Doctor Jones is the best dentist I ever had. Im glad I took the time to do research and found her. Shes patient, focused, has a calm spirit, and actually listens to your concerns. I dont know everyones name, but the staff is friendly, and welcoming as well.

Dr. Jones and her staff have always gone above and beyond to make my wife and I comfortable and relaxed every visit. I have hopped from dentist to dentist until I came here. They are extremely gentle, take their time, and are informative about every procedure. The office and rooms are immaculately cIean and well taken care of. I have never been so happy about a dentist. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Had some work done on my back teeth about 2 years ago and boy do I regret it. The work that was done caused my teeth to shift, creating a gap in between my back teeth. It was small at first but now it is large. It has gotten to the point where I have to floss after every meal to keep food out of the gap. While inconvenient, this gap is more than just a nuisance, it is causing me extreme physical pain. I am in so much pain every single day, I can barely cope. I have no idea how I am going to fix this with spending a lot of money on orthodontics. What frustrates me the most is that I told the dentist after getting work done that my teeth felt loose and she didnt believe me.

I was referred to Jones Creek Family Dentistry by a family member. She told me how nice they were. When I called to schedule my son’s first appointment, I could here it in the lady who answered the phone voice how nice and friendly she was. When we went to our first visit today it was awesome! Friendly staff and doctor! My son was also excited because he was able to watch TV while getting his teeth clean! I’m so glad I’ve found a new dentist! Oh and I forgot to mention they offered us beverages and the office is so nice and smells good!

It had been over a year since my last dental appointment. My old dentist retired, I had a hard time over the last few years finding a new dentist. However, I must say, after my first visit with Dr. Jones in August 2019, I have found my new dentist! The staff is friendly. The office is clean and comfortable. The teeth cleaning was thorough and did not hurt. Dr. Jones was amazing! She actually identified a thyroid issue I was having and suggested I contact my primary care physician. It was determined by my primary care physician and endocrinologist that my thyroid had shut down and I had developed a goiter as a result. Dr. Jones knows what she is doing! She is trained to look for other health issues and I applaud her urging me to look into the thyroid issue further. I will definitely be returning! Thank you Jones Creek Family Dentistry!

I visited the dentist office on yesterday and the vibes were unmatched. The music was delightful. The staff was extremely polite & pleasant. The office was clean. The staff took the necessary precautions to make sure that there was limit capacity in the office due to COVID-19. I throughly enjoyed my first visit. I have finally found a dentist!!!

My first experience was awesome. Dr. Jones and all of her staff was very friendly. I loved how Dr. Jones let me know everything she was doing before she did it. She did not rush my visit. Dr Jones explained my care plan perfectly. Man I like her . I will be telling everyone to go there . Oh and the facility is beautiful alone with all the friendly smiles. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist and I’m so glad I found this place! I typically dread going to the dentist but this was by far my best experience! The staff was exceptional, so friendly and easy to talk to. The environment felt more like a Spa than it did an actual dentist which definitely helped to relax me. Dr. Jones and her staff were very kind and thorough. I definitely feel like I can trust them. Looking forward to my next visit with them!

Dr. Jones and her staff does a great job of providing a terrific homey, family like environmental with eye dropping decor. If you are one like me who needs a little entertainment while your mouth is getting attended to, simply pickup up the remote and watch one your favorite shows from the flat screen T.V hanging over you. The service is absolutely amazing from the time you walk into the door until the time you leave. Dr. Jones gave me an action plan for a healthy white smile that is very affordable, and I absolutely love the flexibility in coverage she provides. Everyone there was extremely nice and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and informed. The appointment took longer than I expected and I believe it was standard new patient practices that made the visit the so long, but I wish I had known it would be a longer appointment prior to the visit. Absolute wonderful staff, I’ve always been so anxious going to the dentist, to the point that I skip going. Every time that I’ve gone to my dental appointments I make sure to have my headphones so I can listen to music to help stay calm and make it thru my visits. This was my very first visit at this office and because the office setting was so calm and welcoming and the staff was amazing, I didn’t even pull out my headphones!!!!!

I give Dr. Courtney Jones and her staff five stars because the customer service there was excellent and the environment is amazing. The office space is very new, fresh and clean, decorated very modern and contemporary. Upon walking in, you can feel the warmness from the staff and get of sense of relaxation from the soft music playing in the background. They even offer coffee while you wait. In the exam room I was in, as youre reclined back, theres a television to watch to preoccupy you as the dental work is being done. That sure helped the visit go by fast! On top of all this, my teeth are sparkling, and feel really clean, and Im actually looking forward to my next visit.

Im so glad I called Jones Creek Family Dentistry after receiving their flyer in the mail. After being in pain for a few weeks, I finally called to make my appointment for a root canal. I went yesterday for a root canal and a filling. My last root canal was over 10 years ago so I couldnt remember much besides being in pain. Well, yesterday Dr. Jones and her staff made everything very comfortable for me. I even watched a movie during my procedure. I had little swelling and pain afterwards, but nothing to complain about. I took off for my procedure and Im back at work. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and her staff. Ive recommended 2 friends already to call Dr. Jones and her staff. Im looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks.

I found Jones Creek family Dentistry after a bad experience at another local office. The actual dental visit was only icing on the cake, Miss Bridgett offered great customer service from the beginning with scheduling! I was offered refreshments while I waited to be called by the hygienist and enjoyed some great air conditioning to cool down from the 90 degree heat outside. In the back, I was met by what seems to be everyone’s favorite feature — Netflix! The staff was very thorough and transparent with me about my treatment plan after cleaning! Thank you!!
