I had found Dr. Murray after calling a few other places. Because of my stomach issues and PTSD, I have to be sedated to get root canals and extractions. I had never heard anything about Endodontic Associates but read the Google reviews.While on vacation I developed a massive infection in a tooth I knew needed work. I got back and they got me an appointment for two root canals immediately. Dr. Murray is professional but personable. He really put me at ease. I didn’t feel like I was at the dentist office but just hanging out with a friend. I was sedated in record time and woke up at my house watching TV with minimal pain.Thank you Dr. Murray and your team and staff.

What a remarkable business. Dr. Workman was very thorough in isolating my problem and gave me an honest opinion. From the reception staff to the hygienist, this could not have been a better visit. Seems that I’ve found a new business to refer.

Excellent care. I had a root canal done by Dr. Faucette and it was amazing. The shots for deadening the area DID NOT hurt (usually my least favorite part). Dr. Faucette thoroughly explained everything and gave me options. He was able to pinpoint which tooth was in need, when I was unable to determine. In the end, he was spot on and by the next day (for my vacation), I was feeling like a million bucks. Dr. Faucette and his staff took great care of me and I am so grateful.

This was my 3rd root canal (my 1st with them) and I must say this was the best experience I have ever had getting a root canal! My doctor (Freeland) and his assistant were great! They took special care in making sure I was as comfortable as possible. I havent ever experienced the caring bedside manner that was shown to me during my procedure. 10 stars!

Rarely do I take the time to write a review, but Id be ungrateful if I didnt. And for the record, I came on here of my own free-will -- no one in their office asked me to do this. I just wanted to let everyone know what an amazing group of endodontists this is -- very qualified, kind, caring, competent, etc. I could go on for a while. I only wish I could have them as my general dentists! I am extremely phobic and have had to visit them multiple times for various tooth issues over the years. I have seen Dr. Cain, Dr. Workman and Dr. Faucette- all of who have super laid-back personalities, put my mind at ease, never made me feel guilty/ashamed and were extremely caring to my fears. I cannot praise them enough. I have NEVER had to go elsewhere to fix the work they did because they always do an excellent job. Their front office staff and assistants are also very caring and do everything possible to get you in the last minute. 10 stars, yall. 10 stars. If you are on the fence about visiting them, then get off the fence and go. Very kind and down to earth people.

I am a retired dentist who has relocated to Nashville. Even as a dentist we too need root canal treatment. After speaking with fellow Dentists from the area, Endodontic Associates was highly recommended. From the first phone call I was impressed with the politeness and professionalism given. Dr. Workman was wonderful, his office immaculate, and he made the procedure comfortable and pain free. I was truly comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Freeland, at Endodontic Associates of Cool Springs, did an amazing job on my root canal. The office staff got me in for a same day appointment and was super courteous and friendly. Dr. Freeman had the entire procedure complete within 30-45 minutes. It was entirely pain-free from start to finish. 24 hours later and I’m feeling great! I was very impressed by his care and concern throughout the procedure and how efficient he was. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I had the worst tooth pain thru the weekend. I called early Monday morning and they not only got me in same day, they were able to do the root canal same day! What a relief as there is nothing worse than tooth pain. The whole staff is awesome! Dr Murray did an amazing job and I would highly recommend him!

I recently had a procedure done at Endodontics Associates. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. From calling to making the appointment to paying the bill, it was refreshing and I was treated as if I was the only patient they had. I saw the dentist within minutes of arriving. He explained everything in easy terms. I experienced NO pain and was not overly sedated. He called me the next day to check on me. During the call he was not rushed and we had a very nice conversation. I would rate this experience as a 10 of 5 if I could!

I recently had a root canal with Dr. Workman and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone at the office was extremely friendly which makes a huge difference. I arrived a little early for my appointment and filled out the paperwork. No soon than I sat down I was called back. Obviously no one wants to have a root canal but I would definitely go back to Dr. Workman. I’d never had a root canal before and was expecting it to be unpleasant to say the least. The only pain or discomfort I felt was during flossing my teeth after the procedure was over. I was honestly surprised that it didn’t hurt at all.If I ever need another root canal(fingers crossed that I won’t) I will 100% go back to Dr. Workman.

Dr. Mark Freeland and Endodontics Associates are excellent. A very highly skilled doctor and most professional staff from the very beginning. My root canal procedure was totally pain free and complete in 50 minutes without rush. I cant say enough about him and his staff and highly recommend them. I dont think that you can find a better office anywhere if you need this kind of dental work done.

I had a root canal by my former dentist two years ago and the difference between my experience with him and Dr. Workman at Endodontic Associates couldnt be more stark. I saw Dr. Workman because I was having discomfort with the previously root canaled tooth as well as another tooth. It turns out the previous root canal had failed -- frankly, it never felt like it was done correctly -- and I have another tooth that is dead. I was looking at two root canals.Whereas I felt like my former dentist was simply reading from a script when he was talking with me, Dr. Workman really listened to me and I felt confident that he knew what he was doing and could get to the bottom of my issues (the former dentist had laid out a treatment plan that seemed more like guess work). I had to decide which of the two teeth to address first, and Dr. Workman was very patient answering my questions.I just had the first of the two root canals done (the dead tooth) and it was much less arduous than the root canal by the other dentist. Other than the discomfort of having your mouth propped open and wanting to swallow when it was difficult to do so, the procedure was painless and was done more quickly than I had expected.The office is nice and all the staff are friendly. I also appreciate that Ive never been kept waiting.While I was dreading having to go through more root canals based on my experience two years ago, I am no longer worried at all about having the retreat done on the failed tooth. That is a huge relief.

This Endodontics Group is the best group of professionals I have met. My 12 year old daughter went in to see Dr. Faucette for a consult. He came highly recommended from a friend of mine. He was very conservative not rushing to a root canal first thing. Rather he said to come back when she felt pain. Well we did and he and Amber did a fabulous job with her. They made her feel so comfortable and she never experienced any pain at all.They need to be known as the place to go for any procedure, even in children. We highly recommend them.Also the staff Lisa and Jameson are fabulous as well.You will not be disappointed picking this group.

I had a root canal. They had me in and out in 1/2 hour. Could not have been any easier. Friendly and professional. While I wouldnt recommend the need for a root canal on anyone, if you need one these are the folks to do it. Mark Freeland is the person who did mine. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process.

I’m genuinely baffled by the number of positive reviews, for this practice. (Makes me think they are being compensated in some way, for positive reviews...?) Anyway...My experience with the entire staff left me uncomfortable. Upon entering the office, I was met with what could only be described as great annoyance. I signed in, and then proceeded to wait in the lobby for almost 45 minutes.Once I was called back, a had a single x-ray taken, and then the DMD came in to diagnose a need for a root canal. (I already knew that—hence the appointment to the specialist). All he did was put a cold cotton swab to the tooth and say “is this cold”?. I paid $140 for that interaction.THEN, and here’s the kicker, I went to another practice the following day, because I was so unsatisfied with Endodontic Associates, and they informed me that I need TWO root canals, plus two fillings. And one of the teeth in question had died and had become infected. I was put on antibiotics, immediately. No one at Endodontic Associates mentioned any of this, and would have proceeded with just one root canal, and nothing else. I am completely dissatisfied with every part of my interaction with their practice. I wholeheartedly do not recommend visiting.

Wonderful practice!!! Dr Faucette was amazing with my 9 year old! The staff was equally amazing and helpful. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for the best possible experience you can have at an endodontist. I am not usually one to write reviews, but they deserve the recognition.

I went to see Dr. Cain yesterday with the worst toothache of my life. It started on the airplane at 35,000 feet and was absolutely unbearable. I went to see my regular dentist and they sent me to Dr. Cain for possible root canal. I couldnt see him for 2.5 hrs but the pain got so bad that my wife drove me to Dr. Cains office 2 hrs before my appointment. I explained the pain i was in their staff immediately took me into the exam room. Dr. Cain removed himself from a current appointment to see to me and address the issue and find the problem tooth. Then he numbed my mouth and returned to his patient. He then came back and gave me a root canal and fixed the issue. Without a doubt this was the worst pain of my life and Dr. Cain and his staff were incredibly helpful and took immediate action to help me with that problem. His bedside manner was the best i have ever experienced in the medical world. He handled the issue immediately and was very understanding of the pain i was in. I couldnt say anything more positive about Dr. Cain and his staff other than they were nothing short of AMAZING!!!! They single handily managed what was the worst experience of my life from a pain standpoint and they handled it perfectly. I cant thank them enough!!! If you are ever in need of an Edodontist these are the people you see. Specifically Dr. Cain!!!!! THANK YOU

Was apprehensive about having my first root canal. Only ever heard not so great things about the process. Dr. Workman was fantastic! Not only was he and his staff welcoming, but when it came time for the root canal it was a breeze. Sure they’re no fun, but the procedure was completely painless. Scheduling was also pretty flexible. Would highly recommend Endodontic Associates to anyone!

Dr. Murray was phenomenal! I am the poster child for dental and needle phobia and can honestly say that the experience was 100% anxiety and pain free. The oral sedation method and treatment technique were perfect. Granted, Ive had 4 teeth pulled and 4 previous root canals in the past so I should know. The entire office was helpful, professional, and courteous, and the pricing was very fair. If you need root canal therapy, put your mind at ease by visiting this practice.

Dr. Cain was wonderful. He helped figure out my dental issues and detailed a plan to fix them. Today he fixed a root canal that a regular dentist had messed up. It was a very good experience. He did not rush me and understood that I was a bit nervous after my last experience. I highly recommend him and his staff if you find yourself in need of a root canal. His office staff was also very nice and took the time to explain my insurance and the original estimate to me.

Dr. Faucette is a very nice and professional guy. His bed side manner is very easy going and caring. His assistant was very helpful and caring , as well.. I highly recommmend him. I was so nervous at first but, he was caring and made me feel at ease.

Ive never heard anyone say anything positive about a root canal, weve all heard the horror stories. So anxiety kicked in when my dentist told me that I would need to be sent off to a specialist for my root canal.I can honestly say though.. it was one of the best experiences. Ever. It felt more like a spa experience. They gave me a blanket, a bite block(so that I didnt have to hold my mouth open on my own the whole time), tv, nitrous, an awesome doctor. I never felt a thing! I cant say enough great things about Dr Murray. The best. Ill never go anywhere else for a root canal but here.Nitrous Oxide and Dr. Michael Murray- thats all you need to ask for and youll want a root canal every week.

Wow. Pretty phobic of all things regarding teeth since my childhood dentist scarred me for life... but this crew got me in same day (thanks Apex Endodontics for dropping the ball entirely). Options were given, xrays reviewed, and a rare moment was opened for questions and even discussed likelihoods of success. Not rushed.Thanks. This experience is how It should always be. I am a reluctant (see above, HA!) but huge fan of this place. Special accolades to Dr. Workman for his expert care and professionalism.

OK, so we have all heard the comments about root canals and 99.9% of them are typically horror stories. I would start this review by disclosing that I am a real estate professional engaged in overseeing medical office building portfolios on a national basis. EAs offices are some of the nicest I have walked into, literally on par with Vanderbilts medical offices, with 12 foot ceilings, fashionably appointed. The staff is very courteous and professional. Dr. Sparrow performed a retreat procedure, which is redoing a root canal previously done on the same tooth, by a different dentist in my case. This particular tooth was giving me discomfort for some time. I am here to tell you I never felt a thing, either while being worked on in the chair or post procedure. I am needle phobic and never felt the stick, never any pain. I am no hero and Dr. Sparrow would periodically stop and inquire if I was doing ok. EA has specialized equipment in each procedure room to assure the endodontist could properly perform the task at hand. Dont just take my word from this review; check out the credentials of Dr. Sparrow and the entire staff of EA. I did and would not consider another root canal from any other provider.

Dr. Faucette and his assistant were wonderful! I was very nervous about getting my first root canal done. He was very comforting and acknowledged my concerns, worries, and questions. My root canal took a little longer than expected due to the complexity and shape of my root in my tooth. He and his assistant were very comforting throughout the whole process and talked me through it. They were great from start to finish! If I ever have to go back to an Endodontist, I will be coming back to Endodonic Associates and will be seeing Dr Faucette.
