Everyone in the office is extremely nice and friendly! All the hygienists and Dr. Stephanie are nice and personable. If you have fears of the dentist, nothing to fear going here! They really make you feel comfortable and provide you with the best care!

We have been going to the Babin Dental from the last two years. This is a great place to take care of your teeth. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run. My dental hygienist Dr. Randy Maddie was very professional, caring and friendly. Had a great smooth experience.

Always enjoy being able to go see Dr. Stephanie and her well trained staff at Babin dental. Went in for a cleaning and some other work and they took extra good care of me really, made me feel like a member of their family. Maddie really knows what she’s doing and the whole team nothing but thumbs up and an A+ all the way around.

I have been a patient of Dr. Babin for several years and have had nothing but positive experiences. She just did my first filling and I can honestly say it was a pleasant experience. There was ZERO pain involved. I was so nervous and she made me feel very comfortable. All of her staff is so friendly and kind. The office manager, Mrs Cathy, goes the extra mile to work with patients. If you are looking for a great dental experience, you will love Babin Dental!

Very impressed with this office. All modern equipment, very competent, pleasant, timely staff. First day open after the shutdown, so all the safety protocols were in place and the work got done efficiently. Got a cavity filled right after the cleaning; did not have to return. Highly recommended.

Great service. Paperwork able to be done and submitted online so you dont have to do paperwork in the office or print it off yourself. Appointment started on time. Staff (hygienists and Dr. Stephanie included) took the time to explain things to me that I had questions about. Hygienist was quick but thorough even when she had a new hygienist shadowing her. Fully explained my findings and even presented me a quote that I requested for some elective work which looked to be priced fairly. No upselling services. Definitely my new Dentist.

Ive been seeing the same dentist for over 15 years, but it was time for a change. So I decided to book with Babin Dental. From the receptionist to the hygienist.. all the way to Dr. S. Babin I cannot say enough good things about their office. Everyone was so personable and friendly. I had a million questions for Dr. Babin and she gladly answered every single one of them. Id also like to mention that I didnt spend more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I think their office is fairly new, but they are doing it right!! I will definitely be back.

I had to change my dentist due to changing insurance. I was hoping to find a dentist comparable to my previous dentist and after going through multiple wonderful reviews decided on Babin Dental. I was glad I did because they are one of the best I have ever been to. From showing tremendous hospitality and being welcoming to having low wait times and being extremely helpful, they do it all. I had a great experience with teeth cleaning and arranging the treatment plan. Every doctor and staff member is friendly, highly professional, and completely supportive. Looking forward to be back for the treatment!Update: just had my treatment done. Awesome experience, completely painless and comfortable. Dr. Randall is great when it comes to psychological support, professional decision making, explaining things, and everything beyond. All assistants and staff are doing awesome job in every aspect, including insurance handling. The treatment took a bit longer time comparing to Dr. Randall prediction, but quality is obviously the most important factor for this clinic.

Went for a routine check up and all I can say is WOW. The staff is as friendly and professional as can be, the facility is spotless, and the technology is cutting edge. They make you feel like family. 6/5 Stars would recommend.

It seems that the world’s biggest CHICKEN finally found a dentist she likes. I have had a phobia of dentists and dental work for as long as I can remember. I have been getting used to Dr. Stephanie Babin and her staff over the past year for cleanings and watching my husband and mother go in for dental work. They both survived and promised that Dr. Babin is gentle. So I decided to open my mouth and let her work on a couple of my teeth that needed attention. I am glad I did. From the moment I walked into the office that day, Dr. Babin and her wonderful staff made me feel comfortable and at home. And they kept me comfortable and pain free throughout the procedure. I don’t know how they did that, but they did. And on the same day I went home with two new permanent crowns. No need for a follow up visit. Hooray! Don’t get me wrong... I am still a chicken, just a lower case chicken now, no longer one in all caps. I would highly recommend Dr. Babin to anyone, but especially to chickens like me.

Dr. Babin is the best dentist in Baton Rouge. Dr. Babin is very professional and makes me feel very comfortable with all my dental needs. I have had a cleaning, filling, and a crown done.Her staff is more than happy to help with any questions. Waiting time is never more than ten minutes. Her office is clean and with the newest equipment.The best part of my visit with Dr. Babin is always her beautiful smile she greets me with to show her passion for being a dentist.

Update on Feb 13thI found my review written on Feb 3rd was deleted by someone. I will write again.This is my second and last time to write review for Babin dental. I would express my unsatisfactory, disappointment, and anger about the quality of service from Babin dental.From Sep to Nov 2019, I spending 4000 dollars and got two painful and not working two crowns at Babin dental. The two crowns installed at Babin dental don’t work and hurt when I chew food including soft bread or fruit, such as watermelon. I visited them more than 10 times to ask for help. She did not fix it that and argued that I already signed consent about accepting possible uncomfort after treatment.This year, I search for a new dental place and dentist. The new dental place I visited check my teeth and said the tooth I treated last year is infected! Also, my crown is too high! After the new dentists’ treatment, I can eat without pain now. By the way, the new dental place has better quality of service with lower price (same treatment with 60% of full price). Hope this review will help other patients prevent some bad treatment experience.Wrote on Feb 3rdI was a patient at Babin Dental before. My experience at Babin Dantal is painful and hope my experience could help some people to prevent bad treatment.I went to Babin dental because I was too rush to find a dental clinic to fix my teeth as soon as possible. I saw a big hole at my molar, though I don’t feel any pain for my teeth. After checking my teeth, the doctor at Babin dental said I need install two crowns. She also asked me to do deep cleaning for all my teeth. I followed all of her instructions and paid all her required. However, after the first crown installed, I felt hurt when I eat and chew food. I talked with doctor, she said you will feel better when we installed the second one. I continue following her schedule to install the second crown. The second crown did not change any thing, I continue feeling painful if I use the side with new crown. I called them again. She spent less 5 minutes to check my teeth for every visit and said maybe you need do root canal for one tooth installed crown.Because her two crowns use up all my insurance and generated pain which I don’t have before her treatment, I paid full price for root canal. After the root canal, my pain did not stop. I paid thousand dollars and the teeth cannot work well. I felt painful for each time of chewing. I continue calling Babin Dental and looking for solution. The only treatment from her is to grind my teeth and said you will be fine next week. After three months since the first treatment at her clinic, I begun to realize that she will not fix my teeth. I send email to her and expressed my disappointment on her treatment. She replied that I can come again and she will grind my teeth for height adjustment again. She also argued that I already signed the consent file since the first treatment, which mean I will accet any pain generated in treatment.After visiting Babin Dental more than 10 times, spending 4,000 dollars and getting painful and not working teeth, I stopped contacting them. This is the worst dental treatment in my life so far. I hope other paitent will not meet the same situation as me.
