What a lovely place with equally as lovely people! From the moment I walked through the door it was top notch service with the most compassion. I go back next week for some work and I’m not even dreading it one bit. Which is unusual being that no one loves going to the dentist. Lol. This dental office has everything you need in a dental practice . They are kind, thoughtful and beyond knowledgeable in their area of expertise. I have experienced Dr. Alexis and Dr. Aimee and they are equally amazing! Nothing beats being greeted my favorite lady Penny! She is amazing . They are efficient with my 7:00 am appointments and I make it into work ahead of schedule . Even the teeth cleaning experiences are great ( Ashlyn is superb). Beth is also a fantastic addition to the Smile Spa team.The warm neck wraps and blankets are the best, along with the flat screen TVs. Lastly, nothing beats the beauty of this practice . Today was my first appointment with The Smile Spa and Dr Alexis. After the experience I had today, I do not see myself going anywhere else for my dental needs. Everyone was so genuinely friendly. The spa amenities are a great extra. From the time I entered and sat in the massage chair while waiting for my appointment, to the aromatherapy neck warmer, to the headphones and personalized tv’s I felt like royalty. Dr Alexis was very helpful and spent longer than most dentists I have seen do when just doing a checkup. I highly recommend The Smile Spa.

Staff were extremely courteous and accommodating. The complementary warm neck wrap is a must have! I’m excited to try their other free spa experiences. Who would have thought I would say going to the dentist is super fun?

Literally every time Ive gone they charge me for extra services despite my only need a routine cleaning and an adjustment to the crowns they never quite got right. The crowns are the only reason I go back as they have been sore for 2 years now. I still cant eat cold fruit or salad. Today they added fluoride again costing me an extra 60$. I told them not to do this last time and she went ahead without asking this time.My husband refuses to go to this dentist as he is convinced they are continually ripping me off, I think hes right.

Dr. Russo’s office is so uplifting. It is a calm way to start your day if you need dental or Spa services . She is gentle & excellent at working on & around your mouth .

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I called them because I thought my tooth was infected & Ive never had to deal with it before-so I was understandably a little nervous. It might just be myself but I was there at 8 did my paper work. I was the only one in the lobby, 4 people came in minutes later and were called to the back before myself. I was spotting there watching everyone go in first. Even tho they were seeing other Dentist or whatever I wasn’t told anything. But the scene was comfortable, smelled so clean and very comfortable. But the way I was just waiting while everyone else were being called I’m guessing cause I was a newbie but my money is the same as anyone else. But they were friendly and the music it was a good walking experience. I loved the waiting area

Who knew going to the dentist could be so relaxing?! Besides the fact the the entire team here are totally amazing, there is a coffee bar, fridge full of H2O and my fave, the full body massage chairs! When you walk in, the most happy scent welcomes you and you almost forget you are at the dentist. If you are like me, get there early and take advantage of the massage chair, or even indulge after! When you walk in, the lavender scented heated neck wrap calms you while you pop on headphones and watch tv. Where else can you go to get top notch dental service by the best dentists and hygienists around but also relax? I will forever be a customer!

The Smile Spa is a very relaxing experience for me though I was getting a cavity filled and a crown made as I waited. They provide anything one might need to make the experience more pleasant. The Smile Spa is a modernized stylish relaxed environment with massage chair in waiting room, a blanket, eye mask and warmed neck wrap to relax you before your dental treatment which is medicine that is administered in a highly aesthetic gentle manner which actually promotes relaxation instead of worry right down to the manner in which hygienists auctions water which I normally fear that I might gag on water she was conscious about amount of water and suctioned in a Spa therapeutic where this promoted a no worry attitude for a patient. Highly recommended especially for scared of dentists individuals!

We have to go to the dentist twice a year, but the Smile Spa takes going to the dentist to a whole different level! It’s a wonderful experience, from the smells, to the music, to the massage chairs that will give you a massage you didn’t even know you needed, to the paraffin hand wax, to jewelry cleaning, you literally walk out sparkling and refreshed! Who knew going to the dentist could be such a zen experience?

Amazing staff, relaxing environment, and the best service hands down.

I have been a patient here for a few years now. The entire staff is always extremely pleasant. Yes, they can be a bit more expensive than other dental offices I have been to, however I would rather pay a bit more for better care. I have never had to wait over 5 minutes to be seen and they are always patient with making sure I am completely numb and pain free before starting any work. Front desk ladies and Ms. Penny are always so sweet as well!I recently went in to have three fillings done this week. While in the chair, I was browsing through their spa services brochure and they were able to fit me in to get lip fillers unexpectedly. Dr. Russos sister is new to the clinic and she is the one that did the lip filler and my cavity work, and she did a wonderful job on both. I am very pleased and will continue going to them. I have secondary insurance that would cover majority of my services that they do not accept, but I still choose to pay out of pocket instead of using my other insurance because I enjoy coming here.

I agree with a previous reviewer about being hit with charges while in the chair. I was a patient at the smile spa and after a great first visit where she fixed my entire upper left side I scheduled the right side. Previously I paid a down payment and then monthly. Once paid off, I scheduled the second side. I spoke to billing about my work and we agreed on the same plan as the first visit. I took off from work, went to my appointment, got in the chair, and was fully numb when I was told I had to pay $1,500. I was so upset that I left while still numb. The office assistant called and left me a message (which I still have to this day) apologizing for what happened and was so upset about the way I was treated. I will NEVER return to this office. I was especially disturbed by finding Dr. Russo standing outside my room listening to my phone conversation with my husband about the $1,500. Very unprofessional and dismissive.

Ive been coming here for years. Ive had a variety of work done, cleaning, crowns, etc. I have always found the staff and Aimee to be very accommodating and friendly. Is it expensive? No more than anyone else in my opinion. I personally dont care for any of spa treatments myself, but Im sure others do. Highly recommend.

Dr. Aimee and her staff were absolutely wonderful. They took what would have been a daunting process for me and made it so pleasant .They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and well informed throughout the entire process.

My first 3 visits (and last) at Smile Spa were VERY disappointing.The spa-like atmosphere high in technology thats mentioned on their website is actually small and outdated tube TVs and foul smelling neck warmers. However, the artwork, lighting, and furniture are all nice appointments.When scheduling a routine cleaning, a couple of fillings, and a repair of an18-20 year old chipped tooth in which the bonding was beginning to show wear, I was blindsided with a large bill while sitting in the chair and half of my mouth anesthetized. When initially scheduling the appointment, I asked for the cost and was told someone would get with me but that conversation didnt happen until sitting in the chair. They did allow me to break the payment into 2 installments.The bonding that was used to repair the chipped front tooth lasted 3 weeks. It failed on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend 2016. I contacted Dr. Russo-Mounger about the tooth and was advised that if I wanted to have the tooth repaired before she could look at it the following week, Id be responsible for the full cost of repair because she didnt break my tooth as I was reminded sarcastically. 1 day after the front tooths work failed, another tooth that shed worked on in the weeks prior, lost its bonding as well. (The foods eaten during failures were a grilled cheese sandwich and a fajita.) When I returned to have her correct her work, SHE NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED. The hygienist was very kind & pleasant.My opinion: The spa-like atmosphere high in technology is a gimmick to compensate for poor service. I will not return and could not recommend Dr. ARM.

The most comfortable Ive ever been at a dentists office, both mentally and physically. They well beyond out of their way to make sure youre comfortable and at peace. Their office is state of the art. Cant recommend them enough.
