Amazing experience yesterday, was in and out for an eye exam in about 15 minutes! The staff there were also incredibly friendly while moving everything along swiftly. Dr Douglas Devore took care of my exam and was very personable. Same for Grace who helped me at the end of my appointment. Very impressed by everyone there making a smooth operation!

Rachel T was amazing and so patient with helping my 6 year-old pick out his first pair of glasses! She helped find the best fit and style for him. He was nervous and worried he wouldn’t look like himself and she helped him feel excited and happy. She also was not distracted or frustrated by my crazy toddler that tagged along and loved being part of the process.

Very very wonderful and nice people! Grace was wonderful to work with as well! She was patience and explained clearly everything to me that I needed to know! Thank you guys!

Grace was the person who helped me when I came in. She was literally so nice and very helpful. She was patient as I tried on frames, and gave me advice about ones she recommended and why she did. She helped with insurance questions, and was really really pleasant to be around!!

I was able to make a same day appointment online! I was immediately greeted and my paperwork, pretesting, and exam were very quick! Rachel was so helpful! I picked a handful of pairs and she picked some as well. I was in and out in less than an hour and she made narrowing the choices so easy! I would highly recommend her helping you! Employees need more training not knowledgeable at all on what they are doing. I got numerous texts about my appointment time but no call on issues with my insurance, which could have been addressed earlier with a call because we had the same issue with my kids insurance. Yep last time I walk in that store pretty sure i had a bad experience two years ago dont know why I gave them another chance .

I was passing through town and needed help getting my glasses adjusted. They took me right in and not only adjusted my frames, but put on better pads for a more comfortable fit. Wouldn’t take a penny for the effort. Did I say I didn’t buy my glasses from them? Wonderful customer service, wonderful experience. Thank you to Rachel for being so nice!

I was so pleased with the entire experience I had recently at All About Eyes. Everyone was conscientious about COVID precautions and took great care with everything from checking in to the actualeye exam and selection of my frames. I was very pleasantly surprised that the cost of my first pair of glasses was very reasonable and I asked if the second pair I was considering would be around the same cost. With their current offer, it was a no brainer when I was told my second pair would be only $100! Ive worn glasses for over 50 years (yikes!) so I was well aware of how costly my prescription could be. I worked with Chelsea and she was so generous to offer any discount she could since I dont have insurance. The finished pairs were, in total, less expensive yet much higher quality than the last ones I purchased at a shop with in a big box retailer. The quality of service and professionalism has definitely earned my business when I have a need in the future. Well done by all

Eye dr was great. As far as everyone else that works in that office. They could use some serious training. Most unfriendly people if you have any kind of issue at all. Got jacked around when I ordered glasses. For some reason, I went back when I decided to switch to contacts. Now getting jacked around with my contacts. Was told trial pair would be in, in 2 days. That was a week ago. Called. Girl put me on hold. Said no they still arent in and no I dont know when they will be here. HOPEFULLY in the next couple of days.....really?! Also was supposed to have a credit on my account for the inconvenience with my glasses. Guess what wasent there when I paid for my contacts eye exam.

I’ve never had a bad experience at All About Eyes, but had to make sure I complimented Tracy, who I worked with for the first time on my last visit. She was AMAZING. I assumed she was the manager with the way she carried herself. It was very busy & she not only handled it with grace & a huge smile on her face, but despite the busyness, she took the time to ask me how I was doing & make genuine conversation with me. She had every right to be flustered or rush through her job, yet she was so intentional & kind. I also watched as she patiently helped an elderly gentlemen answer questions about his form and then find him some glasses. She answered phone calls, processed paperwork, did my pre-exam and again, all with ease & professionalism. She may not be a manager but it’s employees like Tracy who will keep customers coming back. I felt her demeanor was more pleasant than one of the managers that day so I decided she deserved to be acknowledged for the way she went above and beyond to care for the customers & patients. I’m a retail manager and know how many reviews can be complaints so I just wanted to say thank you All About Eyes for giving great service & thank you Tracy for making what I anticipated to be a boring appointment, so much fun & so enjoyable.

I bought glasses, I took a 2 pairs back from the rep not being honest with me. The 2 nd pair I replaced was less then my first purchased.The 3rd was from a rep telling me that the script will fit in the frame I was buying after I told her I had a problem seeing out of small frames.I couldnt see nothing but doublevision. aAter weeks of wearing them. I replace them after I called to let rep that i was still having a problem with seeing with these glasses.I saw they overcharge me here go the bs. With the way the manger called me now they saying the gave me both pair of my glasses after the manger said they. The glasses will not be back for 1 month then have to send it off to a shop this was in October, 2029$100 00After

Ive purchased two pairs of glasses from All About Eyes now and it is the first place I will go for my next pair. The staff is very friendly, speedy, informative and well-informed. They have a huge stock and offer numerous choices for the lenses. Ive loved both of the pairs I got there. I have a small face so it is difficult to choose the right glasses for me, so I had picked out a dozen or so to try on, none of which worked. But the first one the staff member picked out for me to try was perfect!

I replaced some old progressive glasses that cost me nearly $500.00 15 years ago. I went in expecting the same but I was wrong. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I wish the Doc would have slowed down a bit to address the other concerns I had with my eyes that wasnt pertaining to my glasses or contacts prescription. Nothing major, but I didnt feel like I had much of a chance to talk about them. While staff was polite, they seemed stressed out which made me feel uncomfortable and created an unpleasant experience. Never coming back here again! When I mentioned to staff that the office setting was stressful, I was told that its because of COVID-19. I gently pointed out that COVID-19 has been going on for over 10 months so using the virus for how the office is handling patients is an excuse. Asked for my prescription so that I can have it filled by a different optometry office. The doctor was cool- he gets 5 stars!Edit: Someone from HQ called me today 10/20/2020 and confirmed that the office is understaffed. If HQ knows the office is understaffed and needs help, Im not sure why a manager doesnt step up and go help out the office until they hire new employees or new receptionists to help take phone calls. HQ sounds useless (knowing that a problem exists but not doing anything to fix it) and todays phone call confirms it.

I am new to glasses so I was sure to ask for a FULL prescription that I can use anywhere to get glasses. This was verified by 2 people on the phone as well as 2 other people at the store when I arrived for my appointment.At the end they tried to sell me glasses and I did not want to wait 2 weeks to get glasses so I declined. I asked one more time to verify that I have FULL prescription that will allow me to go anywhere to get glasses and she confirmed.When I went to go get glasses I was not able to because I need a pupillary distance. All about eyes did not provide this. When I called to figure this out they said they will call me back in 5 minutes and they never did.Not only that, when I called back they told me I have to come in and pay extra for another test!Not one person explained this to me. They all tried to get me to take more tests and get more money out of me. So how I have to go in right now, wasting my time and money. I do not suggest this company. I will not be coming back.

Bought 2 frames in April, and the All About Eyes team was extremely helpful. I dropped my glasses in the middle of the road and they broke. I knew without a doubt All About Eyes would help me. I went directly there, and Austin was very helpful and walked me through a few options and helped me make the best decision. I was very appreciative of the time he spent with me to help me find the lowest cost solution for a replacement.

Tried to rush me out without the discussing the contacts that were part of my exam. Also, its very disappointing that they dont stock any trial contacts, hence requiring an unnecessary trip back after they are ordered in, and a follow up visit after wearing them.

Doctor DeVore immediately looked at my information to tell me if I needed additional tests. He advised me on the eye images and explained so clearly what they showed. I cant find much of anything to complain about. A great experience all-around!First, the whole process was easy. After the initial paperwork, I was immediately taken in for eye tests and then promptly seen by the doctor (Dr. Ronald Suarez, OD - who was absolutely awesome!). Out of all my years of annual eye exams, this exam was definitely the most efficient; quick yet thorough.They did not have the brand of contact I have been using for years in my new prescriptions strength, so Dr. Suarez gave me a trial of a new brand to try. The new brand he gave was still slightly off on the exact prescription, so he gave me a sample pair in the strength closest to my prescription, and will give me a new sample pair after the ones for my prescription come in. (Long story short, he basically gave me two pairs of contacts to try for free with the exam).I usually take the prescription from my eye exam and buy my contacts online. However, All About Eyes had about the same price for contacts as the cheapest place I could find online (and without all the hassles of coupons and mail-in rebates). So I simply bought my contacts in-store. Plus, with the sample contact lenses they gave me, it allows me to try the new brand of contacts before opening the actual box of contacts I purchased (free exchanges for unopened boxes of contacts; no questions asked).I was then seen by Tallie W., who handled all the insurance info. She was also very courteous and helpful.Dr. Ronald Suarez and Tallie W. were great from start to finish. Overall, I was really impressed with this place.I will definitely be coming back to All About Eyes for my next annual eye exam and to order contacts.

I wanted a pair of single focus glasses for computer work. All About Eyes in Bloomington IL offered a pair at a very reasonable price. I got my prescription from my usual eye clinic, and had them made from that. The staff I worked with were very friendly and helpful. The glasses came within the predicted time, and have been working well. My experience with them is limted, but within that, I can recommend them.

Recently had my eye exam and bought 2 pr of glasses here. The experience was great. One of the pair of glasses I could not get use too. They just werent comfortable. My wife and I went here to pick a pair of glasses because her doctors office did not accept her insurance for glasses purchases. We walked in and were greeted with hellos and smiles from all the staff. We explained our situation to the staff and they told us to start looking at frames and let them know when we are ready. They were excellent! They went above and beyond to make my glasses right, even though the issue was actually with an outside prescription and not their work. Im a very straightforward and direct person. Ryan helped me pick out the pair of frames that I wanted in less than 3 minutes. He walked me through insurance information and got me all documented in less than 20 minutes despite me being a first time customer. The whole process took less than an hour, 30 minutes of which was driving. Beautiful clean building and friendly and efficient staff. Some insurance wont let you take advantage of sales.

His honesty in not over prescribing, and advising when you can dial back has been a huge surprise to both myself and my husband. A wide selection of frames, and reasonable cost, as well as quick delivery on contacts, all adds up to a premier eye care provider.

I love the service and the fact that I can get eye exams for the family on a Sunday. By the time I get off work, most places are closed and with one day off a week, its hard to get everything done I need to do. They are always glad to see us and are very professional. We get in and out very quickly thanks to their wonderful staff. I highly recommend them.

I went in to look for new glasses on 12/28/2017 and I was greeted at the door with a hello and how may we help you. They did not rush me and let me look for my new glasses without being coming over and asking me questions every 30 seconds. They answered my question quickly when I asked them about frames. Even with the holiday it only took about 5 days fro my new glasses to come. The employees are very friendly and willing to help you in any way the can.

One of the best place for eye exam and buy glasses. I have been going to All About Eyes from last many years. The quality and collection of glasses and frames that they have got, always amazes me. Sarah helped me pick my frame during my last visit. Im always pleased with the excellent customer service that they have got. Im also planning to make another visit over there soon for my sunglasses. I went here on 11/13/2017 and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and offering their help. My sales person guided me through the store and helped me find my first ever pair of glasses. She was very friendly and made the experience a wonderful one! I will defiantly be recommending you guys to anyone that needs eye care!

I dont wear glasses/contacts, but I have preferred to shop here for all my sunglasses in the past 4-5years. They have a large selection of different brands that you can easily try on. Staff is much more knowledgeable than someone at a Dept. Store or mall kiosk. And I also enjoy the warranty that comes with my purchase.

Took my 16yo son to All About Eyes as he wanted contacts. Very quick, helpful, friendly doc and hes got his contacts! Would recommend as the process was very simple. Also got a GREAT rebate on the contact lenses. Five stars all the way!

Everyone was super friendly and punctual! The gal that helped me pick out my frames was really nice about helping me pick some that looked good on my petite face. Even for a busy Saturday, I was done in less than an hour. Also, they do weekend appointments, which is a huge bonus for those of us who have trouble getting time off work. This location is top notch

Love this place and love the people working here! They were really helpful and when I thought I was taking so much time picking frames, they said take all the time I need. They didnt rush and were very polite and friendly. The time to do the exam was quick and the doctor was very polite and helpful too. I will definitely keep coming back!

I thought my visit was OK: The optometrist was fine when she examined my eyes over the summer. However, I got busy at work and couldnt order new glasses until 9 months later, but I was told it was OK because the prescription is good for 2 years. When I went back last week to pick out frames and order new glasses, the gentleman who assisted me was very kind, helpful and patient. I felt confident that Id be happy with my new glasses and was looking forward to picking them up. However, I think for me, the most important part of getting new glasses is when you pick them up and they are getting adjusted: Making sure they are comfortable and staying on my nose as much as possible, with little movement. When I went to pick up my glasses, the fitting and adjustment part didnt go very smoothly. I dont feel like I was being understood at all and with the sidelong looks I was getting, I know I was being labeled as a problem customer when all I wanted was to have my glasses feel comfortable and not move so much on my face. After the first sales associate couldnt get my glasses to fit right after three tries, another sales associate came up to back her up. She was more helpful, but I was feeling embarrassed and just wanted to go. So now my glasses are OK when Im just sitting and typing at work but any time I do anything else like eat, lean my head to put away a file or bend over to pick up something or put on my shoes, my glasses are just moving up and down my face. The only reason why this review is OK instead of Poor is because I felt the optometrist who examined my eyes and the sales associate who helped me pick out these frames were kind. Lesson learned!

Very impressed with this location. Sarah was very sweet and helpful during placing my order and getting me into the frames I wanted. The dr. was very friendly and nice. It was raining so hard during my apt and I was stuck in the building. Jacob, a team member of the staff grabbed an umbrella and made sure I made it to my car safe. I have to say this staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond.

Was pleasantly surprised! The salesman took my prescription, from outside physician, and checked with insurance company while I looked for frames. I expected to have to return to pick out frames but was so excited at the cost and was able to choose a frame from the ones I’d picked with Ryan’s help. They have a great staff with specials running all the time, hard to beat any deal locally. Their prescription sunglasses have been outstanding & this is my third time back. This is my first time getting contacts from them & they price match! The fact that this is my third time back speaks volumes about their customer service & competitive pricing.
