I had an appointment with one of your workers who canceled on me twice. I paid a $50 deposit and could not get my deposit back and said she gave my deposit to my daughter who is coming to her to get her hair fixed. She never communicated with me even though I text her.

The service started out great! We traveled about 1 hour the get here. My grandson was wanting to come here because of the great reviews he saw.Once the barber started showing up late with out giving us a call we went else where. Be on time guys.I see we are not the only ones with this complaint. The owner? Asking for the name . You see him in the picture. Very professional young man , that needs to step up his game. If you are going to be late call your customers.I am 62 and teaching my grandson when and what to do in all situations big and small.

Be aware of scamming stylists in this company!! There is a stylist named Layla that works at the Decatur location on Ember. She made a appointment with my boyfriend to twist his hair weeks prior to his appointment day he paid a $50 deposit. Layla never called him to confirm so my boyfriend texted her the day before his appointment to confirm and she told him that she was out of town and she needed to reschedule. Well we were going out of town too and that’s the main reason he needed his hair done so he could not reschedule for a different day so we asked for a refund. First she said she doesn’t offer refunds well no where in her bio or in her message does it say no refunds and remind you this is her fault why he can’t get his hair done. She is very unprofessional to schedule a appointment knowing she would be out of town. She switched it up and said she will send him a refund and we will get it within 48 hours well MORE than 48 hours went by and we haven’t received anything. We called her she says she will send it and hangs up in our face several times. You guys need to do better on choosing your stylists because this gives your company a bad look. She is a fraud. Remind you after our whole incident is when she decided to write “no refund” in her bio!!!

I have never seen any setup like this before. This place is phenomenal for the number of stylists, the styles, the clients at all times of the day. Seems to always be busy. Excellent location, various hours based on stylist, great shampoo women, very professional.

Place is very unorganized. The security was just literally sitting there talking with a guy. People were randomly walking in & out(As Well as random people sitting out side of the building(umm security ?). I placed an order in which I dont understand why it had to be placed via cash app. That same exact order that was said it was shipped out hasnt been shipped. The guy had a hard time finding the order that was paid for(a week or so ago) literally had to search threw two phones. As well as the parking structure does not have a foundation its just rocks no actual parking lot with lines as well as cars parked literally on top of the front entrance blasting music. This shop has great stylist/does great work but the team literally needs to work on a more organized approach.

Best Loc N Gel EVER!!!! I wish I could get it in Gwinnett much easier and closer. I hate the drive but I refuse to use any other products on my edges or wifes and clients locs. I will be making this drive until they get another location out here.

I thought I would have had a great experience based off the word in the streets. A stylist name Eshia did my hair. She was late 20 minutes late to be exact but I really needed my hair done and thought I was saving money and time because it was a last minute appointment.Another artist did my braid down, and after rebraiding the same spot atleast twice I was finally ready for the install after an hour and 30 minutes. Eshia started the time install and poked my head with the needle throughout the instal. Once it was finally done around 1 o clock in the morning I loved the look but my edges were very sore but I brushed off it as a little tension and it should loosen up in a few days.Two days after my install my braid in the front started to show and I had a lace front closure so this should not have been showing. I contacted Eshia and she agreed to redo my hair but it was so inconvenient I just decided to take my hair out.My edges were so thin, I had sores in my scalp and I have called the main office and no one has even responded but hopefully the state board would

So I let @hustlingbeauty do my purple on my hair. Pic 1 is my hair jet black and long. Pic 2 going from left to right is after she did it purple. During the process she had another client. I called her to come over and check the bleach because it was burning my skin and bubbling like I heard a boiling noise. My hair started shedding and the color started changing on it’s own from purple to grey to ashy blonde. I texted her to call me because I didn’t know why my hair was doing that. This isn’t the first time I had color I’ve had blonde highlights and red hair and did not have this experience. She texted me she had a client and would face time me when she was available. She never called me. I do not recommend letting her do your hair if it’s your real hair. Pic 3 is when it changed grey and my spiral curls were losing its pattern. I had no choice but cutting my hair and I am still not happy with the curl pattern so I will be doing a pixie cut this week to start completely over. Finally! A braider that can actually do the braids Ive been wanting for a long time now. Only to have a braider say they can, and I leave disappointed...I love my hair by Jazmin! When I got home after my appointment. My husband said, mmmph! I asked whats that for?? He said I was looking really good! Now mind you, my husband typically doesnt care for extensions but this was major that hed given me props on a style with extensions. In any case, Im very pleased and will definitely return to Jazmin for my braiding needs in the future! Ive also received a couple compliments from strangers.

Cut Creaters are the most unprofessional and ghetto shop Ive ever encountered. Theyre rude with no sense of order. The owners allow their staff to do whatever they want. Its not clean and full of profanity and drama. Im a big supporter of black businesses but, honestly Im disappointed black owners allow this type of foolishness to continue to ruin theirbrand. The owners are from New Jersey. Please avoid this place at all costs. Dont be fooled by the celebrities that come there. Remember...Theyre celebrities so they wont mess their head up. Celebrities dont pay what the average person pays. State board should investigate their place of business ASAP!!!

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS!!! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT book prettylocsTorii!!!! Her instagram is a lie from the pits of hell and her work is horrible!!!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!! This was quite possibly the worst hair experience Ive ever had. Im so disappointed. If she couldnt do what I wanted she shouldve just told me. Also I wanted dye but she couldnt. At the end she still charged me 150, saying I got a rod set which I didnt. I hate my hair, my edges are unkempt and Ill be taking it down as soon as possible. Keep your coins ladies, this place sucks!!!!

So it was my first time going to this shop. Tyler the girl did my hair. Before I came to the shop I sent a pic of the style I wanted and a video of my hair. I told her whoever was going to style my hair I wanted them to cut it too. Instead she style my hair in curls I could of done myself and she put spritz in my hair. Most people hate spritz. Im one of them. She asked the owner to cut my hair not sure what happened with that. Instead Shawn cut my hair. He asked if I wanted the designes on both sides I said yes but he only put it one side. I basically grew my shaves sides out for a Mohawk but my hair was not cut into a Mohawk and now I have to regrow my sides out all over again. Tyler did my curls took no longer then 15 mins. Then ended up having to pay Tyler 70$ and Shawn 15$ of course I tipped although I hated my hair I paid 90$ for something I could of done at home. I hate going to a shop a leaving feeling like I could of saved my money and done it myself. Next dont be so money hungry say no I dont think I can do this style let me pass you to another stylist that can. I will never return and I dont recommend this going to this shop. If they cant do a style theyre just going to give you whatever and get they money.

Great customer service clean establishment

The salon itself is very nice, however the LACK OF service I received from one of their nasty stylists Jaz was not.I left work early to arrive on time for a 5pm weekday appointment. I even took the liberty of washing & drying my own hair the day before, for the stylists convenience, since 5 is pretty late for a hair appt.When I arrived, not once did she acknowledge me nor advise me that she was running behind. Not once on her several trips walking past me to take photos of the clients hair did she say a WORD to me. Finally after an HOUR of waiting with her STILL taking her sweet time on the lady ahead of me, I approached her and asked to reschedule, to which she replied you got somewhere to be or something? WOW really??? She then proceeds to explain how she occasionally runs behind and its not her fault. Any real professional knows to relay this to a client---ESPECIALLY a first time visitor. Smh to add insult to injury, she even had the NERVE to charge my card, along with a 25% tip despite me leaving without having services done.I will say that the receptionist (forgot her name) as well as the owner were very apologetic and kind. I am still awaiting a reversal of the charges (per the owner) from the visit but I plan to seek legal action if not resolved this coming week.My advice if visiting this salon: stay far away from the incompetent, unprofessional, RUDE ass little girl by the name Jaz.
