The salon is nice and clean but if you want to get a good quality hairstyle I probably would think twice about going here because the owner seem to throw anyone on your head even if they are not good at doing hair. I spent $100 on a weave ponytail and the guy didn’t know what he was doing and had to ask the owner to help him and she act like she didn’t have time and he messed my hair up after being in the chair for 4 hours. The ponytail look like I went to let a kid play in my hair. I was so disappointed with my hair style I went home and cried.

Had an appointment that I booked online when I showed up early no was there and was closed sign on door. Then no one answered the phone.Don’t go here they make you book online and pay and do provide the service!!!!!!

Going to have to give them 0 stars. Brought my friend to get a closure sew in just for the closure to lift right after she left the salon. I got a frontal sew in which looked good but underneath was HORRIBLE. My hair was shedding because none of the people know how to braid your hair nor do they care about your hair being healthy in the long run. They just want their money and that’s it. I’ll take my 250 elsewhere to someone who not only cares about the hairstyle but about the hair underneath the style! The last few times I have came here I’ve left out 8 hours later! That’s ridiculous! They need the actual owner to the business name to come back and train these amateurs!

I got my hair done there by Xavier (the guy in the chair by the window) about a week ago. They charge $215 for lace install and my lace was lifting within 3days. The young boy did my hair I arrive at 11:35 am somebody was in front of me which was ok. The young man was very nice I just don’t understand why he didn’t call for assistance when he got busy, then an hour later someone else shows up and he’s the only stylist. I got a simple quick weave with a blunt cut wasn’t satisfied with the look the cut was a hot mess definitely not worth $115 then I left at 4pm which is crazy.. Place of business was nice just need more worker and not just 1 person for the whole Day..First customer will not be returning!!!!!

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT! Get your hair done here.My tracks came loose by the time I reached home.I called and let them know, they told me to come back. So I did, I drove back to the salon and they tried fixing it. I still had loose tracks after.They didn’t even close/knot the ends of the thread, it was a messy job all around. Okay so Xavier and Lala are straight up the business. Salon was clean, the refreshments on point. Xavier was on time and allowed me peeps throughout my styling so he could ensure I was satisfied. I love this place for real, for real.

I had a great experience from phonecall, appointment to finish. Excellent environment and customer service experience executed. My hair grew several inches and was exactly as I wanted a natural look. Im a former stylist and can be quite critical....Threadz gets a thumbs up for great staff and listening to what client wants, also for great suggestions and especially a beautiful hairstyle. This salon is hands down the best I have ever gone to. I booked an appointment with ease online. I got in the very next morning. I show up and realized I needed hair. The salon jumped in and called a local hair shop to hold what I needed. They went over and beyond what I ever expected. Not to mention my hair is fabulous. Thank you to the entire staff and owner!

Noooooo!!!!You charged me 175 for my daughter a sew-in with lace closure and the tint is off and you can see the lace. The lace continues to lift up due to the braids being bulky. This is all the way wrong and if you can’t do a service, please don’t take people hard earning money, just be honest and say that you’re not good at it. I’ve rather the honesty than take my hard working money and my daughter’s hair don’t turn out right. Also, I was quoted 135 then you turn around and charge me 175. I don’t do business with dishonest and deceitful people. Would you rather have customers to return or just get their business for that one time. Please make this right or I will not be returning!’

The staff at this salon SAVED MY LIFE. I had a horrible experience at another salon. I came to Threadz in tears over my hair. They fixed my hair and Ive been coming back ever since. Im never going anywhere else to get my hair done! The owner is so down to earth. Their stylist Kiara is my favorite. Theyre professional and have the best customer service!! LOVE THEM!!

Yesterday was the first time I’ve went to Threadz. Omg!!! It’s so lovely in the inside. The stylist Xavier and Andrea (hope I spell your names right) are soooooooo sweet and professional. They make sure is good for one lol am but most of all they care about your hair. Most stylist doesn’t look out for what best for your hair they just do not caring the after math, but Xavier and Andrea does!!!!!! I love my bob!!!!! I will be coming back again!!!

Threadz Weave Salon Atlanta location is the best place to get a great affordable neat weave. Everyone that works there is full of life and make you feel as if you knew them all your life! I have found my #1 place to get my weave installed. Not to mention the prices a just great for anyone whos on a tight budget.

I had a great experience at this salon today! Very glad that I chose it over the many weave specialists of Atlanta. Jasmine is fast at what she does and her braider that assists some times is talented as well. It feels good to feel as if you have a stylist that cares about how you feel as well as finds it not robbery to provide a notable service! I will be back soon and will refer others. Customer service means so much and I am happy to know its alive at this salon!

This place was fast, did an excellent job with my install, and had great pricing. The stylist was very friendly. I believe her name was either Tammie or Tamia. Either way, she was great and enjoyed my experience! I would go back again.

I liked this salon at first until the hairstylist Paschal ripped me off. She had me send her fifty to her cash app and once it was sent told me that was the wrong person and that I still need to give her twenty dollars of remaining balance. This was a quick way for her to get 200 dollars out of me and I will never do business with dishonest people trying to scheme on clients. I am very certain she has two cash app profiles and has pretended to make these errors before and still charge you afterwards. This place will never get my business again.

I came in the get my weave taken down. She took her time, none of my actual hair was cut and she was sweet and kind to me. Very highly recommend this salon to those looking for take downs, and I will be going back next weekend for a new sew in, very exited😝The only downside is the time it takes to get seated, but they make up for it in wonderful consumer service and music. Thredz 100% deserves there 4.9 out of 5.

My experience with Jazmin was Simply Amazing..Noone has ever been able to get my hair as straight as she did. I have natural hair and she was able to blend my hair so well with the weave..Absolutely Blessed Hands on Deck!! Jazmin, I am still loving my straight hair!!!!

I love Threadz Weave Salon Atlanta because they have great customer service! The stylist always take pride in doing my sew-in and make sure its exactly what I want. Unfortunately my stylist doesnt know how to style. I got a sew in and it took forever. First it was $80, then $85, then $50.. the price kept changing. Apparently they charge $25 per bundle if you have over 2 bundles... (doesnt make any sense) and then if you actually want it curled or styled at all its another $25. I paid this extra $50 and my hair looked so bad. I had to go home and restyle it. Unfortunately I wont be returning. My hair looked horrible. 😭😭 I even showed her an image from your instagram of the style I wanted.

Im really upset. I called the shop a week before I came in and explained to them that I could not make an appointment with them because my work schedule kept changing. They said that it was fine and that they take walk-ins until 4:00pm. It says this online but I wanted to make sure. I got off of work at 3 on Monday and made it to the shop at 3:40 and the signs said closed and the doors were locked. I called multiple times and nobody answered the phone. Im just upset because I told the receptionist of my upcoming trip and this was the only day that I could get my hair done before I went. I just think that if you tell potential customers that you will accept walk-ins until 4 pm that you should do so.

This message is long past due. First and foremost, not being from here and not knowing too many people, its hard to find a place that suites you as far as getting your hair done. I walked in this place (Threadz on Nelson St) and immediately I was welcomed, offered water, asked questions and given the warmest comforted experience. Not to memtion, LaLa did an AMAZING job. I was comfortable and enjoyed every moment in this salon. Both LaLa and Jazzy have awesome chemistry and really showed what teamwork in the hair business means. Just from the conversation, I was honored to be, not only in their salon, but among strong woman. Not to get too deep but I couldnt have ask for a better place. LaLa made me feel comfortable and in the end I walked out a whole new person (literally). Complete transformation! She did that HUNTY! I love this place and cant wait to go back! 😩😘😍💁🏽💆🏼

She did a terrible job with my hair, she kept asking me to pay extra, who does and extension and doesnt straighten or curl it if i dont pay extra, I have bumps all over my hair, and my full frontal is pretty much ruined because ruined because she cut it and glued it down, I know I will never go back here and I dont advise anyone to
