I spent 20 minutes as the two staff members (one tall lady and another short one on Feb 20th at 9:30am) tried to get me my prescription which they did not understand. I would like someone to come and train these women as they had almost no idea what I was talking about in regards to having my contacts in the shelf or not.

At first I was a little skeptical, because of the location but to my surprise, it’s been an absolutely welcoming,FUN, and nice staff. I have never been to an eye doctor with that level of professionalism and personal care for my overall well-being and actual real time commentary on the health of my eyes. I will be a returning customer and I would 100% recommend this place to whomever wants to be seen at an eye clinic.🤗👓

I had an appointment with Dr. Keith today and it went great! Good service and very informative. I would certainly recommend the vision center and will continue to utilize them in the future.

Nobody ever answers the goddamn phone!! I cant even give it a good rate if I CANT EVEN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! Seriously, if the receptionist cant even do their simple, easy job by answering the damn phone and setting up appointments then they need to quit and let people who need a job do it for them! I Every time I call it just rings endlessly

Aamir the vision center manager does a wonderful job at helping me choose a nice looking frame - and really good glasses. I usually try to stop by and see either him or Mia. Theyve both been here at this store for like 5 years!

My eye doctor was very informative and knowlegeable. He explains in terms understandable. Thanks Dr. Keith for addressing the concerns I noted.

When I scheduled my appointment the woman helping me seemed like she had absolutely no idea how to simply book an appointment and I was put on hold 3 times before it was finally booked . Then when I arrived to the appointment there was no record of me having one scheduled so they had to squeeze me in. On top of that I sat at the counter waiting to be helped for 10 minutes and I had to flag somebody down to help me... Nothing but a hassle, but I should have expected it as this is easily the worst wal mart in Minnesota...

Went in and asked for help. The lady said she couldnt help me and then just sat down and kinda ignored me. Bad customer service

My experience here was HORRIBLE!The woman that was working Sunday, July 12 around 3-5pm was extremely RUDE. I arrived at the vision center to find sign that read Closed, will be back at 3:10. I thought to myself, okay, I can wait. Im sure someone went to break. I waited for ten minutes after the time posted and asked a nearby cashier if the associate was going to return soon, and I was told that the vision center was closed for the day. I was confused because earlier that day, I was told over the phone that it would be open until 5pm.I walked away and decided to double check with the website. Sure enough it stated that they were still open. A few moments later, I noticed an associate go up to the will be back sign and change the time. I was curious so I decided to call the vision center, but no one was picking up. I was about to hang up before getting cut, when the associate picked up the phone to say that they were open. I walked over to find the same woman on here phone. She probably decided that she should finish up her conversation, and proceeded to open the center.I thought to myself, finally! I can finally get helped, but it turned out that I brought the wrong prescription. This was my fault, and I decided okay, I will just go home and come back before they close. What else could go wrong... many things... many things could go wrong.I came back with my prescription 30 minutes later, and guess what I found. Another Will be back sign... Really! I guess they take breaks every 30 minutes... Anyways, I was like Alright lets see if they show up on time. Did they show up on time?... NO. Where they 10 MINUTES LATE again?... YES. Does it get worse?... YES. This time I understood the game so I stood in front of the sign. They showed up with another associate only to leave me to help their friend. This finished with her casually chatting for about 5-10 minutes. The rest of the experience was just as PAINFUL. I had to repeat my information several times.Long story short, this was my WORST Wal-mart experience ever! I didnt report her, but I really should have. If you have to get contact or glasses try somewhere else. If it costs more somewhere else, pay the difference and save your self the experience.

Upon reading MN statute 145.712, they are breaking the law by writing prescriptions for less than 1 year. I switched to Walmart Vision Center because of the exceptionally low prices on eye exams/contact fittings. HERES THE CATCH, if you want to purchase new contact lenses, they make you get another eye exam EVERY YEAR by only writing the prescription 1 year out. The MN state law requirement is every 2 years. So even though the eye exam cost is low, they will make you get 1 every year instead of every other. I then had to make repeated attempts at getting my prescription information so I could purchase contact lenses online at 1-800-CONTACTS (which does price matching, fyi). They kept telling me that it was expired and that I couldnt use my prescription (lies). All you need is a prescription document showing the date you had your exam, and you can order them anywhere else online. Get your eye exam and/or contact fitting elsewhere.

I have been coming here since I was 12, every time I have called to make an appt with Dr.Hadden, he is usually at another location and no one is helpful about where I could go to schedule at a different location. If you have insurance nothing is no longer kept on file so they make you enter everything over again and the last three times Ive called the person had selective hearing and after repeating myself 4 times I was beyond irritated, so Im choosing a new optometrist. Dr.Hayden is amazing but the service has gone down drastically.

Who knew there was a whole doctors office behind the wall of glasses. The eye doctor was so patient, and I saw a picture of the inside of my eye! Paid a lot less than other places for a pair of glasses.
