Good, clean office with good staff and a great dentist. They address all your concerns and try to work hard to make sure all things addressed. We really like them

I’m so pleased to have finally found an amazing dental office. The whole staff is awesome and attentive, from the front desk to the dental aides and the dentists! I had the most painless root canal, I didn’t even know that was possible. I would recommend this place to everyone. I actually can’t wait to go back and get more work done! 10/10 for service!

I had both top wisdom teeth pulled today. I went in terrified but I felt nothing. I was amazed at how quick and painless everything was. Both people working on me answered all of my questions and they told me everything they were doing the whole way through, I really appreciated that. They were gentle and gave me time to relax after the local anesthesia before they started operating. I already liked this place, but I like it way more now.

I absolutely love you guys. No exaggeration, my favorite dentist office ever. Theyre so nice. Theyre VERY thorough and CLEAN. They explain every single little step of the procedure as they went along and should you choose, everyone that was envolved with each visit was able to have an intelligent, entertaining and honest conversation, regardless of differences in personal beliefs. They also worked with me financially and never even flinched at letting me make payments on a very serious procedure. So thank you all if you read this and Ill definitely be back.

Had an amazing experience today with them! The new branding and remodel is so good! Every lady was very nice and the new doctor was very hands on with myself abs my 5 year old and explained what needed to be done! I didn’t feel like they were pushing for treatment on my daughter was wasn’t needed! Highly recommend them!

Very attentive dental care was provided. The dentist was knowledgeable and was able to help address any issues. Also, the dental hygienists were really helpful as they informed me on how to take care of my teeth. Receptionists were polite and friendly, which made me feel more comfortable with my treatment. Overall I had a good experience with little wait time, and appropriate COVID precautions were taken.

This was my first visit and it went well. The hygienist showed compassion when the X-rays became uncomfortable (as they are regardless of who’s doing them). Dr. Ani was very kind, thorough, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. She explained which teeth need correction and order of priority. These are teeth that I’ve been concerned about, but my former dentist seemed to dismiss these concerns other than the one major one. I’m happy to have found Dr. Ani and the rest of Smile Studios’ staff.

Very clean and safe office. They even have true HEPA filters in every room to protect against airborne infections! Highly recommended.

Since I first went the atmosphere was definitely great! If I would have known about this dentistry I would have switched from my dentist a while ago. They are persistent & get things approved with insurance and really care about my oral health. I would definitely recommend this place. Everyone is wonderful, sweet, and knowledgeable👍

This was my first visit to Smile Studios and it was amazing. I have dental phobia and anxiety, everyone was so kind. I have never been treated like that before. I have such bad anxiety that I tend to cry and clinch the chair, but they treated me as a person and helped put my mind at ease. Like I said this was my first visit, so no dental work was done... we shall see what its like when they start working on my teeth.

I got a root canal and crown, they have great friendly service. It was clean, very friendly and Helpful. I felt very comfortable and Im not really a extroverted person. The service was good. Its hard to get good customer service now a days and this.place has that good proffessional friendly service.

Staff was extremely friendly , I was seen immediately no wait time, Office is clean . Xrays were quick. Dentist went over my treatment plan and answered any questions I had. Front desk staff went over treatment plan and showed me all costs for treatment and went over options for payment. Definitely will be staying with this dentist office.

Let me just start by saying Brenda and Dr arby are the best Ive ever been to. Brenda has helped me from day one from a different location and now I am at this location and Im getting the best out possible. I am not comfortable with any other doctor besides Dr arby he is very gentle and very kind and he genuinely cares for you. 100%. This place is the best I drive an hour to go there!

Each staff member that helped me were so nice and super sweet! When I met Dr.Arbi he recommended my 2 wisdom tooth removal. I went yesterday felt no pain at all, no swelling, he was very careful during the extraction took his time, I’m in no pain whatsoever! My cleaning was also done great! Definitely would recommend this place nice, clean, fancy look which is awesome! I’m so happy with my experience. I’m so glad I found a permanent dentist!!

I was very unhappy about the different pricing that I received for a mouth guard. I was previously quoted $150.00 and now it is 600.00. I am not sure how the price just shot up. That’s ridiculous.

Drs. Arbi & Ani Ismailyan and their staff at Smile Studio (Coffee Road, Bakersfield) are the BEST! Do not hesitate to arrange for an evaluation/exam, cleaning and/or dental work. They will inspire you to actually WANT and LOOK FORWARD TO dental work. Seriously! The staff was very personable and nice to talk to. The environment was clean and well set. The dentist was extremely nice and talked in length with us. The conversations were never rushed and we didn’t feel like we were being ignored or rushed out. This will be our family dentist from now on.
