They were super professional, and the office was immaculate. Loved everything from the receptionist Brittney to the Speech Therapist Erin and Dr Juban was great. They assessed out 10 week old for a tongue/lip tie and grateful for their advice and knowledge and they were extremely helpful in laying out the options we had. We decided to go the therapy route since the tongue tie was not extreme. Thankful for their support!

INCREDIBLE experience at this place! Not only was my hygienist, Jen, fantastic, but Dr. Cowen was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both made me feel right at home and absolutely had my best interests at heart, and brought things to my attention no other dentist or orthodontist ever had! They were easy to talk to and their experience and compassion shows In their level of care and attention. The rooms are beautiful and there are windows overlooking a beautiful green tree space with bird feeders and pretty little birds! So pleasant to sit in a dentist room and instead of seeing blank walls and stock images of teeth, watch blue jays and other little birds feeding just a few feet away! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I’ve definitely found my new dentist for life -I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in Baton Rouge!! Don’t have enough good things to say about this place!

Juban and Cowen is hands down the best dentist Ive ever been to. I used to be very timid of dentists due to prior negative experiences.. My first visit at Juban and Cowen, that fear went out of the window. They are SO mindful of your fear/nervousness (for me its needles- yikes!) and do everything they can to ease your mind and work around you and whats best for your mental and dental health. My boyfriend and I move state to state a lot for his job and I tell him all of the time hell have to bring me back to Baton Rouge for any dental work Ill need in the future.. I just love this dentist office that much! I normally get extremely sick after surgeries and I just had my second one with this dental practice yesterday and I feel like I didnt even have a surgery at all. I cant say enough good things about Juban and Cowen.. Honestly I could go on forever. Thank you to the entire staff for making me feel safe and taken care of. Ill be looking forward to seeing you all again soon!

Just went for my first appointment with Dr.Juban and his staff. They were all so friendly and explained every part of the process to get me to where I want to be. Katie answered all my questions and always asked if I was comfortable and feeling any pain while chatting it up with me. Dr. Juban was honest and worked out a step-by-step plan after asking what my goals were. And then Stephanie explained all my payment options and worked with me to get the dental work I need and want. Im so excited to continue working with them, even though dental work isnt pleasant and makes me anxious, they made me feel very welcome and comfortable the whole time!

Today I had the most amazing experience at the Juban Cowen Dental Care facility. Incredibly easy check-in process with COVID protocols in place. Once temp taken and paperwork completed, I had less than a two-minute wait in the lobby, which was exceptionally clean! My dental hygienist, Katie greeted me and really took the time getting to know me and ask questions about any friction points I’ve been experiencing with my teeth. Katie is very engaging, funny, and thorough. Dr. Cowen was also amazing. Very nice and informative; he really took the time to go over treatment options with me based off today’s exam. I wrapped up the visit today with Stephanie... who assisted with the check-out. Stephanie is also very friendly and has a wonderful personality...She’s not your typically check-out process. She took the time to really break down the visit costs and did a nice job with scheduling for upcoming cleanings and treatment. If I could give this facility 10 stars I would! Very awesome experience! Thank you to all the staff members who were very welcoming of my wife and I as new patients to your facility!!

Just had our 6 week old tongue and lip tie revised. The entire staff was absolutely incredible and very professional. They took time to get to know us and made it a very personable experience. Dr Juban was great with our little one and procedure went very well. Very quick also. Great aftercare instructions and help, they also have a speech therapist to help eval! Overall would highly recommend for both dentistry work and tongue tie revisions.

Very friendly, professional staff. All covid precautions youd expect, and taken seriously. I went in for zoom whitening - took about 1.5 all in. As it was my first whitening, the technician took the time to explain the whole process, aftercare, and what I should do to maintain it. They werent pushy at all - they laid all out the options for post-whitening, including OTC solutions. And my teeth look great!

We were so impressed with our overall experience! Dr. Juban did our daughter’s Revision procedure and Anna assisted. Both were incredibly friendly and informative. Anna really went above and beyond to make sure that we understood the post-procedure instructions, put us at ease and was so gentle with our baby girl. Would highly recommend them to any parent!

I’m giving five stars because the staff was awesome. I went for a zoom treatment and my teeth or much brighter. The lady that did my procedure was so sweet and very knowledgeable. She made sure she told me everything, and kept asking am I ok do I need anything. I can say they made me super cozy I fell asleep during my treatment.

They were super helpful and informative while helping me to decide whether or not to revise my 4 month old daughters posterior tongue tie and upper lip tie. Her appointment was at 730am and she didnt have the procedure until 9am due to them wanting to be sure to sit with me and answer all of my questions. I wasnt allowed to go back for the procedure, but they brought her up to me to show me her all swaddled up with some cute goggles beforehand and they kept me updated while she was in recovery. Definitely a great experience beginning to end and i will be recommending them in the future.
