I love this place. They all been very attentive. I been bringing my family for seven years and I have never had any problems. They have always tried to help us with what will be the best treatment. I am super grateful to everyone. From the receptionist, Orthodontist and the dentist. Their plan payments are fantastic. . We have been with this Dentist group for about 4 years now. Recently I chipped my front tooth and went in and they did such an awesome job! They out on a temporary for the time so that I could still smile. The permanent crowns look so real that nobody can tell I have crowns on my front two teeth. Dr. Choy and Minnerva we’re really sweet and explained each and every step. Love everyone in this office from front desk ladies to the assistance and the doctors!!!

I have gone to many dental offices and never have I been to such a CLEAN friendly helpful cost efficient place. The receptionist when I first called there took my info called my insurance and got back to me within 30min she quoted a hour but she worked fast. All the staff members are so welcoming and professional.Compared to several dental places they offered such a great price on what I needed done. The dentist who worked on me was absolutely amazing such a friendly great personality and very professional and addressed all my concerns and needs. The whole staff is awesome. I was in and out all 3 visits. I highly recommend this dental office they are worth the visit and experience. I will be switching my son over to this office when they fully open up again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Best dental office I’ve ever gone to , staff is great and friendly and drs are great . They go over all options for your treatment with you . I always recommend this office to my friends and family . I wouldn’t go to any other dental office .

There has to be something illegal going on here. My insurance listed this place as my primary so I called and made an appointment. I found out I most likely needed a root canal and chose a full metal crown (it was a back tooth). They reassured me my insurance had already approved it and the total cost would be $300. They opened my tooth then said they had to confirm authorisation from my insurance. Didnt they already do that? They then said it worked take awhile to get authorisation and they worked place a temporary crown. They said I had to pay the $300 out the door because they had already started the root canal. I went back almost a month later for the root canal and they said I had a balance of $695 to pay before they would do the work. Im forced to give in at this point because I cant risk missing work due to a toothache (Im a COVID travel RN). I paid $965 in total which my insurance is currently investigating. To top it all off, they placed a porcelain crown I did not sign for and the material doesnt blend together. The x ray showed that the roots were not completely filled and I have to work in a few days. Im reporting them to the CA dental board and my insurance is investigating.

Lack of proper communication. Very disappointed in this dental clinics level of professionalism. I was sent home on the day of my wisdom teeth removal appt.because I had eaten food 8 hours prior to the surgery. I was not given prior warning. I was also supposed to wear a half sleeve. This was also not communicated to me until I came to the clinc the day of the surgery.

Made appointment for my teeth cleaned in July they canceled it called to reschedule it left message never returned the call went to petco and I seen there were people going in I walked in this was in August ask them why they never return my calls so I could reschedule my appointment they said sorry so then they said their next appointment was in November then they called and canceled that one then he December I had another appointment they called and canceled that one so it was a year but they kept canceling my appointments bunch of bs would not recommend anybody to them very poor service and customer service they kept rescheduling it’s like if you don’t have any major dental going on they don’t want you in there .

I love my dental office. Although the doctors change. My office everyones always polite. But I noticed today the wait was longer than normally and my office was just too dirty with the trash cans overflowing. This place must stay clean..

This place billed my insurance company for work that was never performed. Nine calls and 6 months later they still have not fixed this issue. Insurance fraud at its best. Avoid this place like the plague. Horrible customer service and horrible experience overall. Simply unethical.

I made appointment for my husband at Gosford Village Dental, he hates going to dentist, lol he came home so happy causes he said everyone in the office and Doctor gave me the best service. Thank you Joanna/Martha/Magan and Doctor I will recommend you to friends and family 👍

I had an appointment for my 5 year old son and I that I scheduled before covid happened. Never got a call it was cancelled but just assumed since everything was closed. Remade the appointment for me and my son for Friday at 1 pm. My husband just got a call to confirm my appointment for Wednesday at 9 am, just me. I called to see what happened and turns out they dont even take patients that young and don’t know why I wasn’t told that or why my appointment day and time was moved without my knowledge.

All the ladies in the office are amazing especially Martha and Joanna were very helpful! Dr Choy is very gentle and understanding even with all my dental issues. I am a very very happy customer 😊

Great office! Ive heard they have long wait times here but I havent felt that! The reception staff got me in quick and the nurses in the back kept me updated on how long until the Dr. would see me. Everyone was nice and I really felt taken care of...

My husband recently obtained dental insurance, so this was his first time to see an American dentist. We are very happy with this clinic. It was easy to make an appointment that fit our schedule. The lobby staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything was well cleaned and nice. Better yet, Dr. Choi was easy to talk to, he clearly described the work that needed to be done, and things that he would wait for 6 months to see if they got worse. The clerk explained the prices of several choices of Crowns. We made our follow-up apt. for a few weeks later, again to suit our schedule. I think you will be as happy with this clinic as we are.

My family and I have been going here for years. Always a pleasant experience coming here wether regular check ups or Ortho. The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This place is the most unprofessional place that I’ve ever been to they tried to make a simple extraction be turned into a surgical procedure they try to hype up prices and tax you for things that are very easy a bait and switch you making it sound like the price will be very affordable and easy when in all reality they just upsell you and continue to do so I would never go to this place nor do I think the dentist was professional when I’ve had the same situation on the other side of my mouth this is a sad representation of being a dentist office the lady at the front that supposed to be the manager who runs the joint literally reeks of cigarettes smells horrible and is very unprofessional in the way she communicates to her customers!!! I rate this place a -5

My kids appointment was at 4:00 pm its 6:55 and still in the office..... my son just got call for xray..... really?

My fiance visited Dr. Shahs office for an emergency and he, as well as his staff, were more than helpful during this stressful visit. It was our first time there and my fiance was really nervous and in pain. Dr. Shah took x-rays and explained his prognosis as well as our options for dealing with this tooth. We felt well informed about it and not pressured to do anything quickly without question (the previous doctor that caused this problem did precisely that-she gave a medical plan without explaining why nor gave other options).The office is clean and the staff were all friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Shah to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Made a phone call to setup an appointment for an orthodontist consultation and was received by a rude receptionist. She placed me on hold for over 10 mins just to setup an appointment. After 10 min wait a different receptionist picked up and asked if she could help? I was then placed on hold again. Don’t waste your time here. This is an unprofessional office. This is my first rating for any establishment but unfortunately this is not an establishment. Would definitely not recommend paying for this sort of treatment on a monthly basis.

CHECK your insurance first. They try to charge you extra! They always give you the upgraded fee and dont tell you. My dental plan covers crowns and they still trying to charge me $955/ each tooth!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!They ALWAYS run behind. The staff is nice but they are slow workers. I can wait over an hour to be seen and Im on time to my appointments...

I wish I had read the reviews before I came. I am on a very low fixed income and can not afford extra bill. But thanks to the Oral surgeon my whole front bridge was destroyed by him and another doctor. And of course they both are saying its not their fault. I walk in with a beautiful Bridge and leave with more than half of it destroyed. And the manager to this Dental Place is no help whatsoever she has no care and she contradicts herself when she talks to you. I dont know what Im going to do now but I promise you this I will not be going back to them. The only time I might see someone from there is in the courtroom.

I don’t usually post about places, but this is by far the best dental office I’ve been to. They are so welcoming and friendly that you forget you’re at a dental office! I’ve had a rough couple of years and neglected my teeth as a result. I was scared and didn’t know what to expect and I thank you for not passing judgement on me, it means a lot. I felt at ease and cared for with people asking if I was cold and if they could offer me a blanket or if I wanted to switch channels on the tv. Who does that? I mean really, these people are great! My visit was awesome and I can’t wait to see my doctor again. Thank you all.

My insurance made me switch dentist and for once they did me a favor. Great dentist and staff. Make the switch to these guys if you can.

My appointment was canceled without calling me and some of the staff was rude when I showed up. They explained to me that it was my mistake and they always call all of their patients. I have made plenty of mistakes with scheduling, so before I posted this I double checked all voicemail, email and text and everything confirmed my appointment. Nothing excuses the rude behavior of the front desk.

It has been four years since my last appointment at this dentist and I am still traumatized. I do not recommend this facility!

Please everybody double check with your insurance before you come here they try to say that they are a elective option office or something like that and they make you pay way more than you should I need a bridge done and they are trying to charge me like 3k my insurance said max they can charge me is 250 per tooth in this case it was 5 so 1250 compared to the 3k+ they are trying to charge and also tried to charge me for fillings when it is covered as well

All I can say is Wow. From the initial call to see if they took my insurance to the day of my 2nd appointment after the emergency visit. They make you feel at home, comfortable and at ease.
