Was taken in on time and treated very professionally by a knowledgeable and personable technician. Tooth inspection was thorough, after which Dr. Ackerman explained the results of same and discussed options available for correction. Final decision was up to me, with no coercion on the Doctors part. Would recommend Dr. Ackerman to anyone in need of a good dentist - and besides, he has a great sense of humor!

Dr. Towson is the BEST dentist and I love his office staff. I have a huge phobia and could not feel more confident in his work. His staff goes above and beyond to make you feel so taken care of and genuinely cared for. I refuse to go anywhere else.

I took my 82-year old aunt in, who is very feisty and impatient. Dr. Ackerman was able to explained everything that was going to happen. I went in this morning for a much needed cleaning after I had my braces removed. 2 years is a long time to go without a good cleaning. And I was not disappointed. After a few xrays and meeting with the dentist, the hygienist came in and did an amazing job. Overall my visit to Dr. Towson’s was great. It was a pretty quick process after signing all the new patient paperwork. The staff was very friendly and it was a pleasure to have a dentist sit down with me and break down my X-rays to ensure I have a healthy dental plan in place. I dont normally do reviews about experiences, other then food! I have been going to Dr Ackerman and Dr Towson for more then twenty years. The dental office is well established and functions like a well engineered machine. I dont know dental pricing per-say, but I feel like I am getting more then my monies worth. The Hygienists and Technicians are super welcoming and professional with an excellent chair-side manner. I walked in today to happy chatter and then the singing of happy birthday for a fellow cohort! I would absolutely recommend this practice. The whole staff has an amazing work relationship!

The best experience Ive ever had with a dentist. I am so terrified of the dentist that I cry as soon as I sit in the chair even if its just a cleaning. My nerves always get the best of me. Dr. Locascio was so kind and understanding, he put me at ease with less tears than usual :) I actually left the office with a smile on my face. They put together a treatment plan for me to fix issues Ive had for years and offered several options to deal with my fears so that I would be able to handle getting everything done. I know when trying to find a new dental practice to go for your care it can be sometimes difficult to have to depend on star ratings as something that helps you decide something that important. Thats why I decided instead of just posting five stars I reassure anybody who would be reading this you will be just fine in Dr Ackermans care. His whole entire staff are genuinely kind people and Dr.Ackerman has very gentle hands. As for all of the dental assistants I can say they are the best dental assistants in any office around, I know this because I too became a dental assistant for a handful of years, (a long time ago) after inquiring about what it would take and where to go from an assistant to Dr. Ackerman. Havent seen a dentist in about 6 years. Kept meaning to find a new dentist when I moved out here 20 years ago, but in my mind it was easier to just drive to Pleasanton, to my dentist I had for over 10 years. Well, he retired a couple of years ago, so I pulled the trigger, and Im glad I did. I saw Dr Locascio, and he was GREAT! And the staff is wonderful too!

Dr.Towson is very gentle and caring,as is his RDA. I had a front implant placed. Dr. Towson sent me to the lab in Sacramento so the shade would be perfect. Unfortunately,it took three times to get it right. He was adamant that I didnt settle . The third time was a charm. Im so happy I waited. Its great to have a perfectionist as my dentist.

Overall my experience was surprisingly good. I suffer from high anxiety and don’t normally do well at the dentist. Hence when I was told I had a fractured tooth that had to be extracted, I had major concerns. However Dr Towson made me feel at ease right off the bat. He first acknowledged my fear and walked me through the entire process. By managing my expectations, it helped me play out what will happen in my head. True enough it was a painless experience. He put me in a state of conscious sedation so when I woke up , it was done. There was no chance for a panic attack. To me that was fantastic!

Went in for some rather extensive work on my teeth Monday3/9. Was there for a little over 2 1/2 hrs. EVERY single time Ive gone in everyone is of the utmost professionalism in not only explaining exactly what theyre going to do, but in the execution of their work and truly caring for their patients.I would personally rate them 10 stars myself. I have been blessed to meet both Drs. I see Dr. ACKERMAN. Many years ago I had have gas, to even to get a filling. I was so stressed to have to go to the dentist. Dr. A. Has a wonderful calming way, and I no long need gas for any dental work. One day recently while waiting for him to finish with another client, I even fell asleep in his chair i was so relaxed. The man knows his job and does it excellently. He has in the past, even given his services to the low income and homeless through a Golden Hills Ministry. A very caring and passionate person. Highly recommend for his professionalism.

Im very grateful to have Dr. Towson as my dentist. He does a great job with all his work and cares deeply about his patients. Their location has been convenient for us because the kids (I have a teen that can watch them) can wait for me at McDonalds and play while my teeth are worked on. I had a long list of dental work that needed to be performed, but was to scared to proceed until I found AckermanTowson Dentistry. Dr Towson is great! He made me feel comfortable going to a dentist for the first time in my life. The office is a top notch and staff is super friendly!

I had a crown break over the weekend. Dr Towson got me in right away and discovered the crown was only 2 years old. He prepped the area and took impressions and is rebuilding it under warranty out of zirconium this time to be sturdier.I always feel Im getting the best advice and treatment from Dr Towson.
