Dr. Chester Rollins is personable and discussed my conditions in laymens terms. I left feeling assured and knowledgeable. He reviewed my medical records and took time to really help me understand the best path to take for my sinus issues including some natural alternatives. Great experience!

Wait time was minimal, though it did take a month or so the get an appointment. Dr. Coleman is great. Presented information and options for treatment clearly and thoroughly. Took time to answer all of my questions. Kind and thoughtful bedside manner. Would definitely suggest.

Jun Kim went above and beyond during my visit. I went in for a tinnitus consult. I just happened to have (I thought) a sinus infection, and I told her. She tested, found I did, prescribed antibiotics and OTC meds and got me on the road to recovery. Jun spent a lot of time with me and was very kind and patient. I so appreciated her commitment and professionalism.

Dr Chin preformed Sinus polyp surgery, happy to report insignificant bleeding the day of surgery along with no pain or nausea… less than one week recovery and able to go about my normal routine… Dr Chin is the best!

This was a great appointment with Dr Jarboe. His office advised me to arrive 30 minutes early since this was my first appointment at this office, which I did. The paperwork was almost finished when they came to take me back to the exam room. The Dr arrived in the room as soon as the tech was through with me. Dr Jarboe was very knowledgeable and listened well. Overall, a great experience.

My recent experience with Jun Kim, Physician Assistant was excellent! She is very knowledgeable about my condition and provided an extra insight into causes of ear inflammation. Wow! Better experience that we expected. This appointment was for a second opinion the appointment far exceeded what we were expecting. The office is beautiful, the staff was beyond courteous, and Dr Rollins was with driving for over an hour. Dr Rollins was very thorough and answered all of our concerns and had amazing bedside manner.

My daughter had surgery 9 days ago, yesterday she was hemorrhaging, her husband called 911, she was taken to St. Joes, the dr said he needed to speak with her Dr. The answering service was called 4 times to request a call back, My daughter and her husband ( who sat in parking lot) waited 4 hours, still no call from a physician on call. Not even a record that her husband called. St.Joes, dr would not touch her until her dr called them back, Finally they put jell up her nose and a clamp and sent her home. Still no call back from a dr. Called back to answering service today again now waiting for another call back. Just ready to book an appt for my husband with this practice, but having 2 nd thoughts now. Terrible follow up. She could have bleed to death!!!!!!! Cant believe that Dr at St Joes did not have her drs phone number to call him, unacceptable!!!

My wife and I have always had good experiences at Piedmont Ear, Nose & Throat. We like the people as well as the services.

My recent experience at PENT was quite satisfactory, once I was seen. For the experience itself, I would give a five-star rating. However, PENT seem to have difficulty keeping their appointment times. Over the years, my experience with PENT is that they are regularly about 30 minutes late calling me in from the waiting room. For instance, today I arrived at 10:25 for a 10:30 appointment and was not called from the waiting room till about 11:00. This pattern seems fairly consistent. It does NOT motivate me to arrive on time for my appointments.

From receptionist to clinical staff to Dr John Coleman, this place is awesome!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Hoffmanns for many years now. Shes great and very thorough, but lately the time I spend in the waiting room and then in the exam room waiting for her seems to be increasing with each visit. Today I spent an hour in the waiting room. Then about 20-25 minutes waiting in her exam room. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and watched as everyone else in the waiting room was called back. I expressed my frustration with her assistant. Im really tempted to see another doctor in the practice or find a new ENT group altogether.

Excellent Dr and office! Friendly staff. Dr Jarboe listens to your concerns. I would certainly recommend Piedmont Ear, Nose, Throat and Related Allergy!

My ear had been stopped up with earwax for about a week, and I could barely hear out of it.Dr. Chin removed built-up wax from both ears and hearing returned immediately!Not only could I hear again, but it was such a relief knowing that something was not seriously wrong internally!Dr. Chin is absolutely the best around!

The entire staff beginning with signin was par excellent. Dr Chin’s Nurse was very pleasant and professional with questions regarding prescriptions and reasons for my visit.

Dr. Hoffman is great. Shes thorough, thoughtful and smart. She also is aggressive in pushing the envelope to develop thoughtful techniques for solving problems. But not pushy or preachy about them. Just offering them up in a thoughtful way. Ive gone to otolaryngologists my entire life, interacted with some of the best in the world (according to the profession), and she is on part with them from my perspective.

Haley and Kadir were extremely kind and patient to my adult son, who has special needs. His ears were bothering him, they made him feel safe and explained what they were doing, each step of the way, while cleaning out his ears. I would never go anywhere else. Also, a big fan of Dr. Rollins.

Hayley is great. However when I arrived the girl at the front desk told me that she was not in today. She said, she would check and see what they wanted to do. She came back out to her desk but never said anything else to me. Then I was called back and saw the nurse and then Hayley walked in. Not sure why I was told she was not there! Strange!!!!

I had no waiting,...was checked by the nurse right away then saw Hayley the NP and she took care of me and out I went. The best and smoothest ever.
