Had the BEST customer experience. Karla was super nice and helpful. She explained everything very clearly for me. She alone made me want to come back more often to get my teeth cleaned. Whatever she is getting paid should be DOUBLED. I assume anyone who talks to her will want to come back as much as I did. Highly recommend simply because Karla was so fantastic. Nirvana Dental is an amazing dental clinic. I was always so scared to go see the dentist but the experience with Nirvana dental helped me to overcome my fear. Nirvana Dental is amazing dental office. They are professional and do amazing job. I have had a few cleaning and more in depth work; each time was a great experience. As a child, I had some bad experiences with dentist, so I was a bit nervous when I have to find a new one. They are my choice even with having to go out my way to use the office since a recent move.

I will admit that I didnt like going to the dentist cuz of fear of being hurt but the staff g gave me piece of mind and reassurance that all was going to be okay and the dentist walked me threw step by step of what was happening. I can’t tell you how great this Dentist is. Bedside manner is pure positive the staff are very welcoming and the dental assistant makes the experience positive. If you need a dentist or your kids need one this is the go to place. You will never be disappointed. I love this office. I have so many issues with going to dentist. I have a metal jaw and after two surgeries it had been so hard and scarey to go to dentist. These ladies take care of you. They do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable and not in pain. The office has very easy to understand billing amd a great reminder system for appointments as well as sole Saturday hours some weeks. Dr. V is awesome!

The Dentist and Staff are amazing to work with here at Nirvana Dental. My father has very advanced dementia and is on hospice. However, he had very bad lower teeth and had developed an infection. The staff started by treating the infection and then removing all his lower teeth. Because of the issues of my father understanding and following instructions, he can be difficult to work with....BUT they managed the situation well and very quickly! He is feeling better now! Dr Pratchi Vartikar did a great job with my teeth, I put the bracelet for 9 months, my teeth are straight now, and I am very happy with my new smile . From setting up an appointment to exceptional dental care this is MY place. Every dental challenge resolved from a crown to surface fractures caused by clenching and grinding my molars. All fixed! Dr. Vartikar is amazing!!! She listened carefully as I shared my issues with anxiety that had prevented me from seeing a dentist for over 5 years. She was compassionate and kind. I asked her to explain each step of the exam and to my surprise she actually did, and with each visit! In my experience dealing with anxiety, I have had doctors who acted like they understood my needs but they didnt really listen to me. They didnt see me as an individual. This is why it took me so long to go back to a dentist again. Dr. V. actually listened. She and her team helped me feel confident and reassured me with each visit. She paced out my appointments so I wouldnt feel overwhelmed and to help manage my TMJ pain, and probably to ensure I would return. Lol! I greatly appreciated her thoughtful approach. She was extremely patient with me. My results are wonderful and this experience has motivated me to properly care for my teeth moving forward. It has truly been a therapeutic experience. She even told me shes proud of me! Those words mean more to me than she knows. Dr. Vartikar and her team at Nirvana Dental are very special and I am so grateful!

It had been quite a while since my last visit... however she was very understanding and non judgemental. Even though I may have been tardy, my recommended treatment plan hadnt went away. We were back on track and unfortunately picked up a few more items..:(I had a deep cleaning done, plus some regular routine stuff...What I acknowledge most is how extremely careful she is in preparing you to be numb for youre procedures!Shes patient and understanding to any pain or discomfort you may be feeling. And very tolerable of any anxiety you be experiencing. Shes a great dentist!Her staff seemed extensively knowledgeable as well and got me out of their in no time.

This office is very beautiful and clean, the staff made me feel very welcomed. They had me back in the dental chair fast. Her prices are very reasonable. I LOVE that there is not one but TWO tvs in the dental room. I can watch movies while Im laying In the chair getting my teeth clean. The dentist is very nice and gentle! By far this is the best office I have ever seen. We have brought our special needs clients to this office. Several of these clients in the past have had to be medicated prior to being seen. When we come into this office, they are greeted by friendly staff and a dentist that is friendly, caring and calm. She takes her time with the clients and explains things to them at their level. I love this office and would highly recommend it.

We were in a bind when my son fell and hit his mouth at recess. We needed a pediatric dental appointment ASAP. My OBGYN nurse referred us here and LOVE it! My little boy is 2 and the staff and doctor were very patient with him. He keeps asking about the doctor, so Id say it was a success! 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone!

Dr Vartikars clinic is excellent. She is very professional and thorough. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and was very gentle. I liked that this clinic has a TV mounted on the ceiling to give the patient something else to focus on...makes time fly faster! She also has a very friendly staff. I have been here a few times and will be visiting again.

I like the tvs on the ceiling so you can watch a movie. I like that the entire staff went out of the way to explain everything from what they were doing, treatment plan, and cost of everything. All of my typical questions were answered before I could even ask them.
