I thought the negative reviews from healthgrade, vitals, and some here were just exceptional cases, but I was wrong. Dr.Silk talked to me in a condescending manner about my concerns like I shouldnt ever question what he said as everything he said was supposedly the truth. If you questions him, he will treat you rudely. I also felt I was hurried and in the end I was left with more questions than answers about my allergies. He also told me to come back for an allergy test but I will never come back for someone to treat me this way. I still feel very upset about my experience with him as this was my first time ever visiting an allergist. Please find someone else with the qualities of empathy and compassion, none of which Dr.Silk had. However, the staff taking my vitals were great. She deserves a 5 stars for her compassion and easy going personality.

Dr. Howard J. Silk is truly an outstanding, doctor! He is quite knowledgeable in this area of expertise. He is compassionate and efficient. His medicines, as prescribed for me, has been the ones that has always been totally effective for me. And, his personality is an A+. He always has a smile, and he cares about his patients overall personal well-being. I am an 81 year old female, and I just love his interest and care exhibited towards me as an elderly patient. He is always casually well-dressed, thus making me feel he came to work and to have his patients feel relaxed and comfortable with him.. I LOVE Dr. H. Silk!

Absolutely horrible!!! My mom went in my place. My mom experienced Dr. Silk having an attitude with her: fussing at her about my sons eczema. He presented an attitude as if my sons allergic reaction was minor. He sons reaction was so bad that he could not open his eye and raised bumps on his back!!! My son has seasons of fare ups with his eczema. Normally, we maintain it well but due stress of starting a new job, his eczema fared up. The only reason he gets 1 star is because he prescribed a large jar of the steroid cream instead of the little tubes that run out. He would not work with me concerning allowing my mom to take my son to his skin test even though I am authorizing her to make decisions concerning my son as if my mom is not capable of doing so. My mom raised me for Gods sake!!! The utter stupidity is beyond me. I immediately requested a different referral. The new location was pleasant and is going to accommodate my request for my mom to take my son to his skin test appt!!

Absolutely fantastic physician dedicated to the wellness of his patients. I have been under the care of Dr. Silk for more than 20 years and trust his valued guidance of my asthma. Hes tops in his field and works arduously to ensure a better quality of life via improved health.

My experience with Dr. Silk was helpful to me . He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to prescribe to me and all the test he was going to have done to find out what was causing my health problem. I felt like very much relieved and that I was were I needed to be to get answers. Thank you Dr. Silk for being kind and thank you for all your service. You are the best and that includes your staff as well.

Dr. Silk explained everything to us in detail. However his staff in the front need to work on their customer service. It seems like they over book the appointments also. Not really sure if the treatment prescribed will work for her this is the second allergist we have seen.

The doctor was great and the nurse too. The only thing was they didnt send the prescription on time to the pharmacy. Need to come back to the office to fix it because I couldnt get in contact with the nurse.

Dr Silk and the staff was very professional and friendly. They did an amazing job explaining the tests I needed and received(especially because of the Tornado warning that was in effect) they made sure all their patients were safe and out of harms way. Thanks for such great professionalism.

Dr. Silk and his staff are wonderful!!! Dr. Silk responded with a face-to-face appointment in less than 24 hours after I sent him a message via the patient portal!!! He always cares! He works until he finds a solution to whatever asthma or associated health issues that arise!

Excellent job diagNosing my daughters Athma and allergies. She has been well and can actually be outside now for the first time in her life without coughing and wheezing. My daughter actually asks to go to the office for her allergy shots, not and for a 8 year old. I cannot recommend Dr Silk more highly

I dont mind waiting to see Dr. Guydon but an hour and counting each visit is just too long!!! They need to stop overbooking and be more considerate of their clients time. This is just unacceptable!! I may look into changing doctors just for this reason!!😞
