I had two crowns replaced and a crown put on a cracked tooth. It went perfect and now I’m back to eating all the BBQ I love. Dr. Elam and all the staff are excellent, super friendly, and patient. I am highly recommending them to family so you know I must have high confidence in them otherwise I would never hear the end of it.

Were new to this office and today were at my daughters 2nd appointment with them and the way the staff knows her name and greets her as soon as we walk in and treats us as if weve been here forever is absolutely AMAZING! They dont treat you like other dentist office where youre just a patient. I absolutely love this office!

When you reIocate to a new state/city, it can be daunting trying to find all new healthcare providers for your family, especially if you are relying on your insurances site to bu up to date lol! I did my own search and hoped for the best. From the first phone conversation, I knew this office was genuinely welcoming and comforting. The woman I spoke with was so calm and patient as she took all my information and followed up with me that our insurance is in-network. I made an appointment, but the day before my appointment I got my first vaccine shot. Goodness, I had migraines and nausea for days. I had to cancel my appointment the morning of and was nervous about doing so because I really do hate doing that!! The woman I spoke with didnt make me feel bad or warn me that my account would be charged or anything negative and I am so grateful for that. The last thing you want when youre down is for someone to kick you further! Anyway, I love that Dr. Elam wont just do a bunch of work to make money off of you (yes, I experienced this in South Florida). Everything was explained thoroughly, everyone smiles, everyone makes you feel good about going to the dentist, which I think all adults like to avoid LOL. I honestly feel empowered to take better care of myself so they will be proud of me hahaha! My husband is making his appointment soon and I hope everyone else will too!

Saw Dr Elam relating to a bridge that had come off After an ex ray, Dr Elam gave me all my options for treatment. Due to the condition of the teeth, she recommended an oral surgeon to remove the remainder of the two teeth. She showed me the ex ray and I could see the reason for the recommendation.I am grateful that Dr Elam doesn’t hesitate to refer her patients when needed.The support staff in Dr Elam’s office are exceptional as well. They do everything possible to schedule appointments when convenient for me. I am also grateful for that.I’ll be going back to Dr Elam for help after the work by the oral surgeon is completed in several months

Clean and well equipped office with a friendly vibe and staff. All of the hygienists are attentive and gentle - and do their best to make your cleanings enjoyable. I’ve had to have dental work (multiple fillings) done here and the work was done quickly, for the quoted price, and has led to zero complications. Great experience from check-in, to cleaning and exam, to check-out! The hygienist, Amy, was extremely personable and friendly. She was gentle during the cleaning and always made sure I was comfortable and took the time to explain what she was doing. Dr. Elam was also really kind and knew what she was doing.Some of the past dentists Ive visited felt a bit like taking your car to an auto-mechanic. You dont really know what theyre doing so you have to rely on their expertise and hope theyre honest. They might tell you 10 things need to be replaced or fixed and since you dont know better you end up spending a fortune when in reality only one or two things needed repair. Unlike that Dr. Elam seemed to really care about only fixing what HAD to be fixed. Instead of ordering multiple fillings/crowns and trying to rack up the costs she pointed out several spots to keep an eye on for future visits after trying fluoride toothpaste. When I went back six months later the spots had improved and I avoided shelling out the cash for unnecessary fillings. The little work I had to have done was a breeze. She was extremely gentle and walked me through the entire procedure and even called the next day to make sure I wasnt in any pain.All around great staff and the best dentist visits Ive ever had! Definitely recommend.

We LOVE Bedford Dentistry! Ive been in several times with 3 rambunctious kids and the staff is very patient and accommodating. Dr. Elam filled a cavity for my 7 year old daughter (who is typically very anxious). My daughter was at ease the entire visit. Dr. Elam also caught an issue that seemed to have been missed by my prior dentist and was able to quickly (and painlessly) fix me up. We would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Our family have been patients for years. We wouldnt dream of going to another dentist. The staff is so personable and like an extension to our family.

I was excited to see and have a family dentist. The hygienist was wonderful, and my plan was set into place after my first appointment. They called me a few days before my 3-hour appointment to cancel my appointment because there was an issue with my Insurance. I called my insurance, and there was an enrollment issue that occurred but I was able to take care of it quickly, and it was not my fault at all. The Dental office did not trust that and wanted to cancel the appt and/or I paid in full even though I had my half of the money ready. They also did not want to wait the 45 days for the insurance to pay them for my first appointment, which I had asked them to re-file it, since the issue was fixed, the supervisor did not want to and made a point to say we only file the claims out of courtesy along with suggesting that I paid in full and my insurance paid me back. That right there, means they just care about the money, not the patients. We ended up canceling the appointment because I was scared they would try to charge me more than what I should be charged and I would not be able to come back 3 weeks late to get my crown on. Needless to say, I am unable to get a phone call back from them and had to go to an emergency dental place to get a tooth pulled & a bad cavity filled, which.. My insurance paid in full.
