Outstanding dental facility. I recommend them to all of my coworkers because they’re quick and easy to work with and are completely transparent with prices and estimates.I will be getting my wisdom teeth removed by them which is something I’ve resented the idea of for a while but I trust them more than most of my own family. Lol but yeah this place is S tier.

Crazy busy office. Dr. Bilov is the best. Once he is in the exam room all is well. I am an anxious dental patient and they understand. Good dentistry, in a modern office with maybe a little different business model than Im used to. Never had a team approach, but its working.

I have been going to this dentist for the last two years. I received an email stating that my cleaning was due to be scheduled which was not usual as my cleanings are scheduled every six months during my previous appointment. When I called in to schedule the phone representative stated that I am due for a cleaning on November 25 and the earliest that they could schedule me would be mid-February. I told them I had a previously scheduled appointment, which they had no record of, and then they asked me for the date on the confirmation card. Obviously I did not have that or I would have provided them the information. They instructed me that without that information, they cannot do any better than putting me on a cancelation list. I think that waiting three months after a scheduled cleaning is a bit absurd so this location definitely has significant communication issues. I would avoid them at all costs.

I have been going to Dental Care at Lakewood Walk since it opened. I have never received better dental care as well as being treated so well. Dr Bilov is phenomenal. His assistant Molly is a sweetheart and their dental hygienist always greats me with a big smile and a friendly hello even if I don’t have an appointment with her. If you are looking for a warm friendly, as well as professional dental office, this is your place.

Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. Nice facility. Modern technology. Front office staff was welcoming and nice to everyone. This office is definitely better than others in the area!

Staff and The Doc are always helpful, friendly, outgoing, and professional. Those can/do hand-in-hand.Processed/procedures are all explained with as much or little detail as you need/want.This is a place to go if youve ever been resistant to go to a dentist. They go out of their way to make sure its a good experience for YOU.

It may just be me, maybe I’m not used to this new era of dentistry. But I went as a new patient to get a cleaning. Most insurance companies will provide for two cleanings a year, and that’s what I wanted. We all know that, the removal of tartar, flossing, polishing. X-rays when needed, and then we can determine if any additional services are warranted, such as fillings or crowns. And at the end of the visit, we get a little goodie bag with floss, toothbrush, and toothpaste.This office did not even give me the cleaning, they made assessments, they did measurements, they took photos, and then provided a litany of options, (treatments), which went into the thousands of dollars for service. I felt as if I was in the finance office at a car dealership. All kinds of menus of services offered, and priced out for the patient to see.Not happy with this firm, although, they were very friendly and very cordial. I will look for an old fashion dentistry, one that I can actually get a cleaning, and then advice from the dentist at that point.

Wonderful Dentists and assistants... Kind, Knowledgeable, and very detailed with their dental work, not too mention they have state of the art equipment. My personal dentist is Dr Morzin and he is excellent. 10/10

I am incredibly impressed with this entire office. I have worked in dentistry for several years and recently moved to FL. I had not yet gotten aquatinted with a new dentist when my tooth flared up with intense pain out of nowhere. We are gearing up for a big vacation of the country in just a few days from now and I was really worried something would happen once I was overseas. I was worked in within 2 hours. The front desk and dental assistants were sincerely kind, empathetic and went out of their way to engage with me and make me comfortable. Dr. Monzin BAR NONE does the best injections I have ever had… and I have worked for a dozen different dentists/oral surgeons. He was able to do a very difficult and usually painful injection on my upper front tooth… I swear I did not feel it at all… I SWEAR, those types of shots usually bring you to your knees and I felt absolutely nothing. He fixed my tooth, had incredible bedside manner, and was an absolute joy to converse with.I knew the office would be great, judging by the reviews, but they truly exceeded my expectations and I’m looking forward to seeing them next time.

I just started as a new patient recently. I was having an emergency dental issue, they got me in almost immediately. Every single person I have dealt with has been absolutely amazing!! Dr Bilov has amazing chair side manners as does his dental assistants. They are amazing at walking you through everything they are doing and what you can expect with each different thing they need to do. Super straightforward and brings a treatment plan with cost before rendering services. While dental insurance as a whole could use an overhaul on what is covered and what isn’t, they are upfront about what’s covered and what isn’t. I had 2 different experiences with two separate extractions i’ve had done recently and could not have been made to feel more comfortable in each scenario. Dr Bilov is amazing at reading your body language on whether something hurts or not and is very very mindful of keeping you comfortable during your visit. I highly recommend Dr Bilov and his team.

First day! Loves the staff. Everyone was very happy and pleasant from the moment I walked in til I left. Mary Beth was extremely helpful with the details of up coming visits and insurance. Kelly is very sweet and makes you feel very comfortable. The Dr took his time examining and explaining. I didnt feel at all that he rushed to move on to the next patient.

I responded to their mailer advertising a new patient special promotion for cleaning, xrays & check up. The staff was extremely friendly. The xrays were very extensive and complete. The oral exam by the dentist was thorough & the cleaning was exceptional. All of my questions and concerns were addressed very well. I never thought that I was being pressured into doing anything I didnt need. No hard sell. Overall the experience was great and I would highly recommend this office. Dr. Bilov & the hygienist Kristina were great!

Probably my best experience with the dentist everyone was nice knowledgeable and they took me in as a walk-in which is unheard of in the medical field. The procedure was painlessAnd they made sure I was comfortable at all times.

Hands down one of the best experiences in a dental practice I have ever had. From the impeccable front desk staff and dental assistant who supported me and explained everything that she was doing to the wonderful chair side manner of Dr. Bilov. Tried scheduling an appointment for a cleaning and exam, however it never even happened. I scheduled my appointment over 3 weeks out, the week of I get a call to change my appointment without any reason so I made it for the following day. I show up to the office and am then told that the hygienist had cancelled, and I should have been notified by a voice mail that day. I received neither a call or voice-mail. This was highly irrititating, and the receptionist only offered me an appointment over a week away. Very disorganized office.

The office at DCLW is so mis-managed I had to find another dentist. Scheduled appointments mean, at the convenience of the DCLW, not the patient.

I called Dental Care at Lakewood Walk a month ago as a new patient experiencing tooth pain. I couldnt get into my regular dentist in a timely manner, but my husband had recently switched to Dental Care at LWR, so I gave them a call. They fit me in within hours! Dr. Bilov and the staff were wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. As a high risk patient, I was worried about going to the dentist, but they took every precaution and I felt safe in their care. In the end, nothing was wrong with the tooth. The pain was the result of nighttime grinding. My husband recently needed a crown, his first ever, and was very happy with his experience. We are very happy patients of Dental Care at Lakewood Walk!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone was wearing mask and there were masks at the front in case you dont have one. I got my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was very nice and it didnt hurt at all. Overall, I like this place and will come here regularly.

My appointment was for 9:00 AM. I was 10 minutes early. Not taken in until approx 9:20. Not good.Review of suggested treatment plan well explained, although felt pressured to do more than what my budget will allow. Is quite depressing to see itemized treatments and associated costs. Expected less costly, especially having some discount insurance.

Chose this office for a second opinion on previously recommended dental work because it was nearby. I was appreciative with the honesty and detailed explanations I was given by Dr. Monzin. Planning to return for my next cleaning and hopefully continue all of my dental care here.

I showed up for my appointment today with my anxiety through the roof, like it is anytime I go to the dentist. The young lady comes out to get me does x rays, Im horrible with names, she brings me back to the room and tell me what she sees wrong with my teeth and the Dr comes in and tells what my options are for today, how we are going to go about getting the work done in my mouth. Mind you again I do not like the dentist I dont want anyone in my mouth. But I left out of there with a tooth pulled that was infected, I had no idea, with scripts in hand. And felt nothing while I was getting my tooth pulled. I would definitely recommend this office and their staff

Dental Care at Lakewood Walk has been a God sent blessing. I first went to them when I was having extreme dental pain and I needed an emergency extraction! They were so kind immediately upon walking in. As someone who has extreme anxiety and trauma from a previous dental experience they were incredible. They took their time with me, they were gentle, and very understanding. Molly the dental assistant was so sweet and really made sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure and whatever I needed! I will always request her as she is so amazing! Dr. Boliv is also amazing! He never rushes and goes at the speed I feel comfortable and if I need a break he listens and helps me get through each step. I will always go to this facility for any dental needs! I love the whole staff!!

My son went in after months of trying to get a first initial appointment for a cleaning and x-rays. And after an hour of pdifferent things. They still didn’t clean his teeth. Now we have to go back again???

The peeps r nice & facility is great, but their billing sys. is awful. I was overcharged & its taking mos. 2 get a $64 refund, coming from IL? U shouldnt have 2 wait 4 a check. It should refund u via credit card or how u pd. The check has just been sent 9/11, but still havent received it, almost 1 mo. later. Maybe bc of date they sent it?! 😉

My 1st day visit as a new patient was wonderful. Office was very clean and modern. Rosie, front desk receptionist, immediately greeted me warmly with her genuine smile. I had the pleasure of meeting the dental assistant, Juan, who took all the necessary X-rays and explained everything thoroughly. Megan called me a few days beforehand to introduce herself as the hygienist which I was pleasantly surprised. Shes very personable and knowledgeable. Did a great job in cleaning my teeth. Lastly, Dr. Denis Monzin is professional, patient and friendly. He used high tech equipments to display ways to get my teeth healthy. For years I was postponing on getting a crown and now I made an appointment next week to have it done because the whole staff made me feel comfortable. I really appreciate the positive experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this dental practice. Everyone from the scheduler, to the receptionist, to the dental hygienist to Dr. Igor Bilov were absolutely incredible. They make patient service a priority and it shows at every patient interaction. It is unlike any other medical facility in the area. It is beautifully designed and exceptionally clean, but again the patient service is what makes this place uniquely special. I consider this practice to be the very best.

I had 4 fillings completed by the most amazing Dentist Dr. Igor Bilov. I suffer from extreme dental anxiety and this man took his time was gentle very thorough. Juan was my dental assistant and he was great! Cindy another dental assistant brought me a warm blanket and Lauren was my moral support angel!! I cant tell you how refreshing it is to have such a supportive staff. From the moment I walked in Stacey the manager and John at the front desk were warm and welcoming. Thank you all VERY much.

Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me today at Dental Care at Lakewood Walk. I arrived early with completed paperwork and copy of insurance card. My insurance information was also provided the day before over the phone to the receptionist. Check in process was a breeze.20 minutes after my appointment time, I notified the receptionist that I could no longer wait. I assume that because she immediately offered to reschedule me instead of checking to see if I could be taken right back that the providers were behind and nowhere close to being able to exam me.While I understand that providers can get behind due to unforeseen circumstances, my time is valuable. I respect that some people do not mind waiting for providers, however, I personally expect to be seen within a reasonable amount of time or notified promptly if there is a delay as I was taking time out of my work day for my scheduled appointment. The office did not seem busy with patients. There was somebody in front of me that was already back and the parents were in waiting room. A mother and child came in after me.I know that the circumstances of providers being behind are not in control of the front desk staff. They were pleasant and thanked me for bringing my long wait to their attention.My suggestion to the office management is to review the scheduling policies of the organization so that patients can be seen in a timely manner or notified prior to arrival and/or upon arrival if there is a delay.Also, if anybody is still taking Covid precautions, I was told that I would have to wear a mask and that my temperature would be taken. I was also told that if the provider was not able to take me back, they would ask me to wait in my car and call me on cell when I needed to come in. My temperature was not taken at the desk, however, they did take the temperature of the person behind me. I’m not sure why the difference. The man at the desk had a mask laying next to him on desk when I was at the desk The lady was not wearing one when at the desk.They had me in the waiting room the entire time and there were 4 other people in the waiting room while I was there. This was not a concern for me and everybody in the waiting room was socially distanced and wearing masks.

I went in to get an idea of what I needed to fix my smile, after finding out that one of my insurances Dental Care was not part of ny dental plan but still covered 50% I was having second thoughts, but the young lady at the front desk so sorry I cant remember her name she was sweet and convinced me to give it a try. After talking with staff and the dentist they sure but me at ease, the doctor was very knowledgeable in taking to me about what he could help me in getting my smile back! In leave Im very excited to go back tomorrow to finalize what will be the plan to get my smile back.
