Dr.Rubinowitz took time to listen and try to understand by condition. He really is a textbook example of a physician showing great bedside manner. This was my first time visiting him and I was able to book a skin allergy test all in the same day. Just make sure you are off all allergy medication including cough syrup three days prior to the appointment.

I have gone to Dr. Rabinowitz for around 20 years. He has provided excellent care. He is very personable. Staff is professional. Efficient appointment making, check-in and check-out processes.

I brought my 13-year old daughter in on April 8, 2021 for severe allergy symptoms. From the time we walked through the door we felt comfortable. We were greeted properly and the office, exam area, etc. were clean and sterile. The staff, nurses, and doctors were VERY knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Dr. Rabinowitz left no rock unturned, my daughter was tested for every allergy and results came back very quickly! They dont leave you sitting in a room and forget about you. I had been suffering from an allergy of some sort for weeks. Every doctor I had been to only treated the issue with steriods and sent me home. He actually did testing, took notes during my visit and did research to help get to the bottom of things. Although we are still looking for answers, hes the first to tell me something other than just a food allergy!

I had a great experience at this office and would recommend them. I got exactly the information I needed from the allergy tests and consultation with Dr. Rabinowitz.

My Doctor kept getting interrupted and left the room 2x while in the middle of a conversation. I got to the site at 9 am and left @ 1pm, took way too long for an allergy test.

Dr Rabinowitz was extremely friendly and showed real concern for my irritability. He performed multiple tests and was very thorough. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Dr. R was great - he took detailed notes about my condition/history. He was able to provide me oral pills on the spot and gave me samples of the cream he prescribed.My only complaint is the front office seemed very disorganized. I was called asking to give my insurance information twice after I already called back and gave it. I sat in waiting room for about 35 min before being seen and I was never emailed a link to complete patient information beforehand so I had to fill out by hand at office. I was also chased down the hall after leaving because they forgot to get my payment. Just seemed like they were not super professional or organized!

This group of medical professionals actually practices medicine efficiently, with compassion and attention, and on time. Everyone from the front desk, the associates who administered my allergy testing, to Dr Rabinowitz obviously enjoy their jobs, their patients and working together as a team. I enjoyed my time there. Dr Rabinowitz was particularly thorough during my evaluation. He actually read all the medical history and questions I completed in the patient registration forms, he made many hand written notes, asked me more questions, took time to get to know me as an individual, and was just totally professional and caring. I am delighted that I located this practice group. I was able to set an appointment within 3 days of my initial call, have all results of allergy testing done that day prior to leaving, and I return for a follow up 3 days from now.

Found a nodule in my thyroid and sent me to my PCP and it turned out I had thyroid cancer on both sides. My favorite thing about my visit was how they explain insurance coverage and payments as soon as you check in. Dr Livezey had fantastic bed-side manner, was rather knowledgeable about allergies, and even shared his own experiences with such- which put me at ease, knowing that he could empathize with how scary it can be. He was thorough, asking about every allergen I could have come into contact with (within reason), and the nurse I worked with was also very kind & talkative.I am very picky about physicians, having had many bad experiences with not feeling heard, or not being taken seriously. I just got off the phone with a rude lady who answered. This was my very first time attempting to look into finding an allergy specialist. Just from the short conversation we had I know that I will NEVER attend this facility. She was very short with her answers and seemed very impatient. At the end of the call instead of saying bye or any type of normal greeting she simple just hung up the phone in my face. Get better help in your office!

My experience and Allergy & Asthma Consultants with Dr. Rabinowitz was fantastic. I had been suffering for almost a month and was very disheartened with the impact my seasonal allergies were having on my daily life. The doctor and nurse were compassionate, thorough, and explained everything in detail. I had an allergy test for environmental allergens but the doctor noticed on my chart that I had a penicillin allergy listed. He then informed me I could he tested for that allergy at the same time and it came back negative which means I have outgrown it. Now I will be able to take penicillin instead of many stronger higher-risk antibiotics. It is totally unrelated to the seasonal allergy issues I was having but was a huge win for my overall health. Highly recommend.

The wait time to be seen was over an hour. The women at the front desk were not concerned with how long I was waiting nor were they speedy in processing my forms. I was not given sufficient information prior to my appointment regarding what was expected and the prices I was told for my insurance totals were inconsistent. When the doctor finally saw me, there was not much he could do for my allergies, other than what I have been told in the past. I was asked to breath into the spiral breath machine to check my asthma levels and when I checked out, I was hit with another $50 fee from doing that. I wish I had know that it was an extra cost up front. Not pleased with this office and wish I had not wasted an entire afternoon there.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Rabinowitz is a great doctor who really knows his stuff and has a great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone having issues with asthma or allergies.As a side note, though, if you think you have exercise-induced asthma you will need to make your appointment at the Roswell facility, as the Atlanta/Sandy Springs/Duneoody office cannot test for that.

My appointment was at 9:30am. I arrived at 9:15. I was called to the back at 9:50. My allergy testing was done by 11:50. I would have like it better if I did not have to wait so long to be called to the examine room. When I was in the examine room, the doctor and nurse did everything they could to not make me wait any longer than absolutely necessary. I appreciated that very much.

Dr. Rabinowitz remains one of my favorite doctors of all time. He spent a lot of time with me to find the best treatment plan. I feel better now than I have in years. Not only can I finally breathe -- I also have a lot more energy and just feel better overall. Dr. R -- as everyone calls him -- took the time to explain to me why having allergies impacts overall health. Im so glad that I found Dr. R., and I recommend him to everyone I know!

I am always amazed at how much time Dr. Livezey spends with me, listening to my symptoms and answering my questions about my asthma issues. He never seems to be in a rush to get to the next patient. He also has an amazing staff that are friendly, professional and helpful.

This visit was a complete waste of my time. I was not told by the front desk that the appointment would take 2 hours!! Not was my appointment confirmed a day prior, which is always done by other doctors offices I have ever visited. Dr Rabinowitz was not in the slightest bit interested in my personal story. What I ate or where I was when my first outbreak of hives occurred. He wanted to medicate me and treat my symptoms- I wanted to know what was causing my symptoms. Two hours later I left the office with absolutely no satisfaction.

I would have given 5 stars but my pharmacy was not updated even after I told the front desk that I had moved! I even wrote the number on the top of the form. I work in a doctors office and the meds, allergies and pharmacy are the first things we address. This caused problems for me when i went to pick up my meds because my new pharmacy had no idea what I was talking about.

I have been a patient of Allergy and Asthma for approx 15 years. I have seen all of the doctors at one time or another. Each are very caring, competent, and thorough. I have had several times when I had to call after hours and the weekend for asthma issues and they respond promptly. I also receive allergy shots and the hours are such that they always have a late day for people who work. They also have late hours for dr. appointments. The whole family sees these wonderful doctors and we could not be happier with the care given.

Dr. Livezey is fantastic - the practice is also great, they do look out for their patients. Most places I cannot say this, but they are pretty much on time each time I go which helps with planning my day.

From the receptionist to the dr they are always nice and helpful I have been going to them since 2015/2016 never had a issue

Im really not sure how to rate this experience under the 5 star system so I submit the following details to further help you decide how you performed, as a star selection was required in order to post a response.Dr. Nadel was very cordial, attentive and appeared to be extremely thorough. The staff members who administered the tests were equally cordial and attentive. My return visit to check the results of the patch test, however, was odd in that Dr. Rabinowitz did not seem to understand why i had gone through that procedure when he asked me why are you here? and who had you go through all of this? That was the extent of his dialogue with me.During my 3 visits, I asked if I would be provided with a copy of the test charts or the details from them, and each time was assured they would be provided with the report. As I left the visit on Monday 9/16 I again asked front desk staff about getting the details of my tests and was told I would receive that in a report no later than the end of that week. When I did not receive that information by Saturday 9/21, I called to inquire and received a call back from Jackie on 9/23. She told me I should have been provided with the details I requested at the time of my visits but that she would get that information and call me back with it the next day. I never heard from her or anyone else after that call. Jackie also assured me I would receive the written report no later than the end of that week, but it did not arive until the following week,almost 3 weeks after my testing. While that report does provide certain details of findings, it did not include the details I had requested, leaving me potentially unaware of what specific allergens I was tested for and found to have reaction to. The report also made no reference to the details of the patch test as it was dated the date of my initial visit and only covered information through that date. I was informed the patch test was all negative but still am in the dark as to what potential allergens were tested.

Dr Rabinowitz is a great doctor Ive seen him for over 4 year and always provided a good services, he always attentive and provided the right treatment that I need!!!. His whole staff is wonderful and nice as well.

I chose Allergy & Asthma Consultants after moving to Atlanta and my allergies flared up horribly. Ive visited many allergy clinics throughout my life and Dr. Rabinowitz and his team are by far the best. They were able to work me in very quickly and I didnt have to wait forever to be brought to a room. After a quick skin test, they were able to get me set up for shots the very next day. Great Experience! Dr. Rabinowitz was extremely friendly and got to work right away. There was no wait, staff was fantastic. There is no reason why this facility shouldnt be ranked #1 in the metro Atlanta area. Doctor was so easy to talk to, and you can tell he really cares about your well being. I want to report that my visit to see Dr. Livesey was the best interaction I have with an expert. He was patient and not in a hurry to listen to me. We got to the problem and he set a plan for my healing that has worked. I have handed out his card to all my friends with the same problem.

I was a bit upset because Dr Nadel ran super late. Other than that the front desk staff were very kind especially Tamara and the medical assistant Michelle. Those ladies are just amazing!!

This should really be a 4.5, but Google doesnt do 1/2 points.Dr Nadel is awesome - he tries to work with people and usually provides reasonable explanations when he asks you to try something to help with allergies. Ive been to both the Northside and the Duluth locations and Ive had mostly great experiences. The staff and nurses are great!I will note that once it seemed like one particular nurse doing the shot clinic got moody with me. Ill admit that I screwed up because it was my first time at that particular office and I didnt know how their process was different than the other office, plus it was near the end of a late day, and who knows maybe she was having a bad day. She ended up doing my shots really close together on the same arm so I felt like I had gotten a tetanus shot in that arm the next two days and experienced some intense itching on my whole arm as an after effect. Anyhow...Great place, great people minus that one experience - I would still recommend to other people if they needed a doctors intervention for allergies.

Always exceptional service from everyone in this office...and I have been going off and on for many years. (I would still be going for allergy shots but wife developed medical problems and I cant afford to be treated any longer). Most recently when I had an unexpected allergic reaction, tongue and throat swollen, etc....basically close to being in distress. They took me in, treated me like an old friend. Hats off to Dr. Nadel, Tiffany and everyone in the office. All doctors should take note on how to run their practice by observing these guys. He asked qquestions about all areas of my health and lifestyle, LISTENED, and said he was going to test even more than insurance allows because he really hoped to find something to help me! Wow!! Not your average doctor!After the tests, he took plenty of time discussing results and, again, listening and answering questions. I really do wish I had a need to see him more often than my other doctors :-)The staff was also wonderful!! Efficient, kind, timely, follow through! I usually find the good doctors have bad staffs and bad docs have great staff, but this office has BOTH an amazing doctor and great staff!!!!

I’v Had the pleasure of seeing Doctors Nadel and Dr. Rabinowitz. Both are incredible and caring. I was very sick on my last visit and saw Dr. Nadel. He figured out how to help me and gave me a treatment plan that worked. I went to him because my primary did not treat me in a way sensitive to my condition. Dr. Nadel asked me if he could share some things with my new wife that would help me. I said yes and he made such an impression on her that she’s telling all her friends.
