Gosh, where does the time go. Super happy customer for over 20 years now!! Wouldnt recommend anyone else......super knowledgeable and very courteous. Thelma is super easy to work with as well as Dr. Tracy!

Dr.Tracy and his whole staff are wonderful people they make you feel at home.Thia dental office is the best place to go when you have an emergency with your mouth. My son Rodney recently bust 3 of his front teeth and they got him in immediately and where on piont .I just want to really say Thank you and I appreciate you making us feel like we are family and making my son smile again.

I can say this by far is the best dental place....only downfall is that you are not allowed in the back with the children but they are still so close to the waiting area its no reason to cause worry. My kids love it here the staff is so nice & professional if you have small kids or any size with medicaid go here best place ever!

They have terrible staff but doc is good. Staff will cuss at you on the phone.

I have never seen such a rude receptionist in my life. She was so unprofessional and should not be in this line of business. I feel sorry for the Dentist as this is effecting her rating. I will reach out to her and make sure she is aware of this despicable person working for her.

DO NOT GO HERE. There are many things wrong with this place. They really treat you like a dog and do not handle your teeth properly. The Doctor is a good doctor and treats you like a person. However the dental assistants are the worst. They are very aggressive and some of them do not even know what they are doing. I am now going to switch dentists because I had such a bad experiences going there. My mom told me that they treated her bad there too and I didnt listen, I ignored her and went myself and let me tell you MY MOM WAS RIGHT. Stay far away from this place.

My kiddos have gone here after a horrible experience with Dr. Bowles .. my kids hated the dentist after going to Dr. Jackson explaining the situation they took great care of them .. their anxiety has decreased and they explained things to me as a parent. Indo wish they would let me back with the kiddos but they do like her.

I have been taking my daughter to dr jackson for 2 years. She is 6. Today when we went and my daughter was having a rough time with the xrays and cleaning. Instead of letting me back to comfort her. Dr jackson came out and handed me a note for my daughter school and blamed my daughter for not being able to take the x Rays. I will never return to them. To any dentist or dr office out there. If a parent wants to be with their child in a dr office. There is no stopping them. With all the sexual harassment against children. Im not going to leave my dr alone with a Male dr. To conclude they are rude and very dismannered. Do not go to jackson dental.

I called them to set up a appointment and the lady that answered the phone asked me what insurance I had and told her then she basically laughed at me and says oh we don’t take insurance for adults. She was very rude and super unprofessional!!!!

Worse than one star. The guy left the room in the middle of my first and only root canal for like 25 minutes . Then years later another dentist had to pull the tooth because they told me he only completed half of it and left half when he told me it was a full root canal. Worst dentist ive been to

Did my root canal 5 years ago. Today, after horrible pain, the doctor find out that the Jakson Dental missed 2 roots and only did one root. Now, I have to retreat the tooth and have to pay $1200.

I have taken my kids to see Dr. Jackson for years, and have never had a bad experience they have always treated my kids and myself very well..
