I have been a patient here since long before Dr. Weiss took over. Since that time the service has continually gotten worse, staff has gotten ruder and the prices have skyrocketed. What I loved about the place was being greeted by name when I walked in the door and treated like a valued customer. With the staff going above and beyond to save me money when possible and never preforming unnecessary procedures. Now its the complete opposite. Not only do they have to look at a chart to know your name but Dr. Weiss doesnt even bother to remember what procedures youve had done, even with your records on the screen. Multiple times I was asked about having wisdom teeth removed that he himself had already removed. His entire demeanor is that of a man who thinks he is better than the local clients he is servicing. Making comments about people in the area not caring about services such as teeth whitening and I quote its not like we are in Chicago here I had finally had enough when I was double charged and the office refused to correct the issue. Save your money. Go to a dentist who isnt condescending and fake nice and looks down on you for choosing to live in a small town.

I would recommend Atrium Dental Center without thinking twice about it. It’s a professional place, but it has a friendly environment. Everyone there is extremely nice.

I have bounced around searching for the right dentist for over 10 years. Since childhood I have hated the dentist!!! Atrium is the best dentist I have ever been to! This was my first visit to Atrium Dental Center. I have numerous issues concerning my tooth and he covered numerous options and scenarios that could happen or play out. Everything they were concerned about was my dental health. They were looking to get everything over a longer period of time instead of trying to cost you a fortune now. I appreciate them looking out for my financial well-being as well as my dental well-being. I will be going back in for root canals and crowns in 3 weeks so I will do another review after that.

Wait time was minimal, Staff were friendly, efficient & professional & Dr. took time to explain my diagnosis & aftercare, highly recommend this Dental Practice.

As I was wheeled in to the office I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist. I was checked in and given my one page of new patient paper to fill out. I was even able to email them a copy of my med list off my cell phone, so I didnt have to write them all out. I then was greeted by the technician that took me back to the room where I was assisted to get in the dentist lounge. She asked me questions and was very concerned with my problem. Was very careful as she took my X-rays. Then she told me that the Dentist would be right in. Dr. Weiss was in within seconds of her leaving the room. He talked with me first and made me feel comfortable and very respected. He told me everything he was going to do. He found the problem and even explained why he was referring me to an oral surgeon and when he wanted me back in the office. He and all the staff was very friendly took care of me swiftly and carefully. Attended to all my needs and concerns. When they say that the patients are part of the family they mean it and treat you as such. As long as Dr. Weiss is a dentist I will be his patient. I definitely recommend and will recommend to family and friends. Go see them you wont regret it.

Dr. Weiss is wonderful! I came to him 2 years ago after not having dental insurance for 5 years. my mouth was quite literally a mess! 3 root canals ,3 extractions, & alot of fillings later I am finally cavity free! He helps you decide what area is most important to work on and move on from there. I am very thankful for all the work he’s done! I don’t dread the dentist anymore. Dr Weiss is an excellent dentist. Many issues with my teeth, so I was nervous. He made me feel so calm, that it took the fear out of going to the dentist. I have always had the worst experiences going to any dentist....but this place and the staff have made me actually enjoy going..I went today and Dr Weiss had to cut and extract 2 different teeth...I was in so much pain I couldnt sleep... i couldnt eat or even close my mouth all the way....within 10 min of me being there this dentist and his amazing team took all the pain away immediately. Going to the dentists office is NEVER a trip to Disneyland but thankfully I found Dr Weiss and his staff.Years of bad service and horrific treatment from a handful of other doctors were compounded by not having proper dental insurance. Some of my molars were a train wreck!! Finally have the opportunity to get them fixed. Then there was the dreaded task of finding one. Not saying the handful of other dentists in the general area are awful, it’s just that when calling for a first consultation, I got a sense that they’d rather be doing anything other than answering my questions. I found other reviews about Atrium Dental positive and just went from there.I’m not a great pt and very nervous about going. The staff are incredibly professional and nice... from the front office to the back office. And Dr Weiss is is smart, takes time to explain, and has a great sense of humor. After just 3 visits and several more to go, I am a bit more at ease. Who knew that I would find him and his staff in such a small town? We need a million more doctors of all specialties just like him. Atrium Dental is great.The only real problem IMO is their third party payment plan. I dislike that company and the CS staff. I ditched them and went in another direction. They suck. Just know that there are other options.After nearly all my adult life, I finally found a great dentist in lil ol’ Bedford. These people know what they’re doing and are always friendly. Highly recommend.

I was having some pain with a tooth that had been filled a couple of years ago. Atrium dental got me in the next day (as a new patient!), fixed the tooth and had me on my way in an hour. Everyone is super friendly, courteous and helpful. The office has good policies in place in regards to Covid-19. I found my new family dental care office!

Been going there for years with no complaints except I wish Dr Nick would say Hiiiii, everybody! just once.Good staff, patient with gaggers. A couple crowns, a couple extractions - no complaints.

I am totally afraid of going to the dentist but had to go because of an infection. Dr Weiss and his staff put me completely at ease and were both professional and compassionate. He has a bedside manner like no other. I was so impressed and will not dread my next visit to the dentist. I still cant believe what a comfortable and pleasant experience it was considering how totally awful going to the dentist has been in the past. 5 Stars without a doubt!

The staff and Dr. Weiss were amazing! I had to get four fillings and I was super nervous, but they did a great job calming me down. They got me a blanket because I was cold and Dr. Weiss found me some ear buds so I could listen to music during the whole procedure. They were informative and would never do something without me knowing what they were doing next. I would recommend going here if you’re nervous about going to the dentist. I am definitely a loyal patient to Atrium Dental!

Best dentist in town by far! They are always friendly and are quick to help when I need anything. Ive had several cleanings, fillings, a root canal, and two crowns now with no problems. I recently had two wisdom teeth removed elsewhere and it altered my bite to where an adjustment wouldnt be enough. I had a crown from a previous root canal that Dr. Weiss offered to revisit in order to align my bite better. He went above and beyond! I also had to bring my baby along because I didnt have a sitter. She got fussy at a few points but all of the staff were super nice and understanding. Im definitely a loyal patient of Atrium Dental!

Dr. Weiss was wonderful, he had a great way of keeping things light when I was so nervous and paranoid about my teeth. I had terrible wisdom tooth and ear pain and I got in even earlier than scheduled. They were so willing to work with me and understanding of my oral pain. We are a young family and I was worried about cost but it was very very affordable. Highly recommend this office in the Bedford area.

I have extreme anxiety and panic. I have an abscess tooth that needed looked at. I was so nervous the morning of my appointment that I called to cancel but Shantell ensured me that I would get taken right to my room and that I wouldnt be left alone. She really was sweet and didnt make me feel embarrassed about my high anxiety. Ally was great as well, she also helped calm me down and never left my side. Dr. Weiss was super sweet and made me not feel like I was a weirdo for being so anxious. He explained everything to me simply, was non judgmental and answered all my questions thoroughly. I walked in the door ready to run away but by the time it was over I felt much more relaxed. If you have dental anxiety or any anxiety disorder at all I highly recommend Atrium Dental. Just let them know when you make your appointment that you have bad anxiety and they go above and beyond to make your visit as smooth and easy as possible!

Had my first visit with this dental office. I was very pleased. I havent been to a dentist in at least 4 maybe 5 years. There was no judgement what so ever. Dr. Weiss took his time and went over everything from x-rays, pictures to current and future treatment plans. All of the staff were super friendly. Wish I had found this office years ago.

Definitely the only dentistry I will go to in the future. The ladies at the front desk are always super nice, they know my name and check me in as soon as I walk through the door. They put a short description of you when you check in, so they can come get you at the front without guessing, and it makes the whole visit feel more personal and friendly right from the start. They’ve always had me in next day for my appointments when I’ve been in pain, and make sure I’m genuinely informed before doing anything to my mouth. Awesome awesome place.

I am very hard to numb but he did an excellent job in numbing me. Its hereditary. But this time, I felt like I was drowning in my own saliva, I started choking and coughing and lost my breath a couple of times but mainly I felt like I was drowning. Not sure what happened neither did the doctor or other personnel. I left.

From my 1st phone call, the staff were helpful, location, parking, etc. I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by friendly staff in a clean well equipped office. I found Dr Weiss to be approachable & welcoming. He explained everything and gave me options. I appreciated the upfront costs and how knowledgeable they were with insurance coverage.I had a time sensitive issue that they helped me meet by getting me in for treatment right away. I am so grateful to have found Dr Weiss and the most incredible staff ever. I look forward to quality dental care.

Due to an insurance change at my long time former dentist, I had to change providers. I was extremely nervous going to a new place and even more so when Dr Weiss told me he recommends a crown. I was a little freaked out but in pain do I got it done today and they were fabulous !!!! The dentist described everything in great detail and was extremely gentle . Very happy that I choose this dental office even though it is a 45 min drive from my home. Dr. Weiss is very laid back and upfront as well as very fair. I had an issue w/ my insurance and he honored the quote that was given me. Ive had 3-4 different staff work on me and they have all been very informative and efficient.
