Excellent dental care! Dr. Kussman is an excellent doctor and her team are always kind and very professional. They take great interest to discuss possible dental treatment options and affordable payment plans with their patients. Overall, I had an exceptional experience and felt no pain during dental treatment/procedure nor after! They made my teeth and smile beautiful! They take great care of people there and I highly recommend them.

Let me start by saying I hate going to the dentist I have a real fear and wasnt looking forward to having to go. But I broke a few teeth and the pain was beginning to be unbearable (come to find out I had an infection and need 5 extractions .. ) I found this place through my insurance directory after looking at a few this one seemed promising so I went to there easy to use website on Sun they were closed of course and recieve a call from Courtney Mon morning and they were able to get me in by 230 that day. There office is a little tricky to find but its in a business building you will want to take a left if you enter in to the double doors and take a left and head up the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor and its the last door on your left. Its a nice little office seemed very clean and quite upon entering I was given the normal forms for new patients and was seen immediately. I cant remember the techs name but she was a short hair lady and she was awesome made me feel super relaxed took me to the room we did a few x-rays and then Tammy came in and took a look and she knew exactly what needed to be done she let me know the damage and got me some meds to help until the procedure. I will def recommend this place if you are nervous about getting work done they will put you at ease and point you in the right direction as far as helping you plan for future work and I will continue to do business here because of the awesome staff!! Thank you again for all the help. You guys are awesome!!

Dr. Kussman is an incredibly talented dentist. She takes the time to explain what needs to be done and listens to her patients. She is very gentle and in tune to what the patient is feeling. I had chipped teeth that desperately needed repair. I was there to request an estimate for veneers. She suggested a less evasive way to cosmetically repair them, bonding vs. veneers. Not always the answer, but worked for me. I’m a very picky person and was amazed how beautiful they look. Being new to the Franklin area I was fortunate to find the best of the best. I could go on forever about her staff. Love them all! I highly recommend!

When I was looking for another dentist, and my coworker Jodi told me about Dr Kussman, I thought...ok, I give her a shot. When I walked in the office, they acted like they had known me forever. They office staff makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. The chairs in the exam rooms are so comfortable we just want to stay there! Dr Kussman is very kind and makes you feel very much at ease. Shes very good at what she does and very comfortable. At other dentist offices I have always been very tense and uncomfortable, but Dr Kussman is different. You sure wont be sorry if you go see her. You will feel right at home.

Dr. Kussman and her staff are the best! Ive never had a problem with scheduling or anything else for that matter. They take the time to think of all the little things to make you comfortable while you are there. I love that she has the option for gas, mouth guards and crowns that are made in house. She also takes the time to send great referral gifts. Ive never been to a better dentist.

Dr. Kussman has been my dentist for many years, and I love the care she and her staff have given me. I had crowded upper teeth that were not straightened out by braces when I was young, so I lived with it for a long time. Dr. Kussman gave me crowns that were perfectly aligned with my other teeth, and I am so thankful for getting my smile and my confidence back! She also replaced my old metal fillings, and got me high quality crowns for my implants. Carole is a great dental hygienist who makes you feel at ease, and I look forward to chatting with her every time I go in for a cleaning. I love the professionalism and the genuine care of everybody in the Kussman team. My employer switches insurance companies fairly often, but the services have always been seamless. My family has been going to Dr. Kussman for 14 years and she’s always top notch, along with Carole, my hygienist. We lived in Atlanta for 4 years between 2006-2020 and after a visit at an Atlanta-area dentist, it wasn’t the same, so we’d make appointments around our trips back to Nashville just to see her. One example is she made a porcelain crown for me, then I needed more work on the tooth while living in Atlanta, afterward he filled it in w silver (negating the whole reason why I had a porcelain crown), and she offered to redo his work with a white filling. It was a first-world problem so I didn’t take her up on the offer but at least she cared to offered. There are plenty of other stories like this, my wife has genetically awful teeth and she stands by her work w a lot of patience and understanding. She’s a pro’s pro.

Dr. Kussman is a very diligent/comforting dentist. Her office staff is extremely nice and and do a wonderful job when it comes to teeth cleaning, updating appointments, and being professional. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family.
