Wow. The very least I could say is wow. Dr. McKitrick and Stephanie were absolutely amazing! I’d been in pain for months that turned into absolute agony within the past few weeks. Understanding this, they got me in immediately and were so kind and helpful. From the time I went in until the time I left they were patient and understanding and encouraging. I went in to the office in so much pain I couldn’t eat and left feeling better than I had in months. Full honesty-I would go to them for everything dental. Everything, even the smallest thing. They’re so honest and trustworthy. I’m so thankful for them.Side note, the music they have playing is great, so just one more reason to go. You will not be sorry, they are absolutely wonderful. I might even break a tooth just to go back and see them.

I had my root canal appointment at 7.30 am on Monday. So you can imagine how excited I was.... Plus I am terrified of dentists. I had such an amazing experience. Dr Crump and Stephanie were amazing. Made me laugh, made me so comfortable. As I dont want to get any more root canals I hope to never see them again. But if I gotta then I am on my way!Thank you so so so so very much for making what could have been a traumatizing experience very enjoyable.

I spent my entire evening with no sleep up crying from immense pain of a toothache.Being a working mom &the caretaker to a disabled parent and the parent of an 18 month old my sleep is important. I went to my regular dentists office and was totally confused, and disregarded about my pain until I said I wasnt coming back. I was so dissatisfied and needed to be seen right away.After some scrambling on her part she referred me to Apex and said they would squeeze me in at 1 pm. I was skeptical because my referring dentist put a bad taste in my mouth. I arrived early after an hr drive from Clarksville only to find out I wasnt scheduled. However, Nicole snapped into action and added me on the spot. After filling out the paperwork I was greeted by Stephanie who took her time to explain step by step the process. Shortly after Dr McKitrick explained everything again. Then proceeded to do the root canal the entire process was quick and painless I literally fell asleep. I am grateful and I felt seen and heard and it turned my day around.

As a child I went through some terrible experiences while going to the dentist, I was extremely anxious to go in and get a root canal. . but Dr. Crump and Stephanie were amazing! They walked me through the process, and made sure I was comfortable. The procedure was painless. . I could have taken a nap. The entire staff is so lovely. I highly recommend going to Dr. Crump.

I had to come into Apex for an emergency root canal on two infected teeth after NO ONE would help me. When I walked in, it finally felt like i was at the right place. Dr. Crump is absolutely incredible! He made sure I was comfortable and generally concerned about all the problems I had with my teeth. I cannot express how appreciative I am of him and ALL of his assistants. I am still on the road to my recovery but I am so grateful that I found Apex when I did. Dr. Crump & Stephanie @ the Old Hickory Brentwood Apex office were tasked with fitting me into a tight schedule for an emergency root canal on a Monday, after Id suffered through a very painful weekend. I dont care how tough anyone is, tooth pain is crippling. And even though we had to do this in 2 sessions, Stephanie right off the bat, was the sweetest most caring person, that sought immediately to making sure my experience was comfortable. I dont think Ive ever experienced such great hospitality in an kind of care facility. Dr. Crump was very patient with needs, descriptive and helpful to explain things, and honestly is really the best at administrating the shots needed to begin the procedure which is usually what I stress the most! I most certainly dont wish anyone to feel the pain of a needed root canal, but lets be real, life happens. And when it does, here is by far the best. Thank you to everyone in that office for your help and care!

If you have unfortunately been told you need a root canal, consider this place. Dr Crump is diligent and precise. The whole staff was really nice and practicing cv-19 guidelines. Up-front explanation of insurance coverages was great (you dont always get that from dentists). Nice office and people!

I had a very comforting, personable, professional, first experience with this office and dentist. Everyone listened well and oriented me patiently and answered my questions; in short, they made me feel valued as a patient. When Dr. Wright offered after a practical level of evaluation what he would do if was his tooth, and that was to have a temporary crown applied first to see if nerve quiets down as most likely expected, I was sold on him as honest in his assessment methodology and treatment approach. The next day I asked his office for a referral which he gave on consideration of my case and insurance network, and agreed to speak with that dentist to assure treatment plan prior. I have now been to the referred dentist and had another very positive experience in confirmation of Dr. Wright and staff’s caring, expertise and coordination. Thank you!

I dont really write reviews on anything unless Im super impressed. I just had a consultation with Dr. Crump for a tooth that has abscess and needs root canal. I heard lots of horror stories about root canal treatment from friends and relatives who had it in the past, so I am very reluctant to have one. But, my dentist suggested that I at least go see Dr Crump and then make a decision. I got to say that Im very pleased to meet him. Hes super friendly, very professional, very patient and spends enough time with patients. I asked him tons of questions and he explained everything in full details with a smile. Never once he rushed me or shown impatience. Thank you Dr. Crump. I highly recommend him. And the staff is really nice too.

Went in last minute for some terrible pain in my lower left tooth. Dr. Kemp referred me to Dr. Wrights office and they got me in that afternoon/evening to re-treat a Root Canal that was done incorrectly by a previous dentist.I had a trip planned for the following week, and Dr. Wright worked me in the schedule on a Thursday afternoon - so I wouldnt suffer on vacation. He was backed up and wasnt able to see me until after 5 p.m. - and he STAYED to work on me until almost 7 p.m. I even overheard that he was going to be late for a scheduled plan. That is some incredible customer service and dedication to his craft and his patients (or people in general). He even apologized for not getting to me sooner and my wait - but I could only thank him for working me in and staying late to take care of my excruciating pain.Oh, and his staff....absolutely top-notch!!! Every single one of those ladies was attentive, empathetic and kind. They made me feel so warm and fuzzy; despite my suffering. One of the dental techs even held my hand for the entire hour my mouth was being worked on.I cant give this place enough stars to show my appreciation to them for giving me such a wonderful experience during a dreadful procedure. Thank you Dr. Wright and staff!!! I will never hesitate to refer you to anyone I encounter!!

I have seen Dr. Wright for three unusual cases. His expertise, skill and knowledge were unsurpassed. One of my problems needed extensive research which he did, and offered me three options allowing me to make the best decision for myself. The other procedures were done by Dr. wright with the help of his friendly and capable staff. He and his staff were always available when needed, and I would never hesitate to recommend him.

Literally the most painless root canal i have ever had. Obviously the first shots to get you numb hurt a bit, but after that it was smooth and even calming. i almost fell asleep a few times!! Thank you Dr. Wright and his wonderful staff for such a pleasant experience!

I would recommend anyone to go see him and know they are getting the best treatment. Crystal works front desk and she worked around my work schedule to get me in. And when u work the same days and times they do it is difficult I told her when I could come and she got me right in. And she does the same for patients that my office refers there. They are just a great team and I cant say enough good things about them.

Everyone was nice and very helpful with any questions I had. Dr. Wright was great. I just wish they offered nitrous oxide. I am having a lot of work done at the same time so my jaw is pretty much always sore and every little bit helps. I have also had some really bad dental experiences in the past so I cant say I dont have a little bit of anxiety about about sitting in the dentist chair.

My dentist told me I needed a root canal after doing a few quick tests. Dr. Wright performed more in depth testing and disagreed saving me a lot of time and money. Hes not interested in doing procedures for profit, hes interested in the health of the patient.

Dealing with your billing front desk was a nightmare. Also way overpriced if anyone had to pay out of pocket. I had to go to another office to get the second root canal done where I had better service and price.

Needed some surgery after three days of building pain. They were great. Even though they werent prepared to do it that day, they went ahead anyway. The procedure was explained thoroughly and I was checked on throughout. Great doctor and great staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Wright.

I was referred to Dr. Wright from my dentist after we discovered that my tooth was beginning to abscess and that Id need an immediate root canal. I had been in pain ALL weekend and Dr. Wright got me into his office by 12:00 Monday afternoon. I was SO thankful!! Not to mention that it was an amazing experience for my first trip to the endodontist! I always hear such horror stories about root canals, but mine was actually nice! I didnt feel a thing, Dr. Wright made sure that I was comfortable & wasnt in any pain, and he even allowed me to listen to my music so that I could drown out the sound of him drilling. If I was to ever need a root canal again, I will for sure be back here without a doubt! The staff is friendly and funny, its just a great place to be if you have to be at the endodontists office! I was out of tooth pain by a couple days later, Im thoroughly impressed.

I am so happy I was referred to TN Endodontics. I had a TERRIBLE root canal experience at a specific dentist office, which caused me months of pain and suffering. Turns out it was not done correctly and I had to have it retreated. Based on my bad experience, I was extremely nervous and scared to have to have it done all over again. I visited Dr. Wright for a consultation and he let me know he would do it in two sessions, and I also opted for sedation dentistry to help with my nerves. Both times, I was comfortable during the actual procedure and then I had NO pain the following days (aside from a little soreness the day of). I highly recommend this office and although I hope to never have to have another root canal, if I do I will certainly have it done here.

Empathetic, unprofessional and careless staff. I’m very disappointed in the service I received. After root canal treatment I was still in pain, I called and set a day to come back to get it re treated but they cancelled saying Dr.Wright wasn’t in the office and they would call me back. Never recived a call. I called back and was informed by front desk they would call me and that Dr.Wright would see me the following month because he’s out on vacation and to call the following month to set my appointment... mind you I am in pain they did this for two months! Gave me the run around! When I called they said Dr.Wright would call me yet I haven’t heard anything. Fed up I called today upset and front desk staff said to just go to a different Dentist. I paid out of pocket $1800 no insurance mind you I was pregnant when I went to him for the root canal treatment. A big rip off I just flushed my money down the toilet. I will be seeing a different dentist for my root canal treatment. I really thought this was a good place. I will never return

Dr. Wright and his staff are absolutely amazing. I was in so much pain before arriving and had already been through an unnecessary root canal with another doctor prior on a different tooth. I cannot tolerate a lot of pain and have severe TMJ problems. Dr. Wright managed to put me at ease with minimal pain during the procedure and was able to tailor the surgery by working around my TMJ. Not only was my pain relived immediately after leaving, but the recovery pain was minimal as well. This was not the case with the prior doctor. I went in today for my final filling and was very pleased. I would 100% recommend Dr. Wright, he really listens and knows what he is talking about.

This office was dishonest. I asked if my insurance coverage took care of this. Oh yes was the answer. Well as I was getting evaluated, my husband was researching the practice/doctor. Come to find out, he is OUT OF NETWORK. Why wasnt I told this BEFORE being taken back? She had my card. She knew! Once I asked, an HOUR into the appointment, the office person was very upfront about it. She said they are no longer in network with my insurance because they get paid more to not take my insurance!!! Translation: they get to charge ME more. 4X MORE. It didnt matter to me that I was in pain, I did not want to be gouged.Lesson: even if you are in pain do your due diligence before the appointment.Edit: they also took an impression, I paid for it. Then they threw MY impression away.
