I suffered 3 days with a severe toothache… went to my dentist and ended up needing a surgical procedure. Met Dr. MARYAM and her assistant Jessica W. ..They made my procedure a great experience mind you I am petrified of dentist I let them know that from now on I want them both to be my assistant and I am now no longer fearful of going for any dental procedure I felt no pain immediately! The office is clean and modern plus the staff is amazing! A++ …. All the way around…

This morning was my first time here at Brentwood Smiles. And from the moment I walked in everyone was so nice! The girls at the front desk were all so nice and Jennifer was so helpful. Dr. Sonam and Nicole were so kind throughout my visit explaining everything to me and walking me through the process of all the work they did on me. Also Karen did such a great job cleaning my teeth. Such a great experience, so glad this is my dental office!!

Trust me when I say that I have been a frequent flyer at Brentwood Smiles. And the care that I have received has been a blessing and the best dental care that I have ever received. Ive had a few very difficult procedures which were handled with such amazing skill at the hands of Dr. Girgis. He and the dental office staff(Jessica, Nicole and others) have an amazing amount of compassion and dedication that made me feel safe & comfortable under their care.I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Avi did an amazing job on my teeth! She gives great advice and is always super nice. Not to mention Brentwood Smiles seems to be very precise in everything they do. Makes the whole appointment go smooth and quick compared to other dentists I’ve been to.

I usually dont leave reviews, but was just so disappointed by the level of care that I received that I felt I had to share...I had my tooth looked at as it was in pain, and I was to by my dentist is was fine, but put it on a six month watch list...the pain continued in the coming weeks so I went back, at which time I was told I would need a root canal... when I got in to see the specialist, there was infection and I was chastised for not coming sooner, when in fact I had, but was told by the dentist nothing was wrong...due to this the root canal was very painful as they couldnt get it numb all the way due to the infection...All of this could have been avoided with a proper diagnosis in the first place...the pain persisted, and I was directed to get a 3D scan from a neighboring office, at a cost of $300 out of pocket...I was told this scan was necessary to determine if the tooth needed surgery...I got the scan on July 12, at the earliest opening, and took it immediately to the dental office and gave it to the office manager, Anthony...Today is September 21 and I still do not have the results...I called 4-5 times, and never got a call back...I finally went into the office as I never got a return call and was told the disc could not be sent to the specialist due to its size and the specialist would look at it Sept 23...I asked why the delay, as it has been OVER TWO MONTHS and was not given an answer...Additionally, I have still not heard anything from the office manager, Anthony, who I gave the disk to originally...So whatever is wrong with this tooth has now been festering needlessly for over an additional two months and has most likely exacerbated the original issue...I am extremely frustrated at the lack of care and concern and expect better from medical professionals...

The doctors office is nice, CLEAN AND BIG! Patrice was welcoming and easy to talk to! Dr. G was short and sweet be efficient during the examination process! This was my first time here, so far so good.

I had a great experience at Brentwood Smiles. The office was clean and the equipment was state of the art. Low radiation digital X-rays, laser teeth cleaning, and I got a crown done in one visit. Dr. G and Amber were great. They explained all of the procedures and put me at ease. Overall, a great place. My kids have been going to a different dentist but they will definitely be going here from now on.

After being charged approximately $70 before the visit I guess for a diagnostic screening one of the dentist proceeded to get some dry ice push it onto my back molar and causing it to break the dentist told me they were not able to fix my tooth because they broke it so now it needs to be pulled out. I give this zero stars but there is no choice for zero stars

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. G , Jessica and Patrice, I am very happy with the work I had done. I had a crown put, I am very satisfied with the work. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dental office.

Dr. Sonam and Nicole were great! They were very patient and calm when performing the crown placement on my mom’s teeth. Definitely recommend.

This office is AMAZING. I always forget my calendar book when I go in there and Amber and Jessica will always text me right back for an appointment and get me in right away. Dr. G has also been great when looking at my teeth. I honestly have always felt like a dentist overcharge for everything and I can tell you this office does not do that and they also will try to give you every discount possible. I am now going to be bringing my whole family there and couldn’t see myself going anywhere else. Karen also cleaned my teeth yesterday and did a great job. I love this office.

If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would! Clean office, advanced treatments, digital x-rays. Dr G, Amber, and Alexis took great care of me. They walked me through each process and showed me the most patience even when I had anxiety. They allowed me to take breaks to calm my nerves and were genuinely concerned for my overall well being Would highly recommend!

Awful took my money cracked my tooth and then told me they couldn’t fix it and that they would need to pull it out, found another dentist who fixed their mistake. All I had was a chip in my filling! I kept my tooth

Rarely when going to the dentist are they ready for me at my appointment time. But Brentwood smiles had me in on time and the staff was so friendly. Dr. G and his assistant I think Amber got right into it quick, painless and efficient. As a single mom juggling work, kids and schedules this was AMAZING!!

I absolutely love this place and EVERYONE here! Ive been to 7 dentists in the past year and they did nothing but torture me. When I came here I was very comfortable due to actually being greeted and asked how I was. Ive never been treated so nice at a dental office. The whole process of my implants went smooth. Dr. Samir even called to check on me himself 😁. Anthony at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming. Thus whole office is awesome!!!!

My name is Austin clark and I don’t like dentists or doctors. But the one dentist office I trust is… everyone in Brentwood smiles. You walk in, they greet you with a welcoming attitude, they make friends with you, get to know you.. etc. I went in for a root canal today. All my friends said it was gonna hurt and I was nervous I didn’t want to do it. Dr Ahmad was awesome it was like nothing. I didn’t feel a thing when he was working. I came out of the chair happy and confident. Then I had to have a crown put on so they gave me a 30 min break and I came back to Nicole and Dr. sonam. Where they designed and fit my crown perfectly the first time ! No mistakes ! I’m about to get braces soon and I can’t wait to see these guys again ! Thank you so much Brentwood smiles !!

Had a Saturday appointment office was closed no one showed or contacted me. When I finally talked with someone from the appointment service they apologized and asked if I wanted to reschedule. At this point i said no and she told me they would add that I had the appointment and no one showed. I just tried to reschedule the appointment and was on hold for 17 minutes. Hung up.

The staff is very friendly. They always make you feel comfortable during any procedure. Also the wait is not long.

Be aware of their $59.00 introductory special which doesnt include a thorough teeth cleaning. A thorough teeth cleaning should take at least30 to 45 minutes or more. Their cursory teeth cleaning lasted for only15 minutes. I also found them to be very aggressive upsellers , encouraging me to commit to very expensive procedures that (in my view) were not necessary as my teeth are fairly healthy. This made me wonder if they had my best interest at heart. Before spending thousands of dollars I will definitely get a second opinion.

This is by far the best dental office I have visited.Dr.Agarwal was my dentist and she was very thorough with her exam and treatment.I felt comfortable throughout the visit.Dental assistants Amber,JC and Alexis were super friendly and excellent at their work.I highly recommend this office for dental treatment.

When I had my last cleaning my hygienist (Karen) stabbed down into my gums so deeply it was excruciatingly painful. And then she told me all my gums were fours and fives, is that even possible? Then she tells me I have to have maintenance and if I don’t I will have to sign a waver, Needless to say I don’t recommend this dentist

All of my children were seen by Dr Agarwal, and Dr Trivedi. They were very kind, patient and understanding. The staff here is a must for anyone. They are very easy to work with. They have payment plans and work well with your insurance. A no brainer. Im here for the long haul.

Update on the horrible service that they are trying to hide with saturating 5 star reviews. I went to another Dentist office with the same insurance and they were telling me to pay HALF for my copays versus what I was told here for the SAME procedure. This business is absolutely misleading and shady. They will upsell you verses being transparent with your actual copays. DO NOT GO HERE.

Terrible, traumatic experience here with my daughter. Brought daughter for routine cleaning. Told by Dr. Agarwal that she had 3 cavities & she could fill them now? Told they were superficial & would need no numbing agents. Nearly 2 hours & 8 injections later in 3 different locations (top & bottom left & right) and a hysterical balling child we walked out never to return. Called after I got home & asked to talk to Dr. Agarwal & she never returned my phone call. I have zero confidence in this facility. The Dr said the cavities were so minor they didn’t even show on X-rays, yet drilled into ALL 3 of my daughter’s teeth that she needed multiple injections & this EXTREMELY stoic child was completely inconsolable. I would have NEVER agreed to this treatment all in one day & am now very doubtful these fillings were even necessary. Overall this office does VERY superficial cleanings, basically if they need to use the pick they want to charge you for a “deep cleaning”. Dr. Trivedi told me that, “Fillings only last 3-5 years”. So I should be getting mine replaced very soon. What in the world?! The dental assistant I think was even astounded by this news & tried to cover for her says that it varies. Uggh! The only positives are that the X-rays seem through (if the tech can capture them properly-I spent 15 minutes getting them done & none of my daughter’s so called cavities were visible so IDK). Karen the dental hygienist is PHENOMENAL and Anthony who runs the office is fantastic. Besides this I have ZERO confidence in this institution. They also seem to be overpriced & want to upcharge you like a car dealership coming in for a routine oil change!

I’m pretty sure a couple of years ago one of the techs like drilled a hole in between my two bottom middle teeth. (During the cleaning when they scrape off the plaque) I never used to have a gap and I remember leaving and being able to blow air through the hole in my teeth and thinking, “I most definitely did not have this hole before that appointment” AND that specific dental cleaning was so rough I was in so much pain and my gums were so swollen. The lady was extremely aggressive and now I have a gap in my teeth.:( they have a history of double charging and there’s always a copay even though my insurance covers dental.

Another thank you to Dr. Sidhu for doing the initial exam and being very thorough and straight forward of her findings. Last and certainly not least, Karen the hygienist who did an exceptional deep cleaning and made my husband feel comfortable the entire time! Saw Dr Mokbil and his team for a root canal and same day crown. Fantastic experience. Very clean office. Everyone was so professional. Have to say I was going in there very anxious but had a wonderful experience. It was more like being in a spa and not a dental office. Dr Mokbil is also fantastic with his injections. Did not feel a thing.

The place is expensive even with good dental insurance. Told different copays every time I go for similar nature of procedure and personally feel I am being upsold and misled.

Dr. Mokbil is an amazing doctor, he is honest and truly give the right advise. The staff are so friendly, and always take patients back on time. Make a huge difference because time management for me is a big thing, and I respect them a lot.

Great staff, great dentists! These people make me feel at home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for long term dental care. They offered me an awesome payment plan where I can make monthly payments and I could get my dental work done same day! Brentwood smiles is the place to go!

My 87 year old father had to have a tooth extracted. A release was required from his cardiologist. On the day of the surgery, he called and was told all documents were done and he could come in. He waited 45 minutes and then told they didnt have the paperwork he needed after all. This is the 2nd time this has happened. When I contacted the office manager, he acted like he was unaware of any of this. The office apparently is disorganized!

Our Dentist is the best, very friendly easy to talk to and will be straight forward with exactly whats needed and whats best. My Daughter had a root canal and I was concerned about it and she came out with an upbeat attitude that put a smile on my face. Veronica and the staff of young ladies are all awesome. Veronica makes sure you understand everything and are ok with everything beforehand. Great place. No really!!

Been working here almost a year and I’ve had such an awesome experience! Not only as an employee but as their patient! Doctors and hygienists are super gentle here, really love what they do and will go out if their way to help all patients!

I really like this Facility. Everyone knows their job. I had to have extensive dental work done and the jobs done were performed professionally. My dentist knows her job and did an excellent job on my crowns and prep work. My teeth look beautiful. I have a few more things to get done but want to finish paying for what was done already. The billing department really works with you and got me major discounts where they could. They even signed me up for a 18 month payment revolving account. I really thank the staff and Dentist for really caring how sick I was feeling for teeth I didnt realize were causing the health issues. It really upsets me to see other patients negative comments and reviews because Brentwood Smiles Dentistry, really went out of their way to make the whole issue with my dental care as easy and cost efficient as possible for both of our budgets. Horrible experience.... price is extremely expensive... I need to call back and forth to check the copay with my insurance every single time because they give me unreasonable copay price while my insurance covered them already. For example they said filling deposits cost $150/tooth copay, while insurance said $30, deep cleaning copay $38/quadrant instead they told me more than 200/quadrant..... 3d onlay filling tooth break out after 2 weeks.... Wish it had negative rating

This was my first time seeing a dentist in years. The cost of care was the biggest aspect that kept me from seeking treatment for my dental issues. When I would go to any dental office it would be obvious that they were pushing procedures on me simply to charge me more money.From the second I arrived to when I left I was met with amazing people. My xray technician was awesome. He made my comfort his top priority and helped calm any nerves by holding a genuine conversation with me. He was a really cool guy.My actual dentist was awesome as well. As she performed my exam she explained everything clearly to me so I could fully understand the condition of my teeth and her recommendation for future treatment. She told me which ones were urgent and which ones I could probably do without doing or could put off to save me money. My hygentist who performed my cleaning was so cool. She joked around with me, kept conversation going, explained what she was doing, and gave me advice to improve my oral health. She really made my experience perfect.Finally at the end of my visit, a financial representative broke down how much money I would need to pay out of pocket for my next planned treatments after what my insurance would cover. They offer some amazing payment plan options with very affordable monthly payments. Nothing is required until you receive that treatment and you can plan everything to fit your budget. I did not feel pressured to pay for anything I wasnt sure of nor did I feel like I was going to be receiving anything less than the absolute necessary treatment I needed to reach optimal oral health. I left the office feeling confident in my future dental care and look forward to returning to here to continue my treatment.

Trying to get through to their phone lines is hit and miss. Ive left messages and appointment requests through their online portal and received no response. My last and final visit I spent sitting in the waiting room for 45 mins past my appt time with only 2 other patients; the girls at the front desk said nothing to me the whole time. I finally asked to cancel my appt and walked out.

They waisted my time as I had to sit in the waiting area for 30 - 45 ++ minutes every time I went there. When the dentist first gave me an estimate, it was for everthing other than what I came in for. Then when they billed me for the service I wanted, they got it wrong, overcharging me even while knowing I was on the Senior plan. It took 3 weeks to correct their error but I had to constantly call and dispute it whenever I came in. With all the people working there, you think they could get it right the first time. Now Ive discovered they have dropped me from their Delta Care Plan . Maybe because I wouldnt spend the $5k + they wanted me to (?). Too much trouble going there again. I wont waste my time, you shouldnt either !! BTW, the work the dentist did on me was lousy. She didnt even bother to polish down the filling . Just smoothed it with the stupid scraping tool and left it. Theres been sharp jagged edges around the filling ever since and I have to rub my tounge on them. The other filling she did fell out . Thats dentistry ??

I Haven’t Been too A Dentist in a few years and Ive been hearing nothing but good things about Brentwood smile so I made a appointment, BEST decision I made in a while. Got a deep clean on my teeth and that was a Night and day difference and my two front teeth were in bad shape after eating lots of lemons over time in my child hood I got two crowns on my two front teeth and DR Mokbil Designed them perfectly, i’m lost for words the end results literally changed my life in a couple days and professional and comforting assistances JC and Patrice thank you both ,warming greetings front deck my family will all be getting check ups soon BIG THANK YOU DR MOKBIL you’re truly an artist with the design you sculpted for my crowns
