Dr.Dean and her staff were the best! Very friendly, kind, and understanding of your needs. Quick painless process and made sure the best job was done for my post op care so I could heal very quickly. I have a family member that goes to this location as well - I would recommend coming here if you are looking for affordable dental care.

Dr. Deen is one of the Best Periodontists in DFW!! Very personable and always takes the time with her patients. I would travel to any of the locations that she would be at, just to have her work on me! She is definitely the Best! Five Star Doctor!

I was pleased with the detailed service I got at Monarch Dental. Yesterday was my first time going there. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. However I did not like the long wait I had. I had a 3pm appointment and they didnt call for me till 4:10pm. My wife had to Waite over a hour also. Other than that it went well.

Tooth extractions for wisdom teeth went well. Then I was told I needed a crown for another tooth which I came in for plus fillings $800 bill. They shaved off too much of my decent tooth with zero pain and put a temp crown which broke next day. Tooth started hurting because the dentist or assistant took off too much so nerve was sensitive. I had to wait the weekend and called for an appointment on Monday. Come to find out the dentist has left for vacation for a month so I have to see another dentist and nothing available till 4 days later! In the meantime my jaw won’t open much and hurts like hell because they stuck a needle in my cheek and muscle is locked up. So I’m not good. I show up and then they tell me… oh you may also need a root canal now! I’m like NO WAY I had a perfectly decent tooth which wasn’t perfect but it was not hurting and now I’m screwed because of these problems and I hate the experience. If the DENTIST or nurses who told me I needed all this had explained all these risks verbally I probably would have skipped getting unnecessary things done and saved money and super amount of discomfort!!

My x-rays were lost and it took a long time of me sitting in the chair, and asking me to move back to the waiting area to find them. They then tell me my implant would be ready to place on one visit when they ended up doing more drilling- and they acted as if this was normal. At this same appointment, I asked the front desk girl if I was paid up. She looked at me right in the eyes and said yes. Within a couple of weeks I got a call from their central business office saying I owe $600+ from something completed in December. Before everything, they quoted me an amount but of course I knew that could change. Well they under estimated how much I would owe. I made what was supposed to be the final appointment, but was called and told the doctor doesnt come in that early and they didnt know why I was scheduled for 9am. What dental professional doesnt come in until 10? Are they part time? They then call me asking to come in earlier bc someone is sick (I understand if someone is sick...but after everything I was pretty peeved)...what is going on with this place? Friendliness only goes so far...from x-rays to scheduling to billing, this has been one giant problem. They are dealing with peoples time away from work...I have never had this many issues with any kind of office.

Everyone is extremely nice. One thing I don’t really like about this place is that I feel like they over charge and always find something you have to get done. Everytime I go to get one thing done they add on another thing they say I need giving me one price then turn around and change the price to more then what they first quoted me. Other then that everytime I leave that place my teeth look really nice.

The hygienist, Anita, took her time and did a really nice job cleaning my teeth. She was very friendly and I felt the whole experience went as well as it could.

Went there to have an assessment exam for implant. They were great up to the dentists exam. They lost interest and care once they assumed wrongly that I might not be able to pay for the services that I needed since I didnt have insurance. They couldnt even give me the full examination results and costs as they were anxious to see my back! It became quite strange and unprofessional. Had to call back to request the full exam report to help me arrange for funding assistance. I believe theyre a competent bunch with very poor ethics.

I always have an enjoyable experience with Monarch Dental! I have been to the Waxahachie, Bedford and Red Oak location & everyone is so friendly and professional. Dr. Wald is my dentist (she is wonderful) and Dr. Ingle is my endodontist. They are both TOP KNOTCH. My root canals have taken barely 30 minutes each time and he numbs perfectly. He is very knowledgeable. Both are experts and I feel comfortable staying with them for as long as I can! Thank you Monarch Dental for helping me through my tooth issues the last couple of years. Your team has been a blessing to me.

This was the worse experience. I came in for consultation of braces, back on April. After completing a deep cleaning and seeing a periodontist, I was told to come back January 2, 2021 for braces. Not only did they lose my paper work. Hence PHI lost but they give me outstanding estimates & telle to apply for credit. I think I am more upset that they lost my file. I will not refer anyone to this group!

I had to get oral surgery which I was extremely nervous about, however Dr.Dean reassured me numerous times that everything would be fine and she would not do anything that would cause me pain. Dr.Dean is very sweet , you can definitely tell you loves her job! Danielle at the front desk was very nice and sweet as well. I loved my experience here.

Dr. Chadrashekhar is awesome. I wont go anywhere else. She has a great bedside manner and knows what she is doing. Very gentle and witty too. Assistants are wonderful and hygienist is excellent. Office manager always finds a payment plan for me oh, I have had lots of work done there.

Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out the other day. I had a rough start, almost ended up fainting. But everyone was so nice and caring, Toy and Karissa took real good care of me.Would definitely recommend!

I had a very nice experience at Monarch in Bedford. The team there were friendly, efficient, and so nice. Doctor was amazing and worked quickly yet precisely. Set up as my primary dental office. Brittany did a great job making me feel comfortable.

The front desk people are very unprofessional. However, Dr. Dean and other internal workers are so sweet and nice. The people in the front desk really make the dental office look bad.

Recently changed dentists here. To do any other service they require a cleaning first. Everyone except me is wearing their mask improperly in the waiting room, no attempt by staff to correct it. If you have a child, be aware that you can arrive and not be told until you get there that youre not allowed in the back. Otherwise, things are exactly what youd expect.

The waiting room time was a bit long, but I forgot all about it once I was called back and BRITTNY WAS SO SO SWEET PROFESSIONAL and GENUINELY CARING. She was very nice and I appreciated her demeanor

The oral surgeon and her assistant were so amazing. I have had some really bad experiences with dental work. But these two made me feel at ease the entire process. I cant remember the surgeons name but the assistants name was Raven. So thanks to the both of you for being so amazing!!!

Initially a wonderful experience. However, I could NOT get them to send my dental exams to my email. Called twice in 3 hours, how long does it take? I had already called the day before. Excuses. I had planned on having the rest of my work done with Monarch after my surgery at TGD, but have now changed my mind. I had even purchased Monarchs insurance!

Staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable. This was my sons first visit to the dentist and they walked him through every step. Great dentist office.

The receptionist there is careless, the wait is too long, always spent time there at least 2 hours, even for small check up. They even forgot to put you in the system when you signed in. The Dentist said she had no idea that we had been waiting. My advice is checking with them every 15 ms or so to make sure they dont forget you.

Awful experience will not go back. I wanted just one tooth filled in. They told me I needed two root canals and after my insurance it would be 4300. I got there at 845 and wasnt seen till almost 11. Took a thousand xrays and poked around in my mouth. No work was done. Worst experience ever

As a new patient, I arrived for an initial dental appointment that included x-rays covered by insurance and an evaluation. A Dr. Smith reviewed the x-ray results with me. He informed me that I had no cavities. He also inquired about whether I experienced any pain. I replied that I had no pain. Smith examined my teeth and suggested that I needed a deep cleaning. His concern revolved around my lower teeth. He advised that I may develop gingivitis and bone deterioration in my lower teeth.After his examination, a woman came in to provide a recommended billing statement that disclosed my patient responsibility and my employer insurance coverage. She stated that I would need to sign the recommended treatment statement, but advised me that in no way obligated me to the treatment plan. I signed it. My insurance coverage, however, covered only fifty per cent of the recommended treatment. My responsibility was $351.00 out of pocket. Since I experience no pain and had no cavities, I did not intend to follow this plan. I wanted the two free cleanings covered by insurance.On my next appointment two weeks later, I advised the front desk person that I was only interested in a free general cleaning covered by insurance. I was informed that I did not qualify for it since I needed a deep cleaning. The lady at the front desk took a file folder and retrieved from it a treatment statement that showed the patients responsibility of $471.00, an increase of $120.00 more than my signed treatment statement. This incident is clearly a bait and switch tactic. I have filed an official complaint with my insurance against this Monarch Dental office located in Bedford, TX.

This is Rachel ...it was my worst experience ever in that branch.. the dentists are nice and sweet specially samantha , deean and angel but there is a guy his name is Anthony.....he is very rude , unrespectful to customers. while i was at the clinic i found 2 customers yelling at him but i did not care. with me i had many situations with him , first when it was my first visit to the office setting my next appointment, he talked to me rudely and threw my paperwork on the counter. second, my husband was having anappointment at 3p.m and because of the traffic my husband arrived 10 min late, again he talked rudely to my husband and was teaching him a lesson on how to respect appointments timeand as a punishment he let him wait to the end before they close their office. third, me and my husband were having appointment at christmas eve to take our crown measurements, the dentist Riddy started with me and took off my temporary crown once he arrived to the office he stopped the dentist to continue my treatment because he did not the one who scheduled that appointment. please dont deal with him.

Friendly staff, excellent service, easy to reschedule, short waiting times, only took 45 min for cleaning and x-Rays. They check all the boxes! I’m very pleased w/ my dental care!

I arrived 30min (no traffic) and Anita was able to bring me in right away due to a no show. She always listens to any concerns or questions I have and addresses them with me. All the staff there do that and make you feel welcome and relaxed. Anthony up front does an awesome job as well.

Monarch dental while being a chain does not care for the patients. Patients are left in pain and suffering. They are told a prescription will be sent shortly. The doctor who is supposed to send the prescription then leaves for an extended lunch break without sending in the prescription while the patient is told once they return from the lunch the prescription will be sent in. Over an hour later, no prescription. Thirty minutes later the doctor finally returns and we are told it will be sent in right away. Another 30 minutes later still the prescription has not been sent to the pharmacy yet. On another phone call we find they will not be sending the prescription until the end of the day.Monarch dental is the McDonalds of dentistry.

Called numerous times...paid almost $1k for basically for something I didnt ask for. The dentist swindled me I prepaid before my service. They havent even rendered service to this day. Called multiple times with a return call never received. Called call center...they lie and say someone is going to call me back. Theyre complete jerks and liars. Low integrity at its finest. Ill have to take this a step further legally. Wouldnt recommend..the dentist was even acting weird and busted my lip with the tool when he partially treated me took off work lost money only for dentist to be out.

Horrible service. They leave their office early and the phone lines just continually ring. I Went in for a worker’s compensation claim in regards to a chip tooth that occurred at work,Upon arrival they completely ignored my chipped tooth any tried to upsale me on superficial cleanings or veneers, once I declined they told me they couldn’t proceed with the tooth repair. My job was still charged as if they did The repair. Implore everyone to stay far away from these crooks- I will be following up with the state in regards of this matter & that making an official complaint..

Anita does a great job of making you feel comfortable while cleaning your teeth. She is good at explaining everything she is doing. Very personable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dental hygienist.

Came to my first appointment at 12 PM, 15 minutes early, with all my paperwork completed and having called my insurance to verify my cleaning would be covered. Waited 45 minutes to be seen. Got x-rays. Waited another 20 minutes. Gum exam. Waited 15 more minutes for an assistant to tell me the cost of my cleaning, and that I would need to pay $25 for the staffs PPE (despite a sign on that front desk that says $10) and another $25 for a fluoride treatment not covered by my insurance - oh, and that the dentist needed to go to lunch, so I would need to leave the office and come back at 3 PM to get my actual cleaning. Halfway through my appointment.Came back at 3 PM. Front desk told me I guess we need to find your paperwork again. 20 minutes later, went in to see a dental technician. She cleaned my teeth for 15 minutes (Yes, I checked, no, Im not exaggerating) with no assistance. Dental cleanings usually take at least 30 minutes to an hour.Ive seen a number of dentists in the Dallas area, and this is the lousiest experience Ive had.

I’ve had a horrible experience in the past at a different Dentist office, so when I came to Monarch I was scared but they took care of me and I didn’t feel any pain, they made sure I was ok and relaxed through out the whole procedure. The most belligerent male guy you will ever know is who you will first meet, sadly irreversibly harming his employer name. They threw away my extracted tooth without my permission, I insisted on getting it and they threatened with calling police if I wouldn’t leave, they even expressly said “you need to leave”. They are not polite and they might not care about it.

Root canal wasn’t bad. Waited in office over an hour and office had no idea why. I probably would have been there until lunch if I didn’t ask questions. Guess the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.

Was referred here from my dentist to see a root canal specialist. Was originally supposed to see them in April but it was cancelled because of COVID (understandable). I was told that theyd reach out when they were open again to reschedule (they did not), so i called and got an appointment for today. I got there a little early and waited just for them to come and tell me that the dentists next appointment was already there so they needed me to reschedule(?!). I dont understand why I had to reschedule when I also had an appointment. I had to drive 35 minutes to get here and call off of work. So now I have to miss ANOTHER day of work to come back at the end of NEXT week. This is just unacceptable. Another week of pain I guess. Honestly all of the Monarch Dentals have been awful so far (this is the 3rd location Ive had to go to because of insurance), if you can, Id just go somewhere else.

Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable even though I was very scared and hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time. I’m glad I chose them out of everyone and will for sure keep coming back.

It is a good place but I prefer a little more privacy. The dentist was awesome, very personable. Her assistant not so much. She sat me down and said I will be back. She return said open mouth bite down. Not once did she say she was going to do xrays. She had me guessing what she would do next.

Monarch Dental in Bedford is AMAZING! Twice now, I have had to make emergency appointments - and they have gotten me right in and taken care of the problem! Angela, at the front desk, is so sweet and understanding. The Office manager, I dont remember his name, is very professional and knowledgeable about insurance coverage. Having HMO insurance can be difficult enough to find quality care! We transferred care quickly from another company because I felt like we were being taken advantage of! I selected a surgeon from Monarch Dental and the tides began to turn! Crystal was great to work with coordinating to get my husbands wisdom teeth removed (at the recommendation of the other office)! We got to Monarch Dental and I am so thankful that they knew to do their own exam and take X-rays! My husband did not need his wisdom teeth removed! The other office was even more helpful by scheduling him for surgery with a surgeon that they KNEW was not in our HMO network! We felt like $$$ to that office! We left Monarch Dental today feeling like we mattered and that they really care about their patients! My husband was definitely happy that he didnt have to be out to sleep! Thanks again for everything!

My son came in for routing cleaning/check up. He’d been seeing a regular dentist, but he needed a Saturday appointment. So we tried this place. They did not clean his teeth at all!!! Refused service because he needs a deep cleaning for his gums. Nope not true. Our regular dentist never found this problem. They are just trying to make money!!! They didn’t even try to fix the problem by cleaning his teeth ~ refused service. DO NOT GO HERE!! He will just use his regular dentist, Lyndon Wells, in Hurst. He is truthful and honest. This place is a con, making up issues to make money off innocent people. They try to make you think you don’t know what you’re talking about!!! Instead of listening to what I had to say, all they did was argue the facts. Rude rude rude customer service. I did give them the opportunity to fix this just but they refused. Said if he didn’t get a deep cleaning (over $700 which he can not afford) they wouldn’t do anything else as far as treating him. Waste of time. They don’t work with you either he can’t afford a deep cleaning and they wouldn’t even clean his teeth!!! I will make sure everyone knows not to use this place.

Place was clean. People were ok, not rude. But my dentist did the exam & nonchalantly explained that I need all my teeth pulled and fitted for a partial on top, and a full denture on bottom. No empathy, just another day at work good her. I went thinking Ill need maybe deep cleaning. Possibly flap surgery,but not loose ALL my teeth & wear dentures. I was in no pain to expect such extreme measures. I left & Cynthia called me for the periodontist. She patiently explained the process to make it slightly more palatable. But I need to digest the situation. May get a second opinion.

The best first visit ever! When you read several reviews online of how wonderful a dentist and their staff are they had to be my first choice. However, I wish I could give them 10 stars. I havent been financially able to see a dentist in 5 years so I was nervous. They werent judgmental in the very least. They were friendly and took the time to explain in detail what my treatment options were as well as how I could proceed including showing a video. Cant wait for my next visit and getting my oral hygiene to a really great place with this team.

I needed work done immediately on two teeth that were neglected so I called Monarch ... they immediately scheduled me for an appointment the next day… I waited in the waiting room until it was my turn… Once I was called in it was one process after another after another… I had x-rays and consultation and root canal Done all in one day… I was very pleased with the service I received

My appointment was for 1130. I didnt see the dentist until 300. And that is my only complaint The staff was excellent and kind and clearly concerned for my welfare. I had a difficult extraction and very little pain or discomfort the next day.

Not a lot of bedside manner from the dentist but the dental assistant was kind and understanding. My low review comes from the fact that their office tried to scam me out of over $700 as my co-pay when my actual co-pay is a little over $300. They tried to do something called balance billing which they are not allowed to do. I knew it was scammy when she printed out the paper and showed it to me but did not provide me with a copy or even let me hold it. They also lied and told me I would be able to get a same day cleaning when they never had any intention of that and promptly told me after my exam that I would need to pay over $700 right away and then they would have to schedule it for a later date due to the dentist not having the availability. Thank goodness they lied about me being able to get a same-day cleaning because otherwise I would have paid that money and I suspect I would have never gotten it back.

I just had my first dental appointment with Monarch Dental and it was literally the worst experience that I have ever had at a dentists office. Based on the doctors exam, a treatment plan is created. They literally make it mandatory that you pay for and have the treatments that are diagnosed by the doctor. They dont just provide recommendations; they force you to have whatever treatments they deem necessary. I have never been to a doctors office where I have been told that I am required to have a certain treatment without my consent. They claim that it is company policy that they follow the treatment plan and follow all of the doctors orders. They dont put the patient first here. They put money first. Coming from a very genuine place, PLEASE do not go here. Go see a family doctor who cares about you as a person and not just monetary figures.

This place was recommended to me by my son who has been coming here for a long time. I have been coming to this location for my quarterly dental cleanings for over 18 months now. I am very happy with the dental hygienist there. She is always friendly, listens to hear, and is focused on what routine is best to maintain my dental hygiene. This Bedford location is conveniently located near my home. With my insurance, the prices are within reach. The office is always clean and organized. The staff are friendly and professional. I havent had a need to see any of the dentists yet except for my yearly wellness check so dont have any experience with them. I would definitely refer this place to anyone needing high maintenance teeth cleanings.

Great professional service. My dentist was so fantastic along with her associates. I’ve seen the many changes in doctors, technitonAnd renovations and this year is the best groupI’ve seen in the 15 years I’ve been to this clinic!Keep up the great job!!

If you dont want to read the entire review, I understand. Long story short a waste of time just go to another dentist you are thinking about calling. On BBB they have a D- should have looked there and not Google Reviews.I Called made a new patient appointment. For 830am. Arrived at 810am. 845 get called to do x-rays. That took less than 10 minutes. Then I sat in a room for 20 mins before the dentist checked my teeth (also this is the first time in my life I have never gotten a cleaning done BEFORE seeing the dentist for the exam). One minor filling needed. I was apparently told to go to the front counter for pricing. (Also never have been told to do this, like I am suppose to get up with my bib thing on and go find your front desk?) Someone came back to show me pricing,this is at 930, that had additional charges on it that had nothing to do with my one filling and a cleaning. Signed the paper. 1015 someone tells me they are finishing up with another person (who they started AFTER me) and it would be 5 more minutes. 1027 the dentist walks in to start my filling. Calling for the assistant multiple times. They start the filing and are just all over the place trying to find gloves, glasses, and equipment. Honestly, if I hadnt gotten the numbing shot already I would have left. Filling takes less than 5 minutes. Once that is done I am told Either the hygienist or the dentist will eventually get to your cleaning. How long can you wait since you are already here? Seriously!?!? Why wasnt my cleaning done BEFORE??? Then when I dont respond, shaking with anger at this point, the dentist says we are trying to work you between our regular patients. WHY AM I BEING SEEN IN BETWEEN REGULARS!?! THAT IS WHY I MADE AN APPOINTMENT!! 1041 I walk out being asked if I want to reschedule a cleaning. Never. Nor will I be bringing my family to this place. In factI cannot believe this place. What horrible time management and/or scheduling. I have never in my life had a dentist appointment last longer than an hour. This place is looking to make money off of you. They have no care for your schedule or how long you need to wait. Not once did someone say sorry for the wait. I do not recommend them. BBB will be my next stop.

The staff is very professional, kind, and caring. They go the extra mile to help you. Recent visits to hygienist was as able. She showed she cared through not only words, but actions! Have recommended Monarch to many!

I have always been nervous about getting root canals done on myself, Dr. Ingel totally changed how I feel about them. He is so awesome at what he does and makes you feel totally comfortable. Love his staff also. Everyone was so nice and explained everything thorough to me. Thanks so much!!
