I have received dental care at many places, but MillerDental Group are amazing. They cover every aspect of services offered and provide education on the care offered and needed. The absolute worst customer service. I made an appointment with this establishment to have a root canal done. I was notified it would take four weeks since the doctor is only on site twice a month. I provided a $100 deposit and was to return four weeks later. Unfortunately, during the weekend my face became extremely swollen and the pain was excruciating. I called the following week to notify staff of my symptoms since I was worried about a possible infection. The representative I spoke with told me that the physician was in that day and would return my call and try to fit me in. She stated in the event that this was not possible they would refer me to another clinic. I called later in the afternoon to follow-up when Jessica, the office manager, answered the phone. I relayed what the prior representative communicated to me and asked if it would be much longer before a call back. She stated that physicians don’t ever talk to their patients and that they would not be able to recommend any clinics because I’m not a patient of theirs. When I asked for general information about if there were any emergency clinics I could visit she became annoyed, continued to cut me off and gaslight me. She further went on to say that I was yelling, I was not, and stated that the conversation was over. This lack of empathy is concerning for an establishment that is in the health care field. Customer service and bedside manner training is definitely needed for front of the house employees. At the very least employees need to provide additional resources/options for those in excruciating pain since there website mentions emergencies. If I could I would rate this place a zero.

On September 28th 2021, I was able to be fit in for an emergency appointment. Jessica and Rosa greeted me when I came in, they were both friendly and helpful. Dr. Toler and his assistant Kaylyn were awesome!!!! They were easy to talk to and explained things as they worked, which put me at ease, and am completely satisfied with their work. I was also able to get my routine check-up done while there, and another problem addressed. Because of work schedules I was glad to be able to get everything done at that time that needed to be done, and not in several different appointments. I was comfortable and felt like I had known the staff for years.

Rosa and Sabrina are amazing! Really fantastic and kind staff! Great place! Everyone is so great! Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

Kelly Anselmo did a great job with my dental procedure today. She made me feel so comfortable for my procedure. I did not have any pain during my procedure that is how good she is and Dr. Toler , they make you feel like family they also take the time to listen to you and ask you what you want . Millerville Dental Group is the best even the receptionist are really nice greeting you. They deserve 10 stars I am very pleased. Dr. Toler is so nice and he knows his stuff he even educated you about teeth care I never had a dentist take the time like he did to explain things about teeth excellent service.

Professionalism clearly wasn’t a part of Dr. Toler’s dental curriculum. More focus on having patience and less on expenses was necessary.

I brought my elderly mother to Millerville Dental group after becoming very upset with her FOMER dentist . The moment we walked in the door I was impressed !! The place is SPOTLESS !!! The front staff was amazing at the check in. Then the Dr Toler heard us talking and started talking to us to WELCOME US !!! That has NEVER happened at her FOMER dentist .. Then we were brought to the back where KAYLYN did her ex rays . Kaylyn was AMAZING !! Then we proceeded to have her tooth extracted ... again Dr Toler and Kaylyn were AWESOME !!! I highly recommend the dentist and staff !!! Oh by the way. I forgot to mention that my mom is in a wheelchair ... NEVER EVER have I been to a dentist where the doors abd exam rooms were WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE till NOW !!! The WHOLE experience was very stress free 💯💯💯%THANK YOU !!!

So yesterday I had another awesome experience here with the best dentist ever!!! Dr Toler is by far the best dentist in the world along with his awesome staff. Ms Tarkisha assisted him and she was also awesome the entire staff is awesome down to the receptionist Ms.Ashley. Both times I had to get extractions done and I absolutely did not feel a thing!!!! I was extremely nervous but they all absolutely made me feel at home!!! This place is amazing and the best dentist in the world!!! They deserve more than five stars!!!

Thanks, Dr. Toler & Tarkeshia! I haven’t been to the dentist since I was in 5th grade. I made my first trip to the dentist in almost a decade after cracking one of my molars. I was in unbearable pain due to an exposed nerve. Tarkeshia took my X-Rays and provided great conversation and comfort while doing so. Dr.Toler quickly figured out the problem and referred me for endodontic treatment (notoriously known as a root canal). I got a root canal and returned to Millerville Dental for a filling, buildup, and a crown. The process was painless, affordable, and relatively quick. I’ve made Dr.Toler my first primary dentist and I will be sure to make dental exams and hygiene a routine part of my life. Thanks, Tarkeshia and Dr.Toler!

Our first visit was great! Dr. Giroud was very knowledgeable and very patient with us as my friend is a stroke patient. He told us what was wrong and said we did not need to anything at this time. Differently not in the business JUST for the money. He could have told us we need a lot done, as what we thought. Differently going BACK. THANKS to all the staff.

I had the best experience at Millerville Dental Group. The office is so nice and seems really up to date. Dr. Causey, Crystal, and Tarkeisha were really attentive. The facet that sets this office apart is that they go over costs before any treatment is performed. It was nice going to to check out and not having any surprises. They have a system that works. Scheduled an appointment 6 months ago. Received a text the day of my appointment telling me to be there 15 minutes early. I arrived 18 minutes early. Then I sat and waited for 40 minutes before the dentist looked at me and then another 10 for the hygienist to perform a cleaning. Half way through the cleaning she left, and I saw her go into another room to work on another patient. Finally after another 10 minutes she came back to finish my procedure. I`ve had my teeth cleaned alot over the years, and I`ve never had to wait that long to be seen, and NEVER had someone leave half way through a procedure. Just glad I saw her change her gloves...

The two dentists Assistant were nice! the Three is for the cleanest of the Building. The lady who takes the payment is rude with a bad attitude! She can’t even hide it threw her fake smile 😊! She gets no stars. Why even come to work!!!!! The Man Dr who l saw the first time was ok and thats all Im saying! The card processor had the nerve to say I couldn’t use a card that l had used at other Dr Offices then thought l was stealing it! I believe it was because l was black no l believe it was because l was successful! Because lm tired of using the race card. Im successful and blessed! I went there today for a teeth whitening because the lady that does them said l could have Session 3,4 because l didnt finish after my teeth became sensetive of the first try! I had paid over 3,000 on my bill l received from my insurance company and that wasnt good enough for the card processing individual. She said l couldnt have another one and after a long 5 to 10 minutes of confutation we finally made and agreement! I went there today! Its Monday I was behind schedule about 15 normally you can be 15 minutes late for an appointment because they give you that not the card processing lady she running the whole show!!! The first time they offered the TV but not this time because they wasnt getting paid! They left me in the room didnt check on me and when l called for help they took there time! So l took off all the stuff out my mouth politely and asked for something to wash the bleach out my mouth because no one cared! During the process of the kind dental assistant helping me they called her out the room and l can clear ly hear them. Basically l wasnt Important! I will never go back to this place! Yes its very Expensive to me and that wasnt the problem! Because you pay for what you get! I got nothing in return. I dont deserve to be treated wrongly because you offered a service that l paid for and didnt explain the process clearly. I pray that the process lady and the few followers of hers clean it up because Im not the Judge by I no who the Judge is And to me thats Jesus!!!! You never go wrong with him....
