100% better than any dentist Ive ever been to. Ive had to get a deep cleaning and an implant procedure done here, it has been as relatively painless as possible. And the kind staff has also been a great impact on how I feel about returning here. Ive been to so many dentist that simply treat me like job to be done or someone with out a choice. This team carries its kindness throughout the process and Ive felt cared for as a person needing treatment.

Dr. Bayat is such an amazing dentist! I needed a couple fillings and a crown replaced, and she made the procedure very comfortable. The work she did was amazing! You cant even tell I have a crown! She is very professional and very kind and gentle! I recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I used to have a hard time going to the dentist it would always be super painful but since I started going to platinum smiles I have never had any problems. Excellent, friendly and knowledgable dentist. I was visiting San Francisco, and had a tooth ache. Called at about 4:30pm, and had an appointment for 8:30am the following day. Was promptly seen and taken care of immediately. Dr Velasco was great, very reassuring, and he diagnosed my problem and the cure right away.

I searched google for a new dentist and found Platinum Smiles having great reviews. I was fearful because of my very bad experience having my 2 front crown replaced by Dr. Sipin. After my replacement, a couple of days later a spot appeared around my gum line. After Sipin said it was natural causes. I was in freak out mode and completely shocked by his diagnosis. Natural causes, what a joke!After many conversations with that dentist office, I left there being told they will not be able to have a different outcome without possibly injuring my tooth. That is when I found Dr. Bayat.Dr. Bayat patiently listened to me cry as I explained everything that had happened. She did a dental examination and told me she could handle my case with no worries.After my crowns were made, she had them come back from the dental lab BEFORE they did the final coating to make sure they were the perfect fit. She had me try them on me a few times, took pictures, and then made some adjustments. She made them perfect. After my teeth were permanently placed I left there with a very beautiful smile. I am so pleased with the outcome!!! I am so grateful to her and to her amazing staff. They are all so friendly and so helpful!

I just recently had a few onlays done by Dr. Bayat, they turned out great! My appointments were quick and painless. All the staff were very professional and kind. There are still a few more things I have to go in for, and for once Im not dreading visiting the dentist.

I went to Platinum Smiles while living in Brentwood and was completely satisfied and always left knowing they cared. I moved to Livermore, Ca and hence went to a different dentist. I never felt comfortable or satisfied at that dentist so now I am back to Platinum Smiles and happy,even though it is a 30 mile drive there it is worth it to me, and I highly recommend this dentist if you want professional help and someone you can trust and feel good about.

Dr. Bayat did some work on my Mother recently who had such a great experience with her. It was an emergency extraction and Dr. Bayat made the time to get her in the office asap to help put her out of her misery. All went as perfectly as could be expected with that type of situation. My mother cant stop singing her praises and is super grateful and appreciative (as am I).

Coming to the dentist is not easy for me at all. When I went to Platinum Smiles Family Dentistry, Dr Bayat gave me some pills to take that made me extremely relaxed and sleepy. On the day the procedure was really sleepy and dont remember anything that had happened on that day and I had no pain after words. I dont remember getting the shots and getting the root canal done on my tooth. If I have to get anything done at the a dental office, I would definitely go to Dr Bayat and be sedated by her. She was very caring and attentive before and after procedure. She even called me the day after the procedure to see how I was doing, which that meant a lot to me. The front staff was also very professional and attentive as well.

Dr. Bayat and her staff are wonderful!! I was extremely unhappy with my smile before I met Dr. Bayat. She re-designed my smile and I couldnt be any happier. Dr Bayat does beautiful esthetic work and if you are considering a smile makeover- I would recommend her 100%

From the moment I walked into the office, the front staff was very welcoming and kind. Dr. Bayat took the time to listen to my concerns I had with my mouth. She was very thorough with her exam and made it easy for me to understand my treament. I had no pain during my dental treatments and am so happy to have found Dr. Bayat.
