Corporate trash. Asinine policy of not allowing purchasing of glasses without written prescription. I havent had a prescription update in 5 years and have never had this issues before. Trying to gouge you for money by forcing you to get their cut-rate in house exam.

A friend recommended VisionWorks to me, and I was very impressed. My vision insurance has always been difficult to use, but the staff at VisionWorks were very helpful and did not give up until they were able to confirm my coverage. They have a wide variety of frame options, and they walked me through all the options I had available to me. I was able to get an appointment same day, and the appointment was quick and thorough.

I recently called in to set up an appointment because I was three months overdue on getting new contacts. I called in and was greeted by a woman named Charlie, and to put it simply she was amazing. She expressed concern that I had went so long without new contacts and advised I get in right away. She helped me set up an appointment for the next week. A couple days before my appointment she called to make sure my insurance was in network with Visionworks so I didn’t waste time driving up there. The next day she called me letting me know I was out of network but I was so impressed because she went the extra mile and also provided me with a number to call so I could find a place that worked with my insurance. Top notch customer service! To top it all off she made talking on the phone to “some lady at a Visionworks” feel like I was talking to a close friend. Charlie was so friendly and energetic and you could tell she loves helping people as well as her job.Thanks Charlie!!

Have gotten glasses here before and have always had great, friendly and professional service. Came again because of the great service. Heather, Shanlyn and Kylie were very helpful. Will be coming back again.

The doctors were professional, courteous, and very helpful! Also the people helping with the pricing of my glasses were extremely helpful with pricing and making sure I knew exactly what was covered and how much my insurance covered! Definitely gonna go back and will recommend others to Visionworks.

Poor selection of frames & too expensive for lenses + have to wait several weeks just to replace lenses. Will be my last visit.

Great store and staff they are so helpful.

The entire experience was wonderful. I was greeted before my exam with smiles. I didn’t have to wait any extended time. The process was explained every step of the way and any questions I had were answered. The shopping experience was great. Rob was fantastic! He helped keep my options organized and made the entire checkout process easy and fun.

Friendly staff great service

I would never recommend this place to anyone, the most frustrating experience with Prof. I have had all year. Ordered new glasses, they were late for arriving, once I received my order, they had to be replaced due to incorrect prescription in the right lens, progressive bifocals, I was told that my replacement pair would be ready in 15 days, no one contacted me after 15 days, so I call to find out when I can expect them, and I was told another 4 days. I have been waiting for my replacement order since 12/31/19. Also when I wanted transition lenses I was told it would cancel my insurance payment and I would have to pay full price for the glasses. I told her I would be paying anything over whatever insurance covers. I was correct.!

I went in to schedule an appointment, and they actually got me in within 45 mins of my arrival. The exam was quick, great people. It was my first time getting new glasses in 3 years. I picked out a lot to try on, but they didnt seem to mind. They took the time to explain my bill and different lens features. As a busy college kid I really appreciated this!

Very good selection of frames and reasonable prices. I was pleasantly surprised that they had hired a sign language interperter for my visit. Very few business care enough to do that. Looking forward to getting my eyeglasses and expect an excellent fitting.

Jarod N. was so nice to work with! He was very helpful and patient. I appreciate the time he spent making everything right with my purchase. His customer service was outstanding.

The girl helping me had a very inappropriate low cut blouse on, and I explained what I needed for the lenses and even showed her my old glasses. She didnt want to do them that way(had nothing to do with insurance). I gave them a try. At this point my left eye throbs, my neck is constantly stiff and my insurance company will not replace them until next year. I am very unhappy and do not advise anyone to go there if you know what you need.

This place has amazing customer service. The eye test was very in-depth and I received my glasses really fast. I managed to step on my new glasses the day after I got them and bent the frames. Vision works repaired them in the store as I waited at no charge and made sure they fit correctly. You couldn’t tell anything had happened. I highly recommend them!

Had a great experience ordering a pair of prescription glasses from vision works . Rob helped us out all the way through with the ordering process and explained all our available option in great details. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone who plan to go there .

It was my first time at Visionworks, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My optometrist was efficient and knowledgable— she had great answers for all of my questions. I would definitely go back again.

Staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful. I scheduled my appointment online in the morning for an afternoon appointment. So far, pleased.

Went in on 1/9 for an eye exam and glasses. Was told the glasses would be ready on 1/23. Called on 1/23 and the wrong script was put in my lenses so now I have to wait another 2 weeks after paying $300. I would not recommend this place!

Low staff. The employee told me she will check my benefits and call me but when i went for my exam she did not check with my insurance nor call me beforehand to tell me that it won’t cover.
