Gentle Family Dentistry was everything I always wanted from a dentist but could never find elsewhere. I was absolutely floored by have kind, thorough, and patient every person I encountered at this practice was. They used extremely thorough practices to protect everyone during COVID, and still imparted a feeling of warmth and comfort all the while. The sense of community in the office was palpable. I have had lifelong issues with my teeth, and they were able to answer questions I have had for years and couldnt get answers for before my visit at this practice. The skill of the staff was so great that even being numbed was barely felt, and I had no discomfort even with large scale dental work being done. I was given very detailed instructions on how to care for the work that was done, as well as how to maximize the health of my teeth going forward. I could tell that every person, from the dentist all the way to the receptionist, were absolute experts in every way. The office was absolutely spotless in a way I have never seen any medical or dental office maintained, which immediately gave me a good impression of their later proven thoroughness and commitment to safety and the highest quality of dental care. I got to watch Netflix while they worked on my teeth, which was a fun and welcome distraction I hadnt seen any other office do before. This was great especially because of the volume of work I needed. Absolutely stellar experience in every way.

My mother needed new dentures after 15 years, she was very unsure who to go to. I recommended Gentle Family Dentistry. She is so impressed and ecstatic how her new dentures turned out. This is one of the best dentist. I was terrified to even call and talk to the dentist due to past experience. They treat me like family. Make sure that I know everything and are so loving. I have never felt so relaxed in a dentist office. Everyone is so nice and does whatever they can do to help you feel at home. I am now able to go to the dentists and not be terrified because of all the loving, caring, and helpful people here. If you ever are scared, but know you need to go to the dentist. This place is where to go. I love them so much.

I dont like whats happened to this place. My hygienist used to be Kendra and I liked her. Then I saw Kristina and I really liked her. This time they put me with a new hygienist with the tattoos on her neck even though I asked to see Kristina again. My teeth did not feel as clean. While I was in the waiting room the office manager introduced herself. She also has tattoos near her neck. Then the strangest thing happened. The office manager had a fight with the other worker in front of me. It was really inappropriate. I had to listen to her just berate this poor woman for 10 minutes. It felt like much much longer. Then the woman went to the back and the office manger pulls out her cell phone and plays with it. Then she just stared at me and made me more uncomfortable. I hope Dr. Gargar takes appropriate action. He charges professional prices. His patients dont need to hear that stuff. It was highly inappropriate. It was like biker bar dentist office day. No class.

I am terrified of the dentist. The entire staff helped me through my visit. They took their time, stopping when I needed them to. They turn on Netflix to help calm me down. I cant begin to tell you have terrified I am yet I am willing to return. Thank you

Can a dentist be a super hero? Yes Dr. Garger is, he was gentle and concerned he worked me into his schedule as a 1st time patient to do a root canal. My family and I have been going to Dr. Gargers office for over 12 years. They are awesome in what they do. I remember there was a time I would never smile because I was ashamed of my teeth. Dr. Garger changed all that and now I cant stop smiling. Hes got the best group of people working for him. They dont just treat you like a patient, but as family. I had the best experience at Gentle Family Dentistry! I went for a full exam with teeth cleaning and full teeth whitening with Zoom whitening technology! I never had such a thorough exam and my teeth have never been so healthy and white! The office was extremely clean, had the newest technology, and such a wonderful staff who was very knowledgeable in the latest technology. With full xrays and laser cavity detection Dr. Garger was able to detect cavities that were never found at my previous dentist with the typical way of probing for soft spots on your teeth. I am so thankful for Dr. Garger and his team for finding a cavity that if left unfilled would have resulted in a root canal. During my whitening and cavity filling I was able to watch Netflix on a flat screen and pick my favorite show to watch which was a much welcomed distraction. I will be going back to Dr. Garger for all future dental needs both for health and cosmetic!

Dr. Jonathan H. Garger has been my doctor for almost twenty years. When I came to see Dr.Garger i was a hot mess. He has done a wonderful job in fixing my dental problems. His staff has always been caring and always make sure they get me in on any emergency when i dont have an appointment and im not left waiting hours. Also i have never waited for more than 10 mins in the waiting room when i have an appointment. Im 54 and feel like my teeth are 20. NO JOKE!!!!!!!!!

Awesome Dentist!I was a certified dental wimp before seeing Dr. Garger and I avoided going to the dentist after I was hurt at one of those group HMO offices by one of those fresh out of school dentists. My co-worker recommended Dr. G as the most gentle dentist that he ever went to, and that was I needed to hear...When I came into his office for the first time, I was struck by how beautiful the office was and how they had this coffee, tea and water available to people in the reception area.Since I was hurting, the girls at the front brought be directly in to see Dr. Garger to get out of pain before I had to fill out the forms! He did some tests and took an x-ray to be sure which tooth was hurting me and after taking my blood pressure, they numbed me FIRST to get me comfortable before having me fill out forms! And the shot didnt hurt! He had some vibration thing on the syringe that took the sting out!By the time that I filled out the papers, I was hardly hurting at all and They took me back to discuss whether or not I would want to save the tooth. I said that I did, but I still had the crummy HMO insurance and wanted to switch over to a PPO that could allow me to choose my dentist... I was willing to pay cash for today to get out of pain, then come back when I had a better plan.Dr. Garger did a partial root canal that relieved the pain in the tooth and put a large filling in the tooth so that I could come back and have him finish the job once the good insurance kicked in.He did a great job doing the root canal when I returned, and I dont remember any discomfort since I was given some pills that made me relax as I watched a Netflix show while he worked. He as been taking care of me and my family ever since, and I dont need the pills anymore!Thanks, Dr. G

I love Dr. Garger and his whole staff! They are kind and caring professionals. I have had absolutely the best care and the most positive experience I have ever encountered at a dental office. I hopped from practice to practice for a while until I found Gentle Family Dentistry. They accept my State insurance and are well-versed in my plans and benefits. My care has been exceptional from hygienists and assistants to Dr. Garger himself. They have a wonderful refreshment selection too! Plus, you can say Dr. Garger with your mouth wide open! My whole family goes to Gentle Family Dentistry and we are so glad that we do!

I always have the best experience at Dr. Gargers office. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the level of excellence by Dr. Garger is unsurpassable in aesthetics and comfort! I especially loved that after my treatment was done, he offered to give me an injection which reversed the anesthesia! I was able to move my lips and feel my face within 15 minutes!! (I told my friends about that, and they said that their dentists say there is no antidote you just have to wait it out ... I told my friends that they need another dentist!!)As a healthcare professional, I applaud Dr. Garger for keeping up with best practices and knowing the current advancements for better patient care and satisfaction!
