I just had a wonderful experience at Natural Body at Peachtree battle .It started with a phone call making my appointment and they were so professional and friendly. My sister bought me a gift certificate for an hour massage.Stephanie was so professional and she listened to what I wanted and delivered. Amazing 💯💯

Tyra is everything. A very intuitive massage therapist with the perfect pressure and attention to places I didn’t even know I needed. I wish I lived here so I could see her regularly. Thank you so much for the healing!

Very clean and nice and good value.

My therapist was not friendly and didn’t even bother to try and make me feel comfortable. She acted like she didn’t want to touch me. I won’t even go into the reason why I feel this way.. It was my very first time there and you would think they would put their best foot forward to gain a repeat client. I frequent the spa at Chateau Elan and my expectation was to at least have somewhat of a similar experience at Natural Body. Not even close! I Won’t be back and will not recommend anyone to the Buckhead location. I felt more stressed after my service than I did before which is totally backwards.

2020 will be the year that I start to listen to and take better care of my body. In addition to some form of exercise, I’ll be returning here once a month to see Sasha. I sit at a computer for work most of the day and I can feel the toll that it’s taking on my back and neck. I left Sasha feeling 100 times better after having a deep tissue massage. She’s amazing and also a great conversationalist - IF you want to talk. Also, the ambiance of NBS (the smell, staff, tea, shop, warm neck pillows, etc), all make it an awesome experience. One of the best spas I’ve been to in Atlanta.

The best massage Ive ever had! Daniel is amazing. He spent an extra 15 minutes before the massage stretching me out and finding areas of weakness then releasing the corresponding tension points. I went for a run later that day and had never felt so light and limber. My lower back stiffness was completely gone and I didnt have to stop several times during the run to stretch or twist my back. The massage was great and all the knots in my muscles were gone. The atmosphere is great. Love the homemade cookies! I will be back as much as possible!

Loved it. Clean, professional, kind, and informative. I saw Nicole and she gave me a wonder relaxing experience while I got my facial. She talked to me and taught me about my skin and how to improve my personal skin care. All of the staff was friendly and the environment is wonderful. I work In The beauty industry myself so I really appreciate a good spa.

I do get massages regularly once a month at least. It was my first time coming to NB for massage service because I was in this side of town. The massage was so rough that it took me a least two weeks recover from soreness. My masseuse was consistently reminded me that I was out of shape and FAT. I am 54 and 143lbs and I do not believe that I am out of shape at all. Massage supposed to be in a calm place so people can relax but not in this location.

Poor communication. I am writing this post after a text from this spa inviting me to schedule again. I dont recommend the spa. the facial service wasnt as expected. One of the employers in the front disk dont know or try to write names correctly!

This place is sooo amazing. Everyone is so incredibly nice. I had the works, and I feel like a brand new person. Will definitely be back.

This place offers a great experience from the moment you walk in the door. I get a massage here about every other month because they offer a relaxing environment and thoughtful service. Make sure to get there early for your appointment to take advantage of their hospitality (warm neck pillow, fruit water, peppermint tea) and look around the store.

Everything that this place had was perfect. The reason for the four stars is that they didn’t have a locker room/changing area. So, one either has to change and reset in the bathroom or in the massage/facial rooms, which isn’t optimal. Overall, though, the staff was excellent. Great service. Loved the decor and the amazing smells. Solid massage and facial. I’ll be back.

What a wonderful experience! I spent the afternoon relaxing with these people and can’t wait to go back.Lexy gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had, Dorian is an amazing masseuse and Jennifer’s facial made my skin glow.The facility is great and clean and they are so attentive to your every need.

I have been going to see Karen for facials at Natural Body Spa each month since July. She is the best. I struggle with my skin and it always feels like she is on my team, fighting with me, to improve whatever issues I am having. She takes the time to make sure I walk out of her room glowing. She also is a perfectionist when it comes to eyebrows. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. Do not hesitate to book an appointment with Karen. You will not regret it!

I absolutely LOVED my experience here. When you walk in, it’s peaceful and serene. The staff is kind and thoughtful. The therapists are warm, caring and knowledgeable.I had a CBD massage and a mangosteen facial. I’m still reaping the rewards of both services. I will definitely go back.Although I received 5 star service I gave this review a 4 stars. Here’s why:This service was a gift for mother’s day. At the end when I paid I knew I would pay $35 more than what I was quoted because after assessing my skin additional service was suggested that I added. I was also planning on tipping both therapists as well. However, the cashier hounded me at the front desk for the tips. Repeatedly asking how I want to tip. This to me was extremely tacky and embarrassing.

This place was everything! I went for my birthday and I got a seasonal scrub and a couple’s massage and I can’t wait to go back. I live in Nashville but if I lived in Atlanta it would be my monthly treat

How can I begin..OMG had the greatest surprise of ALL my Birthdays. They organized with my family to surprise me after my First & awsome body CBD rub. We had tea to relax then had a relaxing 1hr CBD rub. After my mom who flew in & family surprised me along with the staff recording everything as we enjoyed their back lounge for the celebration. This was a Birthday Blessing & one of the most highlighted Moments of my life. Thank You to everyone who helped my family there. Happy 2020!

Have had some pretty great massages in general over the years many places, but Scott and this spa is epic! Best ever. Particularly if you like firm pressure

Eh, overall I like the vibe of the place. Not so much the woman who did my facial, very stand-offish. Very overpriced in my opinion for what I received, but to each they’re own.

Was having a rough day and wanted to book a massage, was thrilled to find out they had an opening at 2:45 pm when I called at 11:30 am. Received a call around 1:30 pm canceling saying the therapist was sick. I wouldnt mind if my appointment was cancelled if I booked in advanced - I get it people get sick but the therapist clearly knew she was sick when I booked the appointment and after I booked the appointment. This just prevented me from finding another place to go to and wasted my time. Seems like the therapists are scared to report they are sick and end up working until they cant anymore. Unfortunate because I have been really wanting to try this place.

Nicole was excellent. Very top notch service and reasonable prices. They also carry Aveda and Bumble and Bumble products!

Most relaxing experience EVER. Had a great massage from Mike and a mini facial from Karen. I highly recommend them both.

This was my first time at the Buckhead location and I was incredibly impressed. The whole atmosphere is very inviting and comfortable...like the best spa should be. I love that in addition to the usual body products for sale they have items like clothing and jewelry. I would come back just to shop for gifts because the items were so cute.The staff was very friendly and warm. I felt completely comfortable. I followed my esthetician Jen from another location so of course I highly recommend her. I definitely want to go back for more services.

Nothing but good things to say about this wonderful, relaxing and special haven located in the Peachtree Battle Shopping plaza. If youre looking for a go to spa that gives you great service, treatments, products and value, this is it. They do a multitude of things to help you be your best. (Waxing, massage, microdermabrasion, mani/pedi, body scrub, etc..) Scheduling is easy and theres never been a wait. They also have great skin and hair products/gadgets and gifts (candles, clothes, jewelry) as you enter. I always enjoy perusing the new additions while waiting for my mom to finish her treatment. Ask for Karen or Pamela. We love their facials!
