome and I felt bad on how some of the customers were so impatient & rude to them. They were really nice with our insurance situation and the store Manager Gaby helped us with the issue. She had great customer service & helped my husband and me with order for glasses. She even apologized for us having to wait. They were all nice and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Great everyone was very helpful

This store has some of the worst customer service. The doctors are great, however the ladies working the retail side just don’t seem to care. Every time I have come here it takes forever, somewhat understandable pre-Corona when the store is busy, but today I was left waiting and ignored until I was fed up and got up to leave. Suddenly the lady cleaning glasses at the counter asks if I would like to get glasses.... well yes that’s why I have been sitting here with a tray full of glasses waiting for assistance! Then when I told her I wanted to just leave she says I can’t leave till I’m checked out, I ask her to check me out then so I don’t have to spend all day there and she says she has to get someone else to do it. The other person comes out minutes later just to tell me she’s already checked me out and I’m ok to leave. I will definitely need to find a place that values their customers and respects their time a little more!

Friendly & knowledgeable staff & dr. Very patient & informative. I felt very comfortable & knew what was going on my entire visit. Also, taking serious safety precautions for COVID is a bonus! Highly recommend

Great optometrist...Asking a customer to walk across the street to use the bathroom...You just get one star...Bathroom are just for the employees only? I will just have to find another optometrist...Friends too...

Dr. Bains was amazing! She took the time to thoroughly explain my test results and about the importance of frequent check ups. She answered all the questions I had. She and her staff were all extremely helpful and friendly!

I love my glasses and my tester contact lens too! As for the Dr. , she was so nice and helpful and helped me with questions I had with contacts and my sons vision. I definitely loved how well she explained everything and just took her time to just connect with us.
