WARNING: I went for a cleaning, it was fine. I went for an infected, impacted tooth and it was a scene from Greys Anatomy. They wanted me to sign here, here and here… going to numb with Novocain and “scrape from the root”, yet in the previous visit, I was referred to someone else as Dental Arts does not do tooth extractions. It was such a crazy experience I had to say we are not doing this and I left. Trust your instincts when people are pushing you frantically.Then we find a new dentist practice. New office requested dental records multiple times for week. No response. I engage Dental Arts directly for our records as well … for over 2 weeks. Complete run around. Complete avoidance. Zero accountability. I told the front desk I was driving there to pick them up. They knew they closed in 5 minutes and didn’t say a word. Showed up the next day. They gave one piece of paper with terrible X-rays. Those are not dental records. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ORAL HEALTH. This place is a hack shop. Think twice.

Dr. Sam and all of the hygienists and office staff members are extremely nice and helpful. I have had an amazing experience every time I’ve been to this office. I recently had an extraction and implant, and the procedure was very fast and painless. So much easier than I was expecting.

I would highly recommend Dr. Sam and Dental Arts of Bedford! When I discovered that my right front tooth required a dental implant, I did not hesitate to go to Dental Arts of Bedford and Dr. Sam, even though I no longer live in NH, and would need to drive three hours to my appointments. The implant procedure and final result went as smooth as can be. And while I was there for the implant appointments, I received terrific routine dental cleanings as well. The entire staff there in the office is fantastic. Dr. Sam, Kristin, Corina, Tori, Shelley, all involved - thank you!

The complete staff was welcoming and very friendly. I have always had a fear of dentists since I was a young child but Dr. Sam and his staff were so friendly and calming that I didn’t have one concern. I can’t tell you how his wonderful and calming ways made me feel . He answered all my questions and gave me his input as to what he thought would be best and answered and listened to my questions. I came home raving to my husband what a positive experience I had had

My first visit at Dental Arts of Bedford was fantastic. Nice clean office and friendly staff. My hygienist quickly made me feel comfortable and did a thorough review of my history and answered all of my questions. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Sam made sure everything looked great and had some great options for solving some issues I was having. Would definitely recommend.

Had a routine cleaning and was very impressed with their Covid protocols. Air exchanger system that completely replaces the air every 6 minutes, UV disinfecting and all staff wearing double masks and face shields. It reassured me as it’s a bit unnerving right now to take off a mask in such close proximity to someone inches from your face! Friendly and personable, very professional and top notch care. Highly recommend!

My name is Carolyn Hays. I had Dr. Sam extract my tooth today. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone who needs any kind of dental work done. His support staff was friendly and welcoming. His office was immaculate. I was very nervous about the extraction. He was very understanding and he took his time to make me feel at ease. When it came time for the extraction it was over quick and without any pain and very little bleeding. Afterwards I felt great. No swelling or bruising. I definitely will be returning to Dr. Sam for all my dental concerns. I have to say this was a very good experience and I never thought I would ever say that about having my tooth pulled. Definitely the best dental office I have ever been to by far.

I have been seeing Dr. Sam for a number of years. This is my second implant and he is the best at what he does. No pain after extraction and no discomfort from the implant. The first implant is inline with rest of my teeth (front) and looks great. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff that assists him are amazing, ready to put you at ease and always a friendly attitude. I had to go to the Bedford office for a special x-ray. I found the office to be the same as the Salem office, COVID-19 cleaned and a friendly staff. I had the same dental assistant in both places and she is great; I find her to be exceptional above others but every assistant is top notch.

I am very happy with Dr. Sam and his team. They are all supremely competent at working together to give the patient as positive an experience as possible. Dr. Sam is clearly at the top of his game, and I always come away with no after negative side effects. In a word: Great!. I had an emergency. A week before going to Europe I discovered a cavity under my massive filling in my molar. Had to take care of it or risk problems while in Europe. My wife recommended Dr. Sam at Dental Arts. The tooth required a root canal and a crown. A lot of work in few days. Dr. Sam did a great job. Like most, I dont enjoy sitting in a dentists chair. I dreaded all the drilling that I knew was required in this procedure. It was painless and quick considering the amount of work required. The dental assistant and office personnel were very nice and organized. I highly recommend this dentist.

After years of braces in my teens and quite a few bad experiences at my previous dentist, I became absolutely terrified of any type of dental work. When I moved to New Hampshire, I did a ton of research before Dental Arts of Bedford was recommended to me. Im so glad I decided to stop in to see if they were accepting new patients. The staff here is SO friendly! I may still be a ball of anxiety every time I walk through the door, but its always a pleasure to see everyone! And the work they do is lovely! Ive had many fillings, many under existing fillings, various cleanings, and even two crowns done here. With the crowns especially, I was very impressed with how quickly they worked and how much better I felt when the permanent ones were put on! I highly recommend Dental Arts of Bedford; I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I broke my front teeth at hockey and ended up finding Dr. Sam to help me. I called and they welcomed me immediately. We went over my options and him and his staff were extremely helpful educating me on what decision to make without being as pushy as other dentists. Together we made the decision to do a root canal and save my teeth. His assistants were extremely nice and helpful. The procedure was painless and I felt relaxed the entire time. I went to visit Doctor Sam on a Wednesday morning for two teeth to be extracted. This was my first real experience going to a dental facility. The atmosphere is comfortable, and inviting. Staff is very friendly and professional. The dental assistant Kristin, was amazing. Doctor Sam extracted two teeth in less than 20 minutes. It was quick as well as painless and I can’t wait to finish my dental work going forward. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Dental Arts of Bedford is familiar to me. It is the location I have been going to for about 15 years. There are new doctors and staff there, but the service is just as good. The waiting room has access to wifi, a TV and a kids corner with books, crayons, and toys. I did not have to wait very long to be called in. Dr. Sam has a very nice bed-side manner. He gave me honest answers and multiple options for the treatment I needed. I can’t say that it was pain free; however, Dr. Sam did a great job at making me comfortable. This is only the second dentist I have had in my life, and so far so good. I would recommend Dental Arts of Bedford to my family and friends.

Ive had several crowns done by Dr. Sam with no issues at all. However, they recently detected a fractured molar under an old crown. I opted for an implant, but Id never had a tooth extracted.As it turned out, I was far more nervous than necessary. There was no bleeding, and the next morning one ibuprofin eliminated the minor discomfort. Not a big deal at all. Dr. Sam and Lindsay have a calm bedside manner. Nice work.

I can’t rave enough about the whole team, from front office to doc Sam himself. I need lots of work done so did lots of research before deciding on a practice to spend my time and money at, and I’m more than pleased with the office and the results so far. See ya in a couple weeks guys...
