I cant say enough positive things about Dr. Coleman. He is knowledgeable, kind and caring. He takes time to listen. He is always on time. He is gentle but very through with his exams. I trust him completely. He has looked after me for many years for my throat, vocal cords, sinus and hearing. He has done sinus surgery and improved the quality of my life enormously. I highly recommend Dr. Coleman.

Dr Coleman saw my husband on Aug 10After being treated twice for sinus infections I was concerned because his symptoms were not resolving.I am my husbands caregiver so I must be alert to his health issues that he is unable to recognize. As a retired RN I have very high expectations of doctors.From the checkin to the checkout everybody was professional and caring. Doctor Coleman was outstanding! He was attentive, thorough and gentle with my husband who gets easily stressed! I am so happy to have found Dr Coleman !

I feel so comfortable and happy getting treatment from Dr Coleman. He is a very bright and happy person. He makes your appointment feel like you just went to visit a neighborhood friend that happens to know medical knowledge. He has helped me keep my allergies at bay and end my constant headaches that were apparently acid reflux related. He figured it out so quickly that I was surprised. Scheduled appointment time was met, registration was handled quickly (not overburdened with paperwork!), and I felt safe in the environment. Very good doctor, efficient nurse and friendly staff.

This was a terrible and highly discriminatory experience! My appointment was rushed, but Dr. Coleman seemed to have a decent bedside manner, so I attempted to book surgery. Upon calling to book, they ignored my calls for 4 days in a row! She yelled at me, and told me other patients had priority since I decided to get a 2nd opinion. When I spoke with the Office Mgr. FELICIA, she went off on me! She kept mentioning how many black people work for the practice and how that was proof I was not discriminated against. I asked for a refund, and she told me if I have a problem, write this review. I would NOT recommend.

As a military child I was in Germany and had a deviated septum “correction” surgery which did nothing amazing. Many years later I came to Dr.Coleman and he opted to do it again but was very honest that he may not be able too. Well he was and my sleep and general life has been amazing. I still go for checkups etc and he is always detailed and honest with his opinions. Would definitely check him out as he is truly a specialist in his field.

Dr.Coleman is the best. He really listens and cares. He took his time to tell me of all my options. I had seen a few other ENTs and they werent able to resolve all my sinus issues. What really bothered me is most only spent two minutes with me and just kept wanting to prescribe me antibiotics even though I told them I already tried that. I ended up needing sinus surgery and Dr. Coleman did a fantastic job. He cleared my sinuses and fixed my deviated septum. Its been a year and I feel great.

They are very disrespectful to people who have appointments I had an appointment today at 10 a.m. at 11:15 I walked out of the exam room talk to a nurse and they could see me in 15 minutes while in the exam room she told me the reason that Im behind is because they have a lot of patience show up late. why not choose to respect peoples time and cancel on the people that are late to your appointments. Now you wasted my time for today making me almost late to another appointment. Hopefully I will get referred to another doctor with more respect than this place.

I went to this office as a first time patient. I tried to express my medical concerns and the doctor disregarded it and tunnel visioned his determination as ‘allergies’. I went to another doctor and they found a serious issue. Later i was hit with a $1000 bill for allergies. Will not recommend this office on the mere fact that i wasn’t being heard during my visit. I felt like a number rather than a patient.

Piedmont ENT, Dr. Coleman and the entire staff are without a doubt the most professional medical practice I have dealt with in many years.

Dr. Coleman was absolutely excellent

I had two septoplasties with Dr. Coleman and each one was worst than before. On the last one with left my septum more deviated towards the left and the right side was very inflated causing my breathing to be worst than ever. Again if a Dr. has over or 20 years of experience and only a few reviews that tells a lot and that was my mistake for not doing my research. I was referred to him by my plastic surgeon and they did the work together on the first procedure. Dr. Coleman did the septoplasty while Dr. Deutsch did my arm lift. Again my mistake for going to a Dr. referred by another Dr. that didnt do their job right on the first procedure and I decided to give him a second chance. People this is not a Dr. He is a butcher!!
